The best hotel in Ajman, we had breakfast and dinner, dinner could be changed for lunch. Everything was very tasty! First line, gorgeous Persian Gulf, white sand, swimming pool. Everything is really 5 stars! The best service, everything we don't ask for will be brought to the room: both cutlery and even ice were brought in a wine basket! A taxi will be caught and seated, and when you arrive, the doors will be opened and the purchases will be taken out of the trunk themselves! Of course, this trip has now greatly raised the bar for us in hotels and vacations! It was great, we want to come back again!

The hotel is very beautiful. BUT the sink is broken.towels with hair and yellow spots. The area is not illuminated at all.The huge balcony is scary to go out into the dark. There were not enough sunbeds on the beach.there is nowhere to hide from the sun. The breakfasts are good European.and the dinners are all spicy.with vinegar.meat was rare.they even managed to pour vinegar into the soup. The Emirates have deteriorated.especially the service. I've been going there for 20 years

Minuses:
The food is not very tasty, everything is there, but it is cooked extremely mediocre - I haven't eaten meat for 7 days. Apparently, the chef made a very bad card for the buffet. Thanks to the 2 restaurants that were on site, the same chefs cooked and the food is sooo delicious and large portions.
The animation is mediocre, everything is done for the sake of a tick.

This is the most infernal hotel I've ever seen! Firstly, there is no territory, there is not even anywhere to walk! Secondly, if you want to lose weight, then you are definitely here, because the food is just meager! From fruits, only bananas and watermelon with melon, and from hot one and beef for lunch and dinner! No cheese and meat cuts! The menu does not change at all, what is not finished for breakfast is simply converted into dinner!
The water pressure in the room is enough to wash only your hands, and then it takes half an hour!
Everything is falling apart. Practically nothing works!
There is nothing for children! God forbid you should come here with a child! The problem is to feed ... there is only one soup... and that is not edible, and the rice is all 14. Upon arrival, the room is dirty, three adult women were given one towel for hygiene (bidet) and one for all for the face. They asked to clean up, add large towels and bring a third robe - they did not wait. The declared change of linen on the third day is not made. They took the pillowcase off the pillow... there are no words. The pillow is all stained. All yellow. Waiting for a replacement... will they do... tried to order room service. Promised to call back in a minute.... Went the third day ... still waiting ....

We visited this hotel during the New Year holidays. The room was a family, two-room, everything is fine according to the number, there is a small problem with hot water, it is not always regulated.

I want to stop in the kitchen. We had breakfast and dinner or lunch of our choice. There is no assortment, everything is the same every day, there were 7 days. The queue is in the morning, the waiters are barely alive. And breakfast and lunch and dinner, it feels like everything is cleaned, then heated and exposed. There is a queue for coffee (The food is not delicious, either very spicy or bland. This is a very big minus for the hotel.

On the plus side: friendly and helpful staff, except for the bartenders in the pool

There are no complaints about cleanliness, the beach, the rooms (we were given a large two-room with two balconies overlooking the sea for two people)! Everything is beautiful, cozy, high-quality! But if you choose between Ajman Kempinski (we were there with our family in 2019, left very good impressions, did not go there because of repairs, construction), after reading the reviews, I regretted a little that I did not go))))And with this hotel, it's better to go to Ajman! The beach is greener and nicer, and the food is at times (TIMES!!!) superior nutrition in Feramont! For Emirates and a hotel of this level, it's just creepy! The hotel, the staff, the beach-I really liked everything!!! We were at this hotel at the end of November, from 22 to 28, the sea was cooler than in summer in June. But it was an excellent temperature for walking both in the afternoon and in the evening. Good afternoon! Rested in Fairmont from December 18 to December 23, 2022. Two adults + a child of 10 years. Family Deluxe room . The hotel is beautiful, stylish. Not as luxurious as the other five in the UAE. In our opinion, it's still four stars in many ways. The view from the room is excellent: the sea. Cleaned normally. The staff is helpful, attentive. A Russian-speaking manager works at the reception - he helped and prompted a lot. Special thanks to him. All the staff speaks English and not bad.
Didn't like: food and drinks. Coffee is disgusting everywhere (both in the room in the machine and on the buffet), cocktails.. I do not understand how it is possible to make Sunrise and pinocolada so tasteless? At the same time, bottles of alcohol are normal in the bar.. .. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners are monotonous both in terms of assortment and quality of dishes. On the third day, I don't want any of this anymore.. Inedible sausages for breakfast meat.. Bacon helped out, but it wasn't always there. Scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs...Lunch and dinner: chicken, fish.. Equally cooked. There was roast beef once in a week. If you come to dinner an hour before the final, then the goulash is potatoes and carrots, the meat is all caught and will not be replenished. Cucumbers are fresh and delicious, but only "buttocks" will wait for you. Vegetables and greens are juicy and delicious. They were saved by them.
For the first time we "missed" meat.
The pastries are monotonous, croissants too. Fruits: watermelon, grapes, not very ripe melon, pineapple.
If you go on an excursion, then the lunch box will not be collected. They are allowed to take what they want from the table. But apart from croissants, there is objectively nothing to take.

Great place! The main uniqueness is one of the two alcohol shops in the Emirates, 50 meters away! ))
The only half-minute is that the sea is very tidal, when the tide is out it's just some kind of puddle!) But with small children, it's just perfect, including perfect sand and not very dark weather in May.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days in October 2023 , very convenient location of the hotel from the airport and Dubai Mall. The hotel has three animators who are very polite to take care of the rest of every tourist, always smile, do exercises in the morning, water aerobics and yoga, show program on weekends. The hotel itself is cozy and most importantly polite staff always go to a meeting settled ahead of time)

I was here with my wife, we are clean people, and this hotel is not the best in cleanliness, there are divorces everywhere, in the room, in the elevator, in the restaurant, but it's just dirty everywhere, you ask to clean up, a man comes and does the same.
The food tastes good, but we didn't like it, there is no variety, the dishes are dirty, the coffee is bad, the beach is dirty, no one cleans there, the deck chairs are occupied, there are few of them.
The bar is only open until 23:00, then pay, there is no ice cream on the beach, it is generally paid there. In short, anyone who wants to get good service does not set foot there.

We rested at the Fairmont Hotel on 16.12-23.12. We were satisfied with our rest. Lovely Hotel, very helpful staff. We had a check-in at about 00:00 at night, we were immediately taken to the room, and because we did not have time for dinner (until 22:30), we were given a deposit of 100 dirhams per person and we ordered dinner to the room from their restaurant within this amount. The hotel has awesome beds of 1.5 sizes and if they stand separately, then they can be connected) Four of us slept with two children, no one bothered anyone, almost 3 meters wide. Our child got sick and, having agreed with the staff at the restaurant, they brought lunch and dinner to our room, without any problems. They wrote a lot about food. Yes, there are a lot of spicy dishes, but we have never had any problems feeding a 2-year-old child. For 7 days there was chicken, Grilled beef, rolls every day, nuggets, French fries, delicious oatmeal in the morning and very tasty soups! Soups are rich, delicious, absolutely non-empty, dade was Tom yam. Lightly salted salmon was every other day in the morning, but those who came almost to the end of breakfast time, of course, did not find it. We had 3 meals a day, we don't drink alcohol, so we didn't take All inclusive. There was not much animation, only drawing at 10:45 for children and in the evening a disco for half an hour. This is not Turkey, so I don't understand those who compare. These are different countries and different services.
Cleaning the rooms for 4, I would like to be a little more conscientious) well, if you find fault.. By the way, when we checked in there was no hot water in the room, it turns out there is a Volume circle on the wall near the sink, but this is not the volume, but just the water temperature controller in the tap)
The sea, sand, beach, sunbeds, towels - everything is gorgeous, everything is clean.
At the reception, Otabek speaks Russian perfectly and in general all the staff is smiling and responsive👍
There are a lot of compositions with fresh flowers in the hotel!!! Super!

Hoping for a layman from Russia who will accept dirt and mold in the corners of the rooms is not an option, I think. The hotel thinks differently: someone may like the cuisine in Indian tones and the "fatigue" in the rooms. The neighboring Ajman Saray Hotel is rightfully translated as a palace (for comparison). I recommend tourists from Russia to change their direction (the sea is not the sea; food is for an amateur; clothes are plus 40 percent to Moscow). This is my opinion, be careful in choosing)))

Julia is a girl at the reception-it's better not to contact her at all. Beautiful, very large rooms, nice beach, hot bay.
I didn't like that the air conditioners were turned on very much , after the heat at 40 you go in and freeze.
I also didn't really like the food, you can still choose in the morning, there is everything for breakfast.

Vacationed a year ago (2022) excellent location of the hotel! All rooms face the bay! The most beautiful views! Luxury rooms! Restaurant food for every taste!
