Rest according to the All inclusive system. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and free drinks throughout the day are included. There are no free snacks. The food is monotonous, quite tasty. But without frills. There is no seafood. From fruits only watermelon, pineapple, apples, kiwi. The service is sluggish in the restaurant - you often have to order drinks several times-the waiters either do not fit or forget about the order. The rooms are large and comfortable. They clean well. The beach is dirty-during the week of our arrival it has not been cleaned once. Broken shells, bottle caps, and so on are lying around. The inflatable water park declared by the hotel does not function, it lies deflated on the beach. In the evenings, there is nothing to do at the hotel. No entertainment. The only playground is dark and empty. WIFI is weak. Only in ltbbi I pulled a video conference.My overall impression is that the hotel saves on everything and is not worth the money. Boring. I talked to the management, asked them to return the money and move to another hotel. They promised to think about it and did not get in touch again.

Today we returned from the hotel, took a ticket for 8 days, a two-room family room for a family of 4 people. I will try to be brief and to the point. We settled in quickly, the room is large and decent with a view of the bay, two huge bathrooms and two balconies. Of the other advantages, this is a good beach, not a small one, two pools for adults and children. Territory... Yes, there is not much of it. The rooms are cleaned regularly and efficiently. And actually that's all. And now the cons or maybe the features of the "all inclusive" program: meals are actually three times a day and very monotonous, and there is no other food on site. The pool bar on the beach offers only nuts, drinks including alcohol, but not everything is included in all inclusive, and ice cream is not included at all! And very strictly with the mask mode. There is nothing for children, no animation or slides of any kind. But I know from experience that not all hotels in the UAE are like this, so I wouldn't choose this hotel a second time.

We had a family holiday with a child from 18.04 to 25.04. I do not recommend this hotel for holidays with children. In the lobby of the hotel, a 3-year-old child accidentally touched the figure of Mickey Mouse, it was not fixed, and as a result of the impact it was partially damaged.The manager immediately selected the documents, called security, demanded to compensate for the cost of this figure, it amounted to 40,000 rubles. The tour was purchased through the PAKS tour operator, he withdrew without providing the slightest support. The entire amount was withheld from us. A hotel positioned as a family hotel, in our opinion, should provide for such situations, not to put art objects or decorative items loose and in general access.

It would have been 5* before the pandemic, probably even then, just because the Fairmont network is usually fine. Russified luxury Dubai has turned into some kind of Egypt. The hotel is clearly unable to cope with the provincials who took the money from nowhere (an appeal in an Arab country to the waiter E! You still splash!)
It all started with the arrival, a room for two was booked, attention, with a king size bed, extra bed for an adult child and a cot for a baby, we received two separate single beds, the crib for the baby was requested in an hour. The next day, after two unsuccessful appeals, I contacted the tour operator, and the third time we changed the room. Where: The air conditioner does not turn off at all, it's terribly cold at night (I asked to fix it, they did not succeed) old plumbing. They may forget to leave towels, or forget to put water on. Despite the do not disturb button, they woke up my child twice.
About food: on the first day, it was normal and normal service, but overbooking, food is getting worse every day, I only like desserts, and so I constantly eat rice, it's difficult to spoil it. But even desserts have become tasteless. The quality of the food deteriorated greatly before my eyes, on the eve of departure I vomited from the eaten pie. The waiters take the cutlery from the table, there are not enough of them. So they won't turn away here. If you need a high chair, stomp and carry it yourself, take an order for drinks when you leave. And many are now sitting and waiting for the vacant tables for dinner.
On the bedside tables, the dust has not been wiped once. The trash can in the bathroom did not take out the same way even once, although it was full of baby diapers.
Beach: the beach itself is nice, but full of cigarette butts. They write congratulations on the sand to the newlyweds, it's very nice. People have absolutely no sense of personal space, despite the ban on bunching more than 4 people. All the time someone narovit prilech that you understood right next to. The sun beds are already occupied at 6 am. Theft thrives while swimming stole a sunbed. Children's toys disappeared today.
Grandmothers are wandering around the beach like in Sochi in the 90s. Let's go on an excursion. You have our business card. They only have to carry a bag with a stuffed animal.

I don't think it's a hotel, I think it's a redneck that the hotel staff can't handle, hence such a bestial attitude. It is very sad that people do not appreciate the culture of another country. Appeals to local and hotel staff do not fit into any framework. they would like to swell and devour. Everything where the Russian and ill-mannered province comes becomes terrible. At first, the towels were not completely changed. Then, they do not complete the used coffee, tea. There was no Wi-Fi for three days. For the third day, the TV channels RTR-Planeta and Rossiya24 do not work. Practically do not clean the beach, a lot of garbage. Although not fastidious in food, but the monotony is tired. Nice Hotel, helpful staff. Wonderful sea view from the balcony. We lived on the fourth floor. There is coffee, tea and bottled water in the room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and on the beach. Large beach towels, a lot of sunbeds, there were always free seats, despite such stupidity as taking a sunbed at six in the morning and then maybe not even coming to the beach at all. There are several Russian channels on TV. Not far from the hotel, 700 meters away, there is a very "delicious" fish restaurant, Themar Al Bahar. I recommend going. Lobster with white sauce is extremely tasty and relatively inexpensive. The hotel has a good Turkish restaurant. The nearby Ajman Hotel has a very nice Zanzibar restaurant, located right on the beach. Delicious fish and seafood, but expensive. The rest was very pleasant, the sea was gentle, there was no sweltering heat. November is the best month in the Emirates.
