What I am writing here is my experience with only one of this office staffs and could not be extended to all people there. From the first working hours they were saying that the system is disconnected. Go and come later. I came back around 13, the employee told the system is not running yet. This time I sat inside the branch(on the only chair there I could find), after few minutes the woman who was telling me the system is disconnected, saw I am waiting inside, angrily called me to come and started to do my operation, suddenly the system got connected! She pounded the receipt on the front desk, just like when she paid back the change.I could not imagine that sending a parsel might be this much challenging and unpleasant. Also Sombody from customer care deptartment really should learn her how to treat people and also how to remove her facial hairs.

I came at 9 to catch up before work, they tell me that the program doesn't work and it won't be for another hour, is it always like this? They say yes I asked if they could pack it, I said yes, I came back, they say no, do it yourself.

1) I was there once before, I sent a parcel, the girl helped and everything was done quickly 2) today they kept it stuffy for 40 minutes, the employee didn't know anything with a dissatisfied look, she went around asking, was rude, a terrible experience.
