Чисто, тихо. Пожалуй это все плюсы.
Из недостатков: проблема с парковкой, поскольку она одна для ТЦ, БЦ и гостиницы. Места есть только поздним вечером и ранним утром. Нет воды в номере, а ночью идти к кулеру в коридоре сами понимаете. Крайне неудобные матрасы, они постоянно сползают, продешевили при закупке. Просто отвратительные дозаторы для мыла и шампуня. Выдают не граммами, а какими-то микронами. Интернета нет, никогда не было и не будет видимо. Первый раз останавливался еще в 2015, потом в 2020 и вот в июне 2023… на ресепшен все 8 лет одна и та же песня о том, что вот именно сейчас у них ведутся работы над улучшением интернета. По роду деятельности очень часто приходится ночевать в разных городах и странах, могу только сделать вывод, что собственники и управленцы настолько далеки от отельного бизнеса, что между ними просто световые годы.

The room is modern, clean, the furniture is not killed. The bathroom is simply gorgeous. It was very pleasant to be in the room. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. The staff is very polite. A delicious and beautifully decorated breakfast. From the lobby of the hotel you can go directly to the huge shopping center.

We came for one day. In the evening on the day of arrival, the card did not work on the electronic key. The receptionist politely replaced the card, but it didn't work. It turned out that the batteries were dead. The maid let us in, an electrician came 10 minutes later and replaced the batteries.
On the ground floor there is a wonderful cafe with breakfast from 7.00, which is good if you need to leave early or you are just used to getting up early. Also, there is a bank branch in the building with 24/7 bank accounts. If you have an urgent need to withdraw cash (with a commission), it will not be difficult! There is a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor with rooms, the room window overlooks the parking lot and the view of the Stone Slide. It is a 3-minute walk from the metro, the taxi arrives quickly, there are many stops with various transport nearby. Also, immediately from the hotel, without leaving the street, you can get to the Green City shopping center, where there are various restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, communication salons, flower shops, the Green hypermarket with products (good quality and prices), as well as clothing, shoe stores, a children's entertainment center and shops for creativity and electronics. In general, a great place, the daily price for a room for two = quality, services!

Были в апреле 2023г. Все понравилось. Брали номер double (на 2 этаже). Просторный номер (на фото нам казался меньше), очень чистый, в ванной тоже все очень чисто (единственное, в ванной холодновато). Есть минимальный набор шампуня и геля для душа,фен. В номере достаточно большой телевизор, есть холодильник. Если для кого - то это имеет принципиальное значение, то халата, тапочек, зубной щётки и чайника нет, но они изначально не заявлены в номере данной категории, поэтому тут без претензий. В номерах других категорий больший набор принадлежностей, включая чайник, поэтому кому важно, нужно внимательно читать описание. На этаже есть кулер с холодной и горячей водой, что полностью компенсировало нам отсутствие чайника в номере. Кровать у нас была двуспальная, всё удобно, шторы а-ля блэк аут, солнышко с утра не будило. Уборка в номере каждый день, полотенца меняют на третий день. Завтраки не брали, поэтому здесь сказать нечего. Здание отеля примыкает к большому торговому центру с большой бесплатной парковкой. Мы приехали на авто, проблем припарковаться ни разу не возникло. Супермаркеты, кафе (от KFC до ресторана), обменники - всё рядом. Сам отель находится далековато от центра (километров восемь), но если лень ехать на машине, рядом метро, так что проблем добраться не было. В целом, сравнивая отели и их стоимость в Минске, данный отель для нас оказался хорошим соотношением цены и качества

Very large room area. In the morning, you need to wait for the elevators for a few minutes - the employees of the business center are going to work and have occupied the elevators. Cleaning every day, change of towels once every three days. Breakfast is a set, the choice is not great, but I have no complaints about my 19 BYN. 5 min walk from the metro.

Clean, comfortable. A very convenient location. There is a lounge area located at the bottom of the hotel. The kitchen is terrible and the hookah itself is good.
Of the cons: towels are all in the hole, slippers and toothpaste are not included in the price. But these disadvantages are invisible, judging by the polite staff, etc.
In general, I recommend it!

It's simple. The service is "unobtrusive". They can easily skip room cleaning. The sound insulation is so-so. There are office spaces in the same building, so you should try to get to the elevator in the morning. But there is a huge metro and shopping center nearby.

I was pleased with the cleanliness, convenient location in the shopping center, the metro is within walking distance, in the center in 15 minutes! On the ground floor there is a cafe, a lot of exchangers, and food outlets!

The rooms are great, so far (there is a year to compare it with). But it is clear that they are not very interested in maintaining this level. On April 1st, 2024, I put 4 out of 5 (last year I put 4++ or 5, I don't remember). I have not been to our 4 hotels (their pricing policy is not clear to anyone at all!), but from the experience of visiting a private hotel (4)), Green is not inferior in any way (there are pros and cons in this, that's another conversation). I definitely recommend the Green Hotel, for now. Good luck to everyone!!

Отличная трёшка! С выходом в огромный ТЦ, где есть и общепит, и продуктовый мегамаркет, и торговые ряды. Метро в 300 метрах от входа. Номер просторный, санузел аккуратный, смесители топовые, лифты тихие и быстрые. Хочу отметить хорошее постельное бельё. Завтраки комплексные, вполне сытные. Ах да, ложечку для обуви не нашёл. Но в целом - на пятёрку!

A restaurant and a business center, where there is also a choice of places for a snack, breakfast, lunch. The location is also convenient. If traveling by car, there will be no problem to put a car.

Very comfortable, happy with everything. But there were no slippers and a bathrobe, I called and they brought it.
I don't use shampoo and gel, I'm carrying my own, so I don't really care about the fact that there aren't many of them. But the soap dispenser, of course, needs to be replaced-20 times you need to press it so that it spits something on your hand. A great breakfast + a compliment in the form of a cake, direct access to the shopping center-I was just very good with bags without clothes to go and immediately take the elevator to my floor

The hotel is really very good, comfortable rooms, but there are nuances about breakfast, long serving and the food cools down until it is served. I won't say for everyone, but I had breakfast, I ate an omelet already cold, to be honest, it was so delicious, but overall it was still delicious and very beautifully decorated. The feed was timed from 15 to 25 minutes. Therefore, dear guests, keep this in mind when you go to breakfast!

Хороший отель, отличный персонал, хорошее расположение, из отеля можно попасть в большой торговый центр не выходя на улицу, что очень удобно, особенно зимой. Но цены.... по сравнению с февралём 2023 выросли в 1.5 и более раз( цена за проживание с собачкой явно заградительная - за первые сутки 50 белрублей за 1 собаку, далее по 30 белрублей за 1 собаку за каждую ночь.

Всегда с удовольствием посещаю Беларусь, останавливаясь в отелях. В этот раз решила остановиться в отеле Green City. Прекрасный отель, в котором уютно и комфортно. Номера чистые, светлые. Постельное бельё "хрустит" от белизны и сведести. Огромная, удобная кровать в номере. Гостиница расположена рядом со ст.метро. Рядом огромный ТЦ с аналогичным названием. Персонал гостиницы очень доброжелателен и внимателен. В ресторане можно заказать вкусный завтрак. Всем рекомендую эту гостиницу.

Хороший отель,расположен на трех этажах, всегда очень чисто, белоснежные белье и полотенца. Исключительно удобные кровати. Большая парковка. Рядом, можно пройти прямо из отеля, большой торговый центр с гипермаркетом Грин. Поскольку в ТЦ много кафешек и в гипермаркете всегда можно взять готовую еду, отель предлагает завтраки отдельно. Обычно в бронирование номера завтрак не входит, но всегда можно докупить его на рецепшн. Внизу есть симпатичный ресторан Кухмейстер. Это далеко не центр, рядом в трех минутах ходьбы находится метро Красная Горка. 10 минут на метро - и в центре.

Hygiene supplies (shower gel, shampoo, disposable slippers) will have to be bought at the reception, which is already wild nowadays, given the level of the hotel, although it doesn't seem to have stars. A big plus is the proximity to the metro and the shopping center in the same building. You can pay for breakfast, very good.

A solid four. I was disappointed by the lack of slippers and soap dispensers with a narrow hole (I had to press 10 times to wash my hands properly and the staff was aware).
The room is clean, cleaning was done every day.
A huge plus is the shopping center within walking distance.

Гостиница отличная! Чисто и уютно, парковка есть, охрана есть. И еще очень здорово, что на 1-м этаже есть кальянная с отличным меню! И рядом с отелем есть ТРЦ, где можно здорово провести время! Рекомендую! До центра близко, тихий район, рядом с метро.

Шикарный отель. Довелось пожить тут два дня. Причем после тяжёлой работы. Хорошо отдохнуть, комфортно. Есть переход в большой торговый центр, со всем необходимым.
Недостатком назвал бы отсутствие возможности заплатить за одно место, пришлось оплачивать двухместный номер.

The repair has not been changed for at least 7 years. But, cleanly, neatly. The price is adequate. So my rating is 3.5 stars. And this is a good estimate. From the metro 300m. There are a lot of restaurants in the mall. From Georgian to Thai street food. There is an analogue of yummy and dots. I definitely recommend it if the price suits you.

Вообще место удачное расположения хоть и на краю города, но вокруг магазины, метро и стоянки огромные.

Conflicting feelings about the hotel. It seems modern, but it leaves some kind of residue. The administrator counts down the minutes until check-in at 14.00. Then you have to wait for room cleaning. The air conditioning system leaves your head heavy after sleeping. The tap water smells like in the old cleaning systems in the USSR. The rest of the room is clean and tidy. But the urban jungle raid leaves no chance for a feeling of comfort. Just a space to "roll the dice". Breakfast is beautifully served, but modestly enough. By the way, the bartender on the morning shift is a model of positivity and good-naturedness. It saves) Honestly, I would go to a different hotel next time.

Номер достаточно большой. Матрас и подушки удобные. Окна не открываются. Слышимость хорошая. Удобное расположение- торговый центр и рядом метро по прямой до центра.
Не советую брать завтрак. Дёшево и сердито, как говорится. Не вкусно, долгое обслуживание, столы грязные. Лучше в супермаркете йогурт купить и в кафе в тц кофе выпить.

Отличный отель. Всё понравилось. Есть интересные моменты, например связанные с щёткой зубной и пастой, она отдельно на рецепшен.
Завтрак хороший, 3 варианта.
Есть кальянная, пиво, закуски. В здании торговый центр, есть фуд-корт, там по стандарту всё. Цены приемлемые.

Останавливались в этом отделе год назад. Удобное расположение для путешествующих на машине (около Минской объездной). Рядом станция метро. Вкусные завтраки. В комплексе гостиницы находится крупный ТЦ с большим продовольственным магазином. Всем довольны. Рекомендуем к проживанию;))

Соглашусь с достаточно высокой оценкой предыдущих комментариев. Соотношение цена-качество выше, чем заявлено. Великолепное расположение, тихие и комфортные номера, рядом в торговом центре вкусно кормят. Отрицательным является опыт с предлагаемыми завтраками, здесь надо бы подтянуться.
