We had a rest on January 16-24. 2 adults+2 children. I was very worried about the weather and in vain. There is also a transfer! And another piece of advice. The tour operator has very expensive excursions. We rented a Tesla taxi and went to a Safari Park in Dubai. $ 130 + admission 260 dirhams. The park is cool, we walked there for 3 hours, took a ticket for a Safari bus tour of the African zone. There is a free safari in Asia. We didn't have time for the rest.

A new hotel, a big enough beach! The food is great. We had a family vacation in mid-December. After 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the wind was cool, it was not comfortable after the water, the water itself was already invigorating, it was not very good for the children.. , but after you go in, you kind of get used to it) A heated swimming pool, there is a children's area, children liked to splash there more. But there were a lot of people there. We went to Dubai, ordered a transfer from the person on the left near the entrance (inside the building near the reception). It came out about one hundred and fifty bucks for a family of 4 people, but this is a personal driver for ten hours, go at least towards Russia). It was cheaper if you took a group transfer. Travel time is about an hour with a penny. If you walk about 20 minutes to the left after leaving the hotel, there is a playground, but there are a lot of locals there in the evening.. The water temperature is warm, like in the bathroom in July.

A 3-star rating for the territory - there is none, dirty sun beds and tables with them, the taste of vegetables and fruits, the taste of drinks, the price for this service does not match do not waste your money on this hotel, it is absolutely not worth it!
The resort fee can be paid with any card except the Russian Federation, I paid with a card that had Belarusian rubles on it, it worked fine, change dollars at the airport at the rate of 3.6 for $ 1 at the hotel it will be 3.4. And most importantly, if you pay in dollars, they must be younger than 2005, otherwise you will get the change local, the course at the hotel is not profitable, take cards from the CIS with you. We arrived early at 7 a.m., we were at the hotel about 10 (we were driving from Sharjah airport, about 1 hour on the way) Check-in at the hotel from 14 o'clock. The rooms are fresh, everything is clean. I really liked the smart home system. The bar was replenished daily with 3 bottles of water. The room was cleaned normally. The beach is a good beach, but not sand, but a shell. It is not very pleasant for the feet to walk on it, but it is definitely better than pebbles) The beach is very large and wide, sun beds could always be found. There is a bar on the beach (for an all-inclusive system) and paid snacks. They sell ice cream before 12 o'clock, French fries, pizza, etc. after 12. We went on an all-inclusive system and did not regret it, because it would have been very expensive to eat separately. You can take a private transfer from the hotel to Dubai, the cost is $ 185. It won't be cheaper by taxi, we thought.
There was always live music or a saxophone in the evening. Do not expect animation like in Turkey, there is simply no such thing here.
On the day of departure, many people write that they take off the bracelet - we were lucky. We came to find out how much it would cost to extend the room (500 dirhams for those who are interested) because check-out was at 17.00 from the hotel, for such an amount, of course, we did not agree and we were complimented by the hotel for free extended until 14.00 for this, just a huge respect to the receptionists at the reception and thank you very much!!!!! When we came up at 14 to hand over the room, no one asked us to give the bracelets) So for the remaining 3 hours we enjoyed the lobby bar))))

The hotel is relatively new, modern, clean, room cleaning for 4 out of 5. We have been here for 5 days, the bed has not been changed since arrival, towels once, and then when I threw them on the floor and put a sign on top for replacement. The refrigerator in the room is empty, water is given to the room for 2 bottles of 0.5 (for the number of people in the room). The windows and balcony overlook the beach and the inner side of the hotel, where music is hammering from 19.00 to 23.00, children play with screams on the playgrounds, in general, everything can be heard.
The beach is clean, well-groomed, large enough, but not sand, but a ground shell, sometimes digs into the heels, but generally clean, there are always enough sunbeds. The entry into the sea is smooth, but since the stagnant water in the bay on the surface of the water is an oily film from creams and tanning oils. Always calm.
The hotel is family-run, very much with children, BUT SMOKING AREAS ARE NOT THOUGHT OUT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. We do not smoke without children, but they smoke everywhere on the beach on sun beds, and in an open cafe and at the bar, and by the pool, generally everywhere! We are just suffocating from the stench of sinaret, and if we were here with the children, I would pack my things on the first day and look for another hotel, it's just unbearable!
Food! This is an average dining room, not a restaurant. Monotonous, one new dish once a dinner (the rest are repeated in a circle). Yes, you won't stay hungry, but by day 6, I'm tired of being honest. Queues are large at any time of arrival. In the bar, only one glass of wine or beer is in your hands, it doesn't matter, only one at a time, and you run back and forth several times. They are removed from the tables very slowly, and if they were removed 15 minutes after leaving, wait for the same amount when you catch the employee yourself and ask him for appliances.

Old rooms (the hair dryer works every other time, the shower flows, the elevator alone always does not work, the glazing is so thin that you can hear cars driving when the window is closed.). Being here, I will note the disadvantages that spoiled the impression of the hotel:
1. We asked to replace the room, with the condition that there will also be 2 separate beds. They told us to wait a day, by the appointed time we were ready with our things and 2 children, we waited another 2 hours!!! And we were moved to a room with one bed and a sofa! Which is impossible to sleep on (very hard), an adult cannot fit on it, instead of a blanket they gave a blanket without a duvet cover!!!
2. They asked us twice to wash the floor on the balcony, to which they nodded to us, but they never washed it. It's like they haven't washed it for a year!
3. The FB concept does not include drinking water outside the room! I begged at the beach bar to give me a glass of water for the baby, they gave it in the end, but they also repeated that I had to pay for it!
4. Poor sound insulation in the room. And the front door and the balcony and even the walls!
5. I do not know where the wonderful video reviews on YouTube come from, but the hotel does not even provide bathrobes on request! They don't exist, they don't exist!))) There are no disposable accessories (slippers, toothbrush, etc.!)
6. The mother and child's room is the same for the whole hotel! There is not even a chair to sit down to feed the baby!
Having paid almost a quarter of a million for a week's vacation, I am in shock because of these moments!!!

There is always a lifeguard on the beach and it's great, because he really monitors the situation. 2- Beach towels - you have to hand them over in the evening, there is a strict employee at the entrance, driving you away with towels, but you can only get them at 9:00 and how to be the one who gets up early - the employees have one answer - use your own! 3- The pool is small, people are like herrings in a barrel, but they clean it every night. 4- All inclusive is 3p food, ba drinks from 9, alcoholic from 12 and up to 12. Decent drinks. 5- restaurant- game! There is no queue only in the morning, the rest of the time there is a queue: at the entrance, at a table; for food. The hotel simply cannot serve such a large number of people. It's incredibly annoying. The food is delicious. Not very diverse. But, take imodium - it's not clear how, but the whole vacation was accompanied by an upset stomach.6- cleaning. I've never found fault with this, but here it's something - there are no towels all the time, you ask for them, they bring them 5 times, and no one cares about it, the cleaning itself is very mediocre. 7- the bathroom products are really good - soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream. Wi-Fi works always and everywhere on the territory of the hotel and the pool, and partly catches on the beach too. In general, only positive emotions after the first stay at this hotel. A great hotel, full of all inclusive and with alcohol, not a very large pool when the rooms are full, but a great beach, the rooms are super.
Restaurants on 4 out of 5. Coffee machines are excellent, coffee is super.
I do not recommend going in the summer, the sea is hot and humidity in the evenings.

This hotel has 4 stars, I would give this hotel 5 stars, the place is simply heavenly, the view from the rooms is just super. The service is excellent, everything is clean, neat and fast. Buffet meals, a huge selection. There are many bars and a large number of different drinks on the territory and in the hotel itself. I want to return to such a place again and we will definitely return🤗

Terrible hotel! I NEVER advise ANYONE to visit it! I very rarely write reviews, despite the fact that we vacation abroad at least 4 times a year in different hotels, but this time I definitely write a review with the SOLE purpose and mission-to PROTECT tourists from this horror, from huge disappointment, from spoiled holidays, from money thrown in the trash, and Quite a few! It's not even 4 stars, but 1 star maximum! Very poor food with disgusting quality of food and dishes! Nothing is possible to eat, both the child and the adults go hungry and it's all inclusive! Everything is included here - it's just a name! It is impossible to drink alcoholic beverages on all-inclusive, you can only drink drinking water from all-inclusive without fear of poisoning! Here are some senile rules of this so-called hotel-All inclusive 1 can of beer in 1 hand)) a family with a child of 8 years old cannot visit the spa, because in this "hotel" children are not allowed to visit the spa area (sauna, hammam).

The hotel is nice with a new renovation. We arrived at 9.30 at 10.30, we were given bracelets, taking into account that we did not have breakfast on the day of arrival, we settled in at 12.30. After arriving, we went to the beach, there are small storage rooms in the toilets with incomprehensible closing mechanisms. The room is spacious, with a large TV, refrigerator, iron, and kettle. The food is varied and delicious. There were fish, meat dishes, vegetables, salads, juices of 2 types. There is a queue for coffee at the coffee machines at breakfast. The beach is clean and well maintained. Alcoholic beverages are normal to drink. Especially canned Austrian canned beer. I liked the accommodation and everything was arranged at the hotel

The hotel is very comfortable. Food and drinks are of high quality. The menu has a lot of meat salads and various side dishes. During the eight days of rest, no signs of poisoning were observed. The beach is very large, sun beds are always in abundance. Umbrellas are portable, so you can always relax on the sun beds without fear of getting burned. The staff in all areas is friendly and helpful. The guy with the animation is a good fellow, he knows how to get an audience. There was only a lack of modern dance music. Playing the violin is fascinating, and it's a little annoying.
