🏰 We visited Nesvizh Castle and looked into the Hetman restaurant! 🍽️ A small but very atmospheric restaurant with an interesting castle-style interior. Tables, chairs, a bar counter — everything creates a unique atmosphere. Excellent service and delicious food! There are interesting items on the menu — venison, goat meat. The prices match the quality, but it's worth it. I recommend it, it's very tasty!

I didn't like it. I haven't seen such a level of service for a long time. I'll start with the order of serving the dishes. The drinks arrived only after several reminders, about 15 minutes after the start of the visit. Then they brought hot food, and when the hot food was eaten, they remembered about our salads. I don't recommend Draniki with sour cream for food, they look more like potato pancakes, and herring under a fur coat didn't inspire enthusiasm either. But the lemonade is great, very tasty.

We had a great time at Nesvizh Castle! We stayed in a hotel, had breakfast and dinner at the Hetman. I liked the breakfasts, 3 times and everyone was on the level. We had dinner once, everything was also delicious, liqueur and moonshine for 5. The service was excellent, almost always. One request, wrap the devices in napkins, or bring them as you land. I recommend you to visit!

We went to a birthday dinner. I wanted to book a table every day, upon arrival. They said that you book so late, they say we book everything in advance. As a result, when we arrived , some tables were empty ). But the food was delicious, the portions were large. However, some of the waiters are not very friendly. It spoiled the impression a bit . Three stars, confident. A good castle interior in the Belarusian style. The kitchen is all about trying to reproduce the recipes of Radziwill cuisine in our time. Or maybe even then the Radziwills' attempts to introduce French cuisine were not very successful. It looks beautiful, but it doesn't taste very good. The interior surpasses taste in quality. But, it's quite edible. Probably one of the best (and definitely the most expensive!) a restaurant in Nesvizh.

We stopped for lunch after the tour. A very unusual location. It's great that you can have lunch right in the palace, an interesting atmosphere. The cold brew and beef tongue salad are delicious. There are no draniki. I had to wait a long time, the service was not very friendly.

Atmospheric restaurant in the castle. Overpriced prices! The dishes are standard, I would even say as simple as possible. Any grandmother can handle the task! The price is like a decent kitchen! Before ordering, I clarified about the preparation, the waiters said that everything is prepared "from under the knife," even the first one. But somehow, the mushroom soup was brought to me cool. After being asked to heat the soup, the dish was replaced. They were very surprised by the strudel!!!! I don't know where they've seen it. Some kind of puff pastry 7-8 mm high and an ice cream ball of 30 grams. It tastes as nondescript as it looks. It's a pity that amateurs cook in such an atmospheric place and spoil people's mood!!

It's a very tasty and atmospheric place. Quiet, nice, good menu. The service is unique, but it's the same almost everywhere in Belarus. It is located on the territory of the Nesvizh Castle, if staying overnight at the castle hotel is the best option, you do not have to go anywhere.

On July 12, 2025, we (from St. Petersburg), as part of an excursion group, arrived in the city of Nesvizh, on the territory of which there is a wonderful castle of the 16th century, which once belonged to the ancient family of the Lithuanian princes Radziwills. After listening to an interesting tour of the castle in the afternoon, we decided to have dinner in the appropriate atmosphere - the Hetman castle restaurant. There were no seats, we did not provide reservations, but in the end, two charming waitress girls (unfortunately, they did not ask for names) arranged for us in the most beautiful place of the establishment with a view of the park and pond. The service is at the highest level, very friendly, excellent cuisine and drinks - all this made our evening at the Hetman unforgettable. Girls! Thank you so much! Thanks to the organizers of this beautiful place. I think our opinion will be readily shared by those who visited the Hetman restaurant with its amazing atmosphere.

After the tour of the castle, it was great to have lunch in the historic interior. For those who are tired of shingles and wizards, I recommend game dishes. I took venison with lingonberry sauce and pearl barley with cream sauce (actually perlotto (risotto). Delicious, good portions and serving. The price is around 60 bel.

Wonderful restaurant!I liked everything from the interior to the kitchen, I booked in advance before the trip for the evening, but the circumstances turned out so that we arrived earlier, the staff went to the meeting and accommodated us. Our company consisted of six people and of course everyone ordered different dishes and everyone was satisfied!!! I especially remember the cabbage soup with porcini mushrooms. I wish there were more restaurants like this.

The restaurant is primarily about food, but we didn't really like the food here. This is undoubtedly the best restaurant in Nesvizh, but not everything is delicious here. I did not like their signature salad "Nesvizh", strangely fried (apparently for a long time), so cold pork in combination with red caviar did not work. The birch sap was smelly. The refrigerator was on kefir, I had previously tried it in different places in Belarus, I met such a serving with kefir for the first time - I did not like it. The rest of the dishes are normal, simple, without chic. The prices are not cheap. The feed is pretty fast. The service is excellent, the staff is very nice and polite, in beautiful suits, very stylish. The interior is very good, I really liked it, it's nice to be there, the furniture, tablecloths, dishes, atmosphere - everything is gorgeous. The cook needs to be changed)

A large selection of draniki, eggnog, and national dishes. There is an extensive children's menu. The background music is foreign. There are minor maintenance issues, but not critical ones. Of the cons: the feed rate. The waiting time is indicated in the menu (hot for about 30 minutes). This restaurant is for a leisurely pastime and relaxation. No one is in a hurry here. The staff is friendly. Prices are above average.

Unfortunately, there are no advantages other than the location in the castle and the interior. The staff is completely unfriendly, as if the serfs had come to an uninvited dinner with the gentlemen. The quality of the food is a C minus. They ordered draniki with a sponge, they are prepared about the same everywhere, they also brought something here that it was impossible to identify the sponge in any way, and the draniki inside were raw (((( even sea buckthorn tea managed to spoil - without honey, which extinguishes the acid of sea buckthorn, just sour bitter tea, which even sugar did not save which we generously poured into mugs, hoping to extinguish this acid.

Duck salad is generally a masterpiece of gastronomy. Pumpkin soup is a little bland, but it's also very decent. Stewed beef with cherries is the softest. We really liked everything, I recommend it.

We lived in a suite, the breakfasts were in the Hetman, cozy, clean, for breakfast porridge, fried eggs with salad, fresh vegetables, herbs, meat and cheese cuts, juices, coffee, croissants. Both children and adults found something to eat. I liked the atmosphere: the fireplace, the view from the window to the courtyard of the castle, the waiter girls were dressed in historical costumes. Since we had lunch during the tour, 1.5 hours were allocated for lunch, we agreed. They also prescribed all the dishes from home and did not lose. We were at the Hetman restaurant on November 8, 2025 in the afternoon, we stopped after a tour of the castle for lunch before leaving. The restaurant is certainly beautiful, it is clear that a lot of money has been invested in it. But that was the end of it. Right from the doorstep, my child and I were ultimatumistically denied the opportunity to choose a table several times - that's it at the entrance and that's it. I had to connect my husband and practically swear, so that when the hall was half empty, I could sit not at the door at the entrance, but in another part of the hall. We waited for the waitress for 20 minutes, brought the menu and waited for another 15 minutes. the order has been accepted so far. There are few waiters- 2 people, one of them also serves the bar. In terms of cuisine and menu, yes, there are interesting positions on dishes, but the prices are unreasonably high per serving. We decided not to experiment and take draniki - 3 different dishes: draniki with sour cream (150 g), draniki with pork rinds (185 g) and noble-style draniki (380 g). As a result, all the portions were the same - 3 draniki everywhere. When the waitress asked why the portions of 150 and 380 grams were the same, she said, "this is not for me, I have to do with it, there is a cook, I can weigh it if you want." Then it turned out that they had brought us draft sour dark beer from an old bowling alley... I had to change it to bottled. The check for 3 people is 150 rubles. for 3 servings of mediocre draniki, 1 soup and alcohol. You can find a lot of reasons and explanations, but in fact- disgusting service, mediocre food and overpriced prices.

The kitchen is delicious, the staff tried their best too, but... we got to the day of the banquet. Considering that there was no decent establishment in the neighborhood and this restaurant was highly recommended to us, we were upset. At first there were no tables. But then I realized that they hoped we wouldn't come back. But we really wanted to try the cuisine here. We saw that people had gone out and returned. We made an order. Some items were missing from the menu. For example, chicken noodles on the children's menu. We waited for 2 hours. First they brought the second one, when they clarified about the first one, they were surprised and brought it about 15 minutes later. While we were sitting and waiting for the order, a lot of people came and were denied service because of the upcoming banquet. We, as owners of a restaurant and a banquet hall in Maloyaroslavets, looked with tears at the departing and dissatisfied people. I am sure that I will not be the only one to leave such a review. The staff is not set up to work to earn money. The atmosphere is pleasant, beautiful and entourage.

Very tasty dishes, which only cost draniki. But on holidays, it's a completely different story here. It is necessary to book a table, this is understandable, but when no one went through an empty, supposedly reserved table in an hour and a half, and they apparently did not want to put one person in, well, that's it. As a result, I ordered a takeaway. It was cooked for 40 minutes, but the appliances were not given, referring to the fact that they simply ran out. All ten points for the menu, but 2 for the service.

Waiting for draniki for 60 minutes is aerobatics. The food is canteen, the serving is exactly the same. The soup was brought to the children from the children's menu after an hour of waiting and it was clearly sour, although they assured that it was fresh. The children did not eat. Guys, you are in such a place, and the service and quality are just a canteen. The waiters are not as friendly as possible, I would even say indifferent. 2 stars only for the interior and being in the castle. A complete disappointment.
