The assignment of the Bulgarian house to 120 meters from the road made it possible to create a recreation area. In 1981, a fountain with 2 cascades and drops alternating with stairs was installed here, designed by architect I. Frolov and artist M. Latushko. One of the cascades is located opposite the Gabrovo restaurant. On the lower level of the cascade there are three square bowls lined with granite. In each of them there is a pipe with a "hemisphere" type nozzle. This is the right fountain. It is clearly seen how the shape of the water flow depends on the weather conditions.
