The hotel is really very good, comfortable rooms, but there are nuances about breakfast, long serving and the food cools down until it is served. I won't say for everyone, but I had breakfast, I ate an omelet already cold, to be honest, it was so delicious, but overall it was still delicious and very beautifully decorated. The feed was timed from 15 to 25 minutes. Therefore, dear guests, keep this in mind when you go to breakfast!

Hygiene supplies (shower gel, shampoo, disposable slippers) will have to be bought at the reception, which is already wild nowadays, given the level of the hotel, although it doesn't seem to have stars. Very large room area. In the morning, you need to wait for the elevators for a few minutes - the employees of the business center are going to work and have occupied the elevators. Cleaning every day, change of towels once every three days. Breakfast is a set, the choice is not great, but I have no complaints about my 19 BYN. 5 min walk from the metro.

The repair has not been changed for at least 7 years. But, cleanly, neatly. The price is adequate. So my rating is 3.5 stars. And this is a good estimate. From the metro 300m. There are a lot of restaurants in the mall. From Georgian to Thai street food. There is an analogue of yummy and dots. I definitely recommend it if the price suits you.

I do not recommend taking breakfast. Cheap and angry, as they say. It's not tasty, the service is long, the tables are dirty. It is better to buy yogurt at the supermarket and drink coffee at the cafe in the shopping center.

The room is clean, cleaning was done every day.

Conflicting feelings about the hotel. It seems modern, but it leaves some kind of residue. The administrator counts down the minutes until check-in at 14.00. Then you have to wait for room cleaning. The air conditioning system leaves your head heavy after sleeping. The tap water smells like in the old cleaning systems in the USSR. The rest of the room is clean and tidy. But the urban jungle raid leaves no chance for a feeling of comfort. Just a space to "roll the dice". Breakfast is beautifully served, but modestly enough. By the way, the bartender on the morning shift is a model of positivity and good-naturedness. It saves) Honestly, I would go to a different hotel next time.

I liked the hotel. Convenient location. Right in the business and shopping center. You don't have to go outside to eat or go shopping. There is a passage directly from the hotel. There is also a restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a small bar near the reception desk. In the shopping center itself there is a choice of food and companies for every taste! The room is modern. It's a pity there are no slippers or hygiene kits in the bathroom. And there is no kettle. Usually hotels like this have it all. The air conditioning system is silent. And the sound insulation is excellent. The room is clean. Parking under the windows. It's free. Not guarded. As I understand it, this is the parking lot of the shopping center. Location is the main advantage of this hotel.

The location of the hotel completely satisfied me, my daughter and I stayed for a couple of days in Minsk on the way from Grodno to Moscow. So literally entering the city, we immediately got to the hotel. A nice bonus was that there was a shopping center right there, because we were planning a shopping trip. Literally a 3-minute walk to the metro, several stops, and we are in the city center. It also turned out that breakfast is included in the room rate. Everything is fresh, tasty, the portions are large, designed for an adult man with a good appetite, three menu options are offered, this is quite enough. Hardly anyone will leave hungry. My daughter and I were satisfied with everything from beginning to end. There was one microscopic nuance. The hotel does not have a separate parking lot, parking is shared with the shopping center. It is very difficult to park during the day, but in the evening the parking lot is almost empty. There is also a multi-level parking lot behind the shopping center building, you can put it there. In general, there are a lot of options and all this is not critical. There are only positive emotions from the hotel and the city as a whole, as well as from the whole of Belarus.

We arrived in Minsk early in the morning (we left things at the reception desk before check-in), we were able to check into the hotel without extra charges only by 12 o'clock in the afternoon, still earlier than 14, so we were satisfied, there was also an option to pay half the daily room rate for early check-in at 9 a.m.
We were in Minsk for the first time, the hotel attracted by its appearance (part of a large business center) and convenient location: 5 minutes to the Kamennaya Gorka metro station and bus stop, exit from the hotel directly to the shopping center with the same name (a lot of shops with clothes, supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants, foodcourt)
Wi-Fi seemed questionable in the hotel, several of its variations, but unfortunately, I often had to run and "catch" it, because it worked intermittently, especially in the evening
There is a cooler with hot and cold water with plastic cups on the floor, glass glasses are in the room, it is very convenient, tea/coffee bags are not provided in the room, as well as slippers, there is no safe in the room, you can ask for an iron

Our room was superior, the cleanliness was on the level, the service was super. The location is excellent, departure without traffic jams to any point of the city. The staff is kind-hearted. Hello everyone I stayed here from June 8th to 11th. The hotel is super, there are many elevators (6), fast and free Internet, the staff cleans every day, the staff is friendly and friendly, both at the reception and in the cleaning. The rooms are well cleaned, the shower cabin is on fire.
In general, I liked everything, I definitely recommend it. The price corresponds to the quality.
The only thing I didn't really like was the restaurant-cafe, which is attached to the business center with a veranda, the food is very specific and there seemed to be problems with the quality, so it's better to eat elsewhere.
Honestly, I give the hotel a clean 5 and + for the fact that there is a cooler with hot water on the floor - you can drink tea)

Everything was decent, but I put 5 stars in advance:
- There are no breakfasts despite decent room prices per day, given the cost of the buffet through the prism of inexpensive products, the hotel's marketers are clearly not finalizing, trying to "save on pins" not realizing that the image losses of the business in this situation are higher, especially if it is also a Business center.
- When I asked for a bill for accommodation in English or at least indicate next to the price in Belarusian rubles the recalculation of the amount at the current exchange rate in USD, since I have an American company, I was refused. Why can't they do it, I don't understand?
-When I checked in, I was immediately warned that I might need a room for a longer period than 4 days, and so it turned out, and only at the last moment when I found a decent room in another hotel closer to the center and packing things for moving, I received a call at 11:15 with the news that I could stay for another day A day!!! I would like to note that they refused to change the bed linen for free, they had to pay extra!

Different information from the site, when booking there was a price of 300, in fact 320 came out in 2 days. The room was not cleaned, the towels were not replaced, only the garbage was taken out. We bought additional dry towels for the price of 4 rubles. Very good audibility, I was woken up by someone else's alarm clock behind the wall.The soap in the dispensers is diluted with water, so you can hardly wash yourself. The refrigerator is empty, there is nothing to eat from the road.There is no kettle.
Breakfast is 17 rubles, we took 2 and 3 very tasty, I do not recommend it, although it looks beautiful. We waited for breakfast for 20 minutes.

We stayed at the hotel for several days. Green Sity left only positive impressions. Large room, cleanliness, snow-white linen and towels. A very comfortable bed! Good sound insulation and air conditioning of the premises. There is a water cooler on the floor. The only thing missing was the ironing area . Good location, transfer to the shopping center along the inner corridor. Near the Kamennaya Gorka metro station. I rate the hotel at 4+. On the 1st floor there is an excellent restaurant with good service and delicious dishes.
