A wonderful hotel! We were from 07.09.-14.09.2024 everything is clean, the food is delicious, the staff is polite, any issue is resolved quickly! The beach is clean, the sand is white, the sea is transparent. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to the Dubai Mall and fountains 2 times a day. We had a vacation with our family in October 2024. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, the beach is nice. But these are all advantages. But there are much more disadvantages. The restaurant had the same food for 10 days. Three hot ones, three salads, and desserts that were nothing. The children suffered in general. At lunch, you could order one children's portion of nuggets (3 pieces) and French fries (a small portion).... The child was constantly hungry ((( one coffee machine for the entire hotel, so there was always a queue for him like in a mausoleum. There was no entertainment for children, no animation at all. For adults, only aqua aerobics for 30 minutes a day. There were no discos or shows in the evening from the word Absolutely ((( The rating of the hotel is not 5 stars as stated, but a weak 3.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

The only good thing here is that it has nothing to do with the hotel - the weather. About the hotel itself: The food is disgusting. The low quality of the products and the prepared dishes themselves. A pie with inferior quality stew was served several times - veins and vessels. Fish is always burnt, and meat is hard to find. The children's menu is a shame, every day there are cheap semi-finished products - fish fingers and pasta. A three-day-old chicken on the fourth day goes to a spicy "Indian" table. There's hair in salads, unripe plastic tomatoes, and bitter potatoes, as if they'd bought green ones. The buffet is very poor and it's hard to call a place of food a restaurant at all, it's a low-grade dining room. The rooms are very tired, the wallpaper is torn and dirty. The hair dryer was not working in the room and the safe was broken - it was changed. On the second day, the refrigerator broke down, and in the evening, when the temperature was already +25, our food and medicine went bad - the refrigerator was changed, but they refused to compensate for the cost of the damaged one, saying "it's for drinks" - this characterizes the level of service. They don't give you change at the bar until you demand it. There are sharp shells on the beach, and there are not always enough sun beds. The animation is nominal, the playground and the playroom are sad. A huge disappointment.

We have adjoining rooms, I had a rest with two children: an infant and an older one, and another adult. They asked me to wait 20 minutes, and they said they would be fine. Our manager arranged for us to be allowed to have dinner, since we hadn't eaten since the evening, the children were asleep on the plane, and it didn't work out. But alas, we were not provided with lunch. As a result, we waited for one room for 50 minutes, running to the reception every time, and we were given the second one 1.5 hours later! But the good news is that the eviction was extended for 4 hours for free, as an apology! I think they're great here! The sockets are loose, but it's not the hotel's fault, but the people who live there, in particular tourists with other types of sockets) instead of asking for a tee, they cram in the wrong!!!! If you don't know how, don't take it! You need to know the rules here, if you don't know, go get a tee. Of course, the hotel will not change the sockets after each such tourist. The food is so-so, if you are resting at all for the first time, it will seem super, but when you have something to compare it with, alas, you will not stay hungry! The staff is attentive. He will always come up and ask how you are, offer drinks, and play with the baby. The guys are trying their best, I personally have no complaints about them. The room is cleaned efficiently, but for some reason there was a dirty coffee container in one of the rooms. We are in the season and in the midst of weddings) colorful, noisy) but within the acceptable range. I've never seen so many weddings in any hotel) The sea is good) We spent the whole day there. We went to the pool once for 5 minutes) I didn't even want to. There was an unpleasant situation with booking a Cabana, I booked a room a day, they asked me for a room, they told me the money in fact, I arrived in the morning, I said I booked, to which they answered, not necessarily, choose any one, I paid and immediately two Russian-speaking women (mom and daughter) jumped in and began to claim that This is their Cabana, they have booked it and will not leave it. I had to give in and the kids and I went to the beach. The staff apologized, returned the money and offered a sofa by the pool, there was shade, but we didn't need it, they refused. It is unclear how the system works. In general, the hotel is trying, the tourists themselves spoil a lot. For example, in front of me, one man did not want to leave the room at this time and said it in a very rude way. But check-in is underway and the room must be cleaned. All the plates in the restaurant ( where are the breakfasts ) Dirty and worn !!! The room is just a horror! Everything is dirty , the furniture is old , there are stains and mold on the walls , all the plumbing in the bathroom is broken and loose , dirt everywhere The bed linen has never been changed 👍 We will not be returning to this hotel for sure! We have the 14th floor, just a fairy tale) In the room there is a capsule coffee machine, water, etc The food in the hotel is so-so, to put it mildly, there is little variety) but you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure either. But there is a big disadvantage, you have to stand in line!!! For breakfast 5-10 minutes, for dinner 30 minutes or more, if you have more than 2 people. Well, the biggest disappointment for us is the lack of free sunbeds after 9.00!!! The administration is not doing anything about it, unfortunately. Seats are occupied from 7.00. Towels were laid on the sand 🤷♂️ This is the first time I've come across this, we always rest in tents) I definitely won't come back and I don't advise you.

I'll start with the main fat minus - Food.We had three meals a day.there is nothing to feed the children, unless you feed them pizza, French fries and nuggets every day - this is the children's menu offered by the hotel!all the food is seasoned, spicy, in some sauces, etc.One type of fish resembles mackerel.Chicken or pork or rubber beef ... steamed vegetables ... but apparently they were just doused with boiling water - they are hard inside and again sprinkled with spicy seasoning.....we are not very picky.....but this has not been seen yet.When we chose a hotel, we read excellent reviews, but we arrived as if at another hotel....very sorry.I do not recommend this hotel.The sea is warm, the weather is great....but even this does not improve the atmosphere of relaxation!!!

The service, the restaurant resembles a dining room. The staff is poorly trained. The level of culture of the waiters leaves much to be desired .The food does not correspond to the 5* of the hotel. There has never been a sea of food. Under this name, they offered chopped crab sticks and small remnants of something gray floating in a broth of the same color. The lack of sea products can be experienced if there was a variety of at least fish and meat. There is always chicken in different types and beef of the same type. And this is not my preconceived opinion. This is the opinion of many vacationers that very meager and not varied dinners. Previously, many foreign guests came here, there were very few Russians. There are practically no foreigners now. They prefer Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our compatriots have been taking sun beds since 7 a.m. and leaving...It was not possible to imagine such a thing before. After breakfast, you could come and sit where you like. The advantages include the beach, pool and rooms all with sea views. We were surprised by the cleaning of the room. The bed is made, towels are changed every 3 days. Toiletries if necessary. The carpet and floor have not been vacuumed in 2 weeks at any time. And you can survive it, but this is not a 5* hotel level. Large , nice rooms , beautiful views , balconies with glass view panels , the sea, the sun did not let you spoil your vacation !

The pool is warm, it is monitored, and daily. But, there are super huge sun beds in the pool, which cost 150 derham, no one books them, but the price is not reduced, and they are empty every day. In the room, the master was called several times to repair and screw in the light bulbs. The furniture is tired and needs to be repaired. I didn't see the mini-bar, it was empty, although I didn't ask for it. Water was brought daily. The staff is very smiling and friendly. If you ask me if I'm going to go to this hotel. I'm not going. Never.

Why I chose Fairmont Ajman: The Ajman Emirate seemed to me something in between expensive and noisy Dubai and quiet secluded Ras al Khaimah and Umm al Kaywain, where it is not so easy to find a restaurant for lunch/dinner. It is not so long to get to Ajman from Dubai or Sharjah. The price factor was also important. The hotel met all the criteria. First line, modern, beautiful, good reviews and photos, price. First impressions: arrived at the hotel around 9:00 am, before check-in. Before we could get our luggage out of the bus, the movers took it and took it to the temporary storage room. The Jamine reception staff turned out to be very competent and calm, explained our rights and opportunities to us, tried to find a free room, but it was not there yet. Nevertheless, thank you for this opportunity. We changed our clothes and went to a restaurant near the hotel for breakfast. When we returned, our room was ready. What is available: a beach with almost white sand, a pleasant entrance to the water, which turned out to be almost hot. On the territory you can always find a sunbed, use the toilet and shower. We alternated between the sea and the pool, one 1.25m deep, the other 40 cm, in which children are quietly frolicking. The pool is clean, with a comfortable temperature and super chlorinated. Several jets of water are beating from the banks, under which you can stand. In the center of the pool there is a jet from the bottom - it's also nice to stand. On the 1st floor there is a quite decent fitness room, in which we periodically practiced. The lobby on the ground floor is pleasant, cool, with lots of sofas, here you can relax in the evening, for example, reading a book or sticking to the phone. We have not mastered the children's room. At area 11, water aerobics begins in the pool. There are yoga classes. Shared restaurant: who writes that there is a limited choice of dishes for breakfast - it didn't seem so to me, I found something new every day. I liked Turkish bacon, sausages, hash browns, pancakes. There is a choice of pastry, fruit, can fry fried eggs, omelet, scramble. There are always juices, sometimes cups run out on the tea and coffee table. I note that at the entrance to the restaurant, a beautiful April meets and finds a table (no need to go and look for yourself). Well, and the room: for two adults and two children, the Fairmont View Room - Twin is quite sufficient (this means that two separate 1.5-double beds). Before we moved in, we were offered to combine them, which turned out to be a good idea. And they also brought an extra baby bed. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a bidet with a separate room, then a shower and a bath (there was no time to bathe in it). Two bathrobes, towels, slippers (we were given two more pairs of children without any questions). There is a long table in the bedroom. There is a refrigerator, kettle, capsule coffee machine, iron, hair dryer, ironing board. Even a corkscrew and a bottle opener. Daily cleaning, the bed is made, the stock of water bottles, tea bags, capsules and cream is replenished. There is a TV that I also didn't have time to watch. One day they called the room and asked if everything was in order, if they needed anything. In general, the service is on top. Results: the rest turned out to be unforgettable, high-quality thanks to the hotel, pleasant thanks to the warm Persian Gulf and fun thanks to ourselves. We don't like to be stuck in a hotel or on the beach. Therefore, the option of "breakfast" was acceptable, so as not to be tied to time. Free shuttle to Dubai as a bonus - book a place a day in advance, it's better to sign up as soon as you arrive. Go to the Ajman City Center - a good, large selection of goods, a good Carrefour supermarket. And I recommend visiting the UAE Pygmy Zoo - you will be impressed.

The location of the hotel is good, there is an alcohol store nearby, a large supermarket within a 10-minute walk, and an exchange office on a parallel street 3. The pool is cooled in the summer season, it perfectly saves from the heat, it is in the shade of the building until lunch, there is a pool bar, which is both a plus and a minus. Foreigners smoke right in the pool, and not only near the bar, which is very unpleasant for non-smokers and children. 4. We were not checked in immediately, because the arrival was early, but there is a room near the pool where you can change clothes, go to the shower, toilet. Which we did, leaving our suitcases in the luggage room. We changed our clothes, went to the sea, swam in the pool, slept on the sun beds, and even checked in a little earlier. 5. The beach is what disappointed, especially in the morning, at low tide. It's just a green hot smelly puddle. 6. ‼️Separated from three sides by breakwaters (( the photo shows how the stones behind the buoys are exposed at low tide. 7. There were jellyfish, but you can't see them, you just feel them when you get your hands on them. One day, something stung my wrist, as if I'd been hit with a whip. His hand was red and blistered. Theft, that's what surprised me the most about the hotel! We have not encountered this in any country! It happens that you leave things on the beach, by the pool, and you always find them there, even the next day! On the second day at this hotel, near the pool on a sunbed, they took off their son's rashguard (a swimming T-shirt bought the day before the rest, for a minute not for two kopecks 😀), hung it on a chaise longue to dry and went to meet the guide, returned, another family settled on our chaise longue, there are no T-shirts, cameras only along the building, the pool, apparently does not fall into the viewing area, the security explained that if they took it away with a towel or were blown away by the wind, they would be found in the storage room... they did not find it, someone needed it more)) The next day, behind a chaise longue, near the bushes, we found a man's purse, like a purse, very heavy, with a phone to the touch, we took it to the reception desk, we don't know if it reached the owner. 10. We drove into the hotel (me and 4 children) silently handed in the cards, did not tell us anything, where there is something, not friendly, then we find that the pool is drained, due to the lack of tourists, they decided to make a reconstruction, both adults and children are drained, a mobile phone is poured nearby, where the water is waist-deep, it's good when there's no one around, but a crowd of locals comes by on weekends and everyone is sitting in this pool, the beach is full of garbage, tourists themselves are littering, I haven't seen such filth, they don't clean up much, garbage can lie for several days, I cleaned it myself a couple of times, the buffet is canceled, I haven't received a single warning, nor about the pool, not about the food, the mini-bar is empty in the rooms, the amount of water is limited, it's just creepy, let's get back to nutrition, it takes place in an Italian restaurant, a choice of salad, hot dishes and dessert is provided, everything will be clearly considered for you, I would especially like to mention the Preeti waiter (Asian girl), she she served us very often, there was so much negativity from her, she never smiled, there should not be such employees in catering)) you will be sitting in a mountain of dirty dishes, their task is only to bring everything for a very long time, once I went to the restaurant at 22.15 with my child to ask for a drink, the same madam, cleaning the table, if there were guests in the hall, told me that they were closed and she would not give us a drink) the beach bar is open from 11, you can take a drink in the room, BUT you can't take out the bottles, a fine, a transfer to the Dubai Mall, which was also canceled, the cosmetics in the rooms are terrible, their hair can't be washed with shampoo, there are no good impressions about the hotel, somewhere they write about the beautiful Russian- the talking girl at the reception, so that's not true either, I only saw her once, some kind of care and attention, I didn't see, like, well, we arrived, we don't like it, and okay, the buffet works on weekends, when the locals come again, but everything is very meager, but thank you for the variety, because the menu is the same every day - so-so, room cleaning))- they don't know the word vacuum cleaner there, before we left, we were packing and I looked under the bed, I found women's panties there, I thought they were mine, but not)) and the puncher became a cherry to the drained pool and the smell accordingly)) still a bunch of incomprehensible workers… The most sincere staff is the restaurant administrator, she was always interested in what and how, but she couldn't change the situation, and the guy is a tall, thin waiter, very attentive. They won't pour you prosecco in all inclusive, although in such conditions, you should bring it to the room to close your eyes to everything that happens! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, I have been to many, there is something to compare it with!

You can order a greeting inscription on the sand, they will do it for free. Check-in from 15:00, check-out at 12:00 free of charge, if rooms are available, can be done before 14:00. We had a Fairmont view king room. A huge king size bed. There is an ironing board, an iron, a clothes dryer and a safe. There is also a bathtub and a shower cabin. (Cabin with transparent glass!) Shampoo, conditioner, lotion in dispensers. Cotton pads, sticks, caps and a hair comb are also placed. There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste. The tea station is replenished every day - tea, sugar, bottled water. There is a coffee machine and capsules, but they are for an additional fee.The fee is 8 dirhams per capsule. There are bathrobes, slippers and a beach bag. The balcony is spacious with wicker furniture and soft pillows, the view of the bay is beautiful. Beach: The deck chairs are good with soft mattresses. Light sand, turquoise water-beautiful. Showers along the entire beach. Meals: We took only breakfast. A diverse assortment: cheeses, vegetables, sausages, hummus, ham, eggs. Pancakes are baked, waffles, croissants, muesli, yoghurts. Juices- orange, watermelon. There is always milk porridge. Fruits include watermelons, melons, oranges, grapes. Smoked salmon every other day. There are few outlets and they are for a triple plug, we contacted the reception several times to have a broken outlet repaired. The staff is polite and friendly. The beach is small, sandy, clean, the sea is warm, clean, beautiful!!! The sun beds had to be occupied very early, at 6 a.m. the first row was already occupied. The food is delicious, not very much, but you will not stay hungry. Fruits include pineapples, tasteless melons, watermelon, grapes, bananas. The staff in the restaurant is slow, it took a long time to clear the table or take an order. There was no hurry to add the finished dishes either. We had an all-inclusive food system with drinks-delicious cocktails, German beer, normal wine. There is a free bus service from the hotel to Dubai Mall.

I also liked the beach, the Persian Gulf warms up so much during the day that the water is like milk, I really like this kind of water, it's unpleasant for me to swim in the cold sea. One of our friends lent us a mask (thanks to the kind people), my daughter and I looked at the local flora and fauna, very beautiful fish! They always give out a towel before going to the beach, there are animators from Kazakhstan and other countries. In general, a very pleasant place to relax. In this particular hotel, I advise you to take full board, because it takes 15 minutes to walk to the nearest cafe, and in the heat, even after sunset, it's just disastrous for the body))) in the morning at 7 I barely reached the nearest store, I got back by running between pharmacies with air conditioners. Upon arrival, we were given a room on the 4th floor, but I asked higher, if possible, they improved the category and gave us the 14th floor, we like higher :))) Of the minuses - the beach does not always have time to clean, one day was so graceful, apparently, the ship passed by the day before, so much dirt was taken out, horror!!!
