Very low IQ employee, I don’t know how to say it nicely but they don’t have functioning brain. They made a mistake giving my parcel to courier and they didn’t say anything just said “your parcel is not here”. I managed to track down the delivery courier myself and called in front of them and yet they didn’t do anything again just trying to find a way to blame it me. When they failed to find an excuse they again stick to “come tomorrow your parcel is not here today”!!! Lazy and brainless employees who think they can humiliate you and blame you for they own mistakes.
