Great hotel! We came for 3 days, decided to visit this beautiful city of Minsk. We checked in early in the morning on June 10) at 4:00 we were greeted by a beautiful half-asleep receptionist, a sweet, beautiful girl)) the hotel has Wi-Fi in the rooms, the rooms are large, clean and cozy. There are water coolers on the floors. I recommend this hotel

Clear. The room was small, but with everything you need. Price-quality - full compliance. For me, the minus is that I had problems with the Internet (I needed it for work): I connected without a password, then I couldn't even log in with a password. Unfortunately, the advice from the reception did not help. I hope this is an isolated case)

We flew by with a paid breakfast, there was a business meeting for a certain time, we thought that 40 minutes would be enough for breakfast, the waiters said that we would have to wait about an hour, people were already waiting for an hour around. I had to leave without having breakfast! The waiters blame the fact that the reception should warn, the reception drowns that this is a third-party legal entity, in general, the staff is the weak point of this hotel! I am silent about the compensation in the form of lunch offered at check-out every other day!

There is no drinking water in the room. There are no cosmetic accessories, there are 2 shampoo probes with 1 drop in each. There was no cleaning during 2 days. I waited 45 minutes for the pre-ordered and prepaid breakfast. The check-in was at night, I was accompanied by a male colleague who met me, the administrator with rolled eyes pointedly hinted that everyone's passports were needed. Although I checked into the room and eventually checked in alone, but these tactless hints are inappropriate, to put it mildly.

There is not enough glass for hygiene supplies in the bathroom. Nearby is a large shopping center with a food court, shops, and a large parking lot. Good luck!
