The assignment of the Bulgarian house to 120 meters from the road made it possible to create a recreation area. In 1981, a fountain with 2 cascades and drops alternating with stairs was installed here, designed by architect I. Frolov and artist M. Latushko. One of the cascades is located opposite the Gabrovo restaurant. This large fountain has a real underground room with a system of pipes and a set of flaps — a "control panel" fountain. One of the flaps regulates the "dance" of the water jets. There are 12 programs for creating water drawings of the "Gabrovsky" fountain. The most interesting is the upper large cascade bowl with a drop and a large number of different forms of water jets.
