Among the disadvantages: poor cuisine, no entertainment for children. Just to sunbathe and swim. They take you to the Dubai Mall for free, and the local Ajman City Center, which also has a lot of shops. You can buy everything you need. Another of the disadvantages: right now there is a construction site in the neighborhood. They work day and night. It doesn't bother you much, but it can be noisy at night. Nice hotel. We had a rest there in January 2025. Sea view, great beach, panoramic pool with a bar, the eye is happy wherever you look. The food is great, there's not a lot of it, but it's for every taste. At the exit from the hotel, there is an alcohol market about 100 meters away, prices are slightly lower than in Duty. Dubai city center is a 50-minute taxi ride away. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

Wi-Fi catches perfectly all over the area including the beach. The contingent includes Russians, Germans, Arabs, and Indians. You can order a greeting inscription on the sand, they will do it for free. Check-in from 15:00, check-out at 12:00 free of charge, if rooms are available, can be done before 14:00. We had a Fairmont view king room. A huge king size bed. There is an ironing board, an iron, a clothes dryer and a safe. There is also a bathtub and a shower cabin. (Cabin with transparent glass!) Shampoo, conditioner, lotion in dispensers. Cotton pads, sticks, caps and a hair comb are also placed. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste. The tea station is replenished every day - tea, sugar, bottled water. There is a coffee machine and capsules, but they are for an additional fee.The fee is 8 dirhams per capsule. There are bathrobes, slippers and a beach bag. The balcony is spacious with wicker furniture and soft pillows, the view of the bay is beautiful. Beach: The deck chairs are good with soft mattresses. Light sand, turquoise water-beautiful. Showers along the entire beach. Meals: We took only breakfast. A diverse assortment: cheeses, vegetables, sausages, hummus, ham, eggs. Pancakes are baked, waffles, croissants, muesli, yoghurts. Juices- orange, watermelon. There is always milk porridge. Fruits include watermelons, melons, oranges, grapes. Smoked salmon every other day. We stayed at this hotel from May 9th to 18th. The room was 717-superior-with a bathtub, shower, bidet, plenty of closets, refrigerator and safe. The view from the room is of the pool and the sea. The beds are very high and comfortable. We cleaned every day, linen and towels were changed a couple of times during our stay. There are few outlets and they are for a triple plug, we contacted the reception several times to have a broken outlet repaired. The staff is polite and friendly. The beach is small, sandy, clean, the sea is warm, clean, beautiful!!! The sun beds had to be occupied very early, at 6 a.m. the first row was already occupied. The food is delicious, not very much, but you will not stay hungry. Fruits include pineapples, tasteless melons, watermelon, grapes, bananas. The staff in the restaurant is slow, it took a long time to clear the table or take an order. There was no hurry to add the finished dishes either. We had an all-inclusive food system with drinks-delicious cocktails, German beer, normal wine. There is a free bus service from the hotel to Dubai Mall.

We do not recommend visiting: the construction site next to the hotel, the low level of service, the rooms are not bad, but tired, the food does not shine with variety. I had a vacation with my children in late March and early April 2025. The hotel, in my opinion, has both advantages and disadvantages. On the downside: smokers have priority, and that's terrible. There are a lot of sun loungers on the beach, and at a very short distance from each other there are trash cans with ashtrays, which allows smokers to stand quietly and smoke (which some people do every 10 minutes without exaggeration), and the unbearable smell of nicotine spreads over a long distance, and a non-smoker with children must sniff, tolerate and spoil your vacation. When I complained to the staff, they told me that if I was not satisfied, they would "look" for a place for me, that is, I and my children should go and look for a place to "hide" from smokers. Is it really impossible to make a smoking area in the distance?? And I will be very surprised if all vacationers are satisfied with this arrangement. Also, on the day of arrival at the hotel, when taking a shower for the first time after the plane, we found that the drain did not work completely, and the water instantly spread throughout the bathroom and toilet room, and did not leave the word "at all". I had to go to the reception, they called the master, I had to wait for him to check how the water was leaving, it took time, and it was unpleasant. In my opinion, in a 5* hotel, such things should be checked before the arrival of vacationers, not after! How the previous vacationers washed in this room remains a mystery to me. The third disadvantage is that on the day before departure, if I needed to pack my suitcase, I found that it was not in the room! I ran to the reception, and when I found out, it turned out that the janitor had taken it away for some reason! After a while, they returned to the room, but the nerves were frayed. This is my first time at the hotel! 4 minus - I did not like the restriction in the sea in the form of insurmountable rocks instead of buoys: for those who like to swim further away, this is impossible, and the "swimmers" cruise back and forth, interfering with each other, especially when the tide is out and there is very little water. When the buoys are more convenient. Among the advantages: rooms with sea views, there is tea and coffee machine in the room, and a balcony. The children really liked the large green lawn on the territory of the hotel (they played ball and ran in the evening), there is a volleyball court, although the sand is not cleared on it, and you can cut your foot on small shells. There is a good outdoor playground, animators, a playroom, although I would rule out cartoons in the playroom (TV). I liked the food, lots of fruits, you can even ask for ice cream as part of lunch and dinner at no extra charge. The main advantages are the sea and the good weather, which is exactly what everyone is going for. Interesting excursions, but expensive)

We were in extreme heat, so we practically did not leave the pool, but the animators did not let us get bored there either. Although to be honest, these activities are not for me. There are good restaurants and cafes nearby, and excellent Turkish coffee with sweets is served right across the street. There is also an alcohol store in the next building (yes, it is sold in Ajman, but it is not poured in restaurants, it is only for tourists). There are small shops, an amusement park and a local market where they can cook excellent fish in the morning. I recommend it!

As for the sun beds, the pool is almost always occupied from morning to lunch, after lunch and in the evening you could easily find two adjacent sun beds, BUT I don't understand why everyone is chasing them if the sun beds are literally right next to each other, no comfort, we liked the sun beds by the sea more, we swam in the sea and There are no problems in the pool. In general, I recommend the hotel, there are many different supermarkets and cafes nearby, convenient location, and the most important thing is a large private beach and a warm, clear sea with waves.

The hotel was terrible, the room smelled damp, the staff was rude, and you had to wait in line to get to breakfast or dinner. They don't let you eat in peace, they pull the plates practically out of your mouth. Not friendly, angry, angry. The coffee machine wasn't working in the room, the bathroom was leaking, it stank of urine, the scales weren't working either, they weren't cleaning properly, and the furniture was already tired. I don't recommend it!

Lovely, cozy, quiet, calm. It really has a rest. The food is in perfect order (despite the fact that it is considered out of season now). Alcohol is beyond praise. Really high-quality, delicious cocktails are prepared. A perfectly cooled swimming pool. If you like it hot, welcome to the sea. By area: there are many shops around, transfer to Ajman Mall and Dubai Mall every day three times. The room is wonderfully air-conditioned, large, the entrance to the shower area is from two sides (from the hallway and from the bedroom), which is very convenient. All rooms have a view of the Bay. The cleaning is excellent, the staff is excellent. There are no complaints at all.

We were in July. Before that, we rested all the time in Dubai. I really liked the hotel. There may not be as much food as in Turkey, it is not necessary, but it is enough to try something new every day. The rooms are clean and beautiful. And the bathroom is generally a beauty. The staff is simply top notch. The territory is cool. Compact, but beautiful. The beach is gorgeous. Thank you for a great vacation.
