I had a terrible experience with one of the staffs there and I report about her unacceptable and irresponsible behavior to the Haypost customer service. Except this, Usually I have had pleasant experience with other staffs there. Sometimes I had to wait because they work slowly, but at least when it turned to me, they were helpful.
