An expensive good sanatorium with an excellent territory and shortcomings in the management of the service.
The hotel is a sanatorium resort, focused on resort services, many families with children and just vacationers.
For a sanitary treatment course, it is not a very convenient organization, infrastructure, organization of events and atmosphere.
For treatment, it is better to have an understanding of the required medical services before visiting.
We came to the extreme detox program at the end of October 24.
The territory is well-maintained, beautiful, on the shore of the lake with its own small sandy beach.
Large walking area, illuminated paths in the pine forest.
The territory is large, there is a separate heated outdoor pool (open in the warm season, paid separately, the water is cold).
It is surrounded by gorgeous pine forests.
The building is modern, residential medical, entertainment buildings are connected by warm galleries.
The rooms are spacious (we lived in a higher category, 2 rooms with a view of the lake), the ergonomics and organization of the rooms are not very organic (selection of furniture, location, convenience in the room including a bathroom), the furniture is high-quality, relatively simple, the bathroom is large and modern. In general, the rooms are in good condition.
Room cleaning is average, not organized by time and not focused on residents (the clean room sign does not lead to quick cleaning, it is cleaned before 20:00 in a period not focused on the convenience of residents).
First, they settled in an unpleasant superior room on the ground floor (bad view, unpleasant smell), after a series of scandals on the 3rd day they moved to the 5th floor.
The bathroom has a very good audibility of the neighboring room, it is not comfortable.
The receptionists talk in cultural words, but in the tone of "leave me alone, I'm right and it will be as I said", there is no attempt or desire to find a compromise convenient for the guest.
Nutrition has no dietary justification at all except for calculating calories.
The detox program includes meals 3 times a day, large portions for breakfast and lunch (stretching of the stomach), a small portion for dinner (respectively, in the evening a feeling of hunger).
At the same time, the kitchen does not observe the agreed amount of calories, increases or decreases the number of products or changes them depending on the circumstances.
Therapeutic meals are provided in a separate room with waiter service, the first evening we were not told that we ate separately according to the program - we ate in the common room.
The common room with a buffet is very bad (a lot of people, untidy distribution tables, mediocre food, lack of seats, tired waiters).
Medical and cosmetic services are at a good level, while the ugly organization of the schedule of the treatment program.
The medical reception does not always know the specifics of the procedures (often puts consistently incompatible procedures, without taking into account other activities of the stay such as physical therapy or nutrition), procedures / activities are divided into 3 independent parts managed by separate departments and in different programs.
The treatment program is weakly compiled by a doctor, consists of 3 parts (medicine, SPA, general).
Combining the schedule of all 3 directions requires coordination of different receptions, this is done by the guest himself, taking notes on printouts and keeping in mind the schedule of physical therapy, nutrition and pool operation.
There are clearly not enough cleansing procedures (lavage, tubage, etc.), it would be good to add theoretical and psychological parts to the treatment programs.
In general, my understanding is the following:
The owner (a leading construction company) has the means, but not in everything or does not always have the skills to create / manage high-quality sanatorium facilities,
as a result - an excellent building and territory, nature, good filling of honey. equipment and qualified medical specialists, in case of errors in the organization of the hospitable hotel infrastructure / maintenance and sanitary medical services.

A gorgeous place! Nothing to do with ordinary sanatoriums. Excellent room stock, everything is clean, neat and convenient. There is a huge selection of procedures aimed at both improving and treating the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. There is a phytobar where you can order smoothies or freshly squeezed juices, herbal tea. Special attention should be paid to nutrition, a huge selection of properly prepared dietary dishes for every taste. The sanatorium is located on the shore of the lake, the beach area is perfectly decorated. We had a rest for only 9 days, but we will definitely return.

Excellent service. A buffet with a large selection. Own baking. Excellent condition of buildings and equipment. Cultural program for children and adults. There are many families with children, but children are not particularly visible, they are busy. There is a children's room, workshops for children. Rental of bicycles, watercraft and sports equipment. The territory is well maintained, there is a health trail in its own 1.5 km park. The pool is small 20 m, but you can swim. Water aerobics, hydro massage. The procedures are at a high level. Friendly and friendly staff. The rooms are in good condition, all furniture is made of solid wood. In general, I really enjoyed my 2-week stay. There are excursions, but I went to Polotsk on my own. I downloaded a good audio guide on izi.travalle and visited all the sights, an organ concert in St. Sophia Cathedral in Polotsk. By location - rural hinterland, clean air, lake, pine trees. We had a rest in May 2024.There is no water in the rooms in the sanatorium, the cooler is dirty.The food is not very good, a small assortment (juices are not natural) We skipped lunch and dinner, asked them to bring us food, so they compensated with two sandwiches.They couldn't even buy water in the store.But there are a lot of alcoholic beverages.To get to the city, you need to order a taxi a day in advance.The territory is small, the entertainment program is only for the elderly.They asked for sun beds, but they didn't give them to us.People were sunbathing on benches .There were also dirty bags to sit on.The procedures are expensive. I do not recommend it.

This is a private sanatorium in Belarus, and unlike the previous ones, the difference in price and service is significant. We were at the sanatorium in March 2023. I really liked the sanatorium, its concept and layout. Beautiful buildings, excellent food, pleasant and courteous staff at the core. We are pleased with the free access to the swimming pool complex with baths, herbal teas without restrictions, leisure is present.Of the minuses, I want to note a small swimming pool, a small terencourt road, in the area of 1.2 km, a cinema room with ordinary office chairs, you get tired of sitting. There is no baleokomata. In the catalog of medical services, treatment of the digestive system, intestinal diseases, I asked what procedures you do and how you treat, none of the staff knows. The sanatorium is of a fairly high class in terms of comfort and prices for services compared to several resorts in the Republic of Belarus. And the most shocking thing was caused by Euro clamshells (extra space for children) they look new, but even under a 5-year-old child, the entire orthopedic grille flies apart, in different directions, replaced with the same one. As a result, the child slept third in the middle between 2 shifted beds. Coolers with drinking water are plentiful on the floors, it's great that there are thick paper cups for drinking. But there are no decanters, jugs, no dishes and appliances in the room, except for 2 glass glasses. It is nice that free parking is available on the territory of the sanatorium, but departure from the territory is subject to a pass, which must be issued at the reception. Despite some comments, I give a rating of 5, I understand that there is no ideal.

A great sanatorium for relaxing body and soul! It is located on the shore of a beautiful lake. The nature is amazing! The entire territory of the sanatorium is very well maintained, everything is monitored. The cuisine is delicious, varied, the menu is for every taste, including those who are on a diet and do not eat meat. Extremely attentive attitude to each guest, which is especially pleasing. The rest turned out great.
The sanatorium has a swimming pool, hammam, steam room, sauna, gym, a good medical base - massages, physical therapy, various physiotherapy, water treatments and much more.

We rested in Plissa for three nights. We took two rooms: single and double, both with a balcony and a view of the lake.
The rooms have a gorgeous view of the lake. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful. The air is magical. Around the forest. The atmosphere of kindness and tranquility.
On-site parking is free.
From the procedures, only the SPA was taken (relaxing massages and facials, which also included facial massage) - I liked everything very much.
The diet is fine, you can always find what you like. For breakfast: three types of porridge, sausage cuts, cheese, omelets, fried eggs, cheesecakes, pastries, fruit. For lunch and dinner: three types of meat (pork, beef, chicken - everything is delicious, even beef is soft and tender); fish (we had fried in batter), various salads, separately chopped vegetables, fruits, a little baking; for lunch, three more types of soups.
We went to the pool. The water in the pool is warm. There are three types of saunas.
Of the minuses:
- bad coffee in the dining room for breakfast. We hoped that the paid coffee in the phytobar was normal, but no.... Although the coffee machine in the phytobar is not bad. Whether it is configured incorrectly, or the quality of the grains is bad, I do not know... They could drink more or less normal coffee only in the bar, which opens at 12 o'clock;
- doors slam in rooms - seals are needed;
- the quality of cleaning is average.
Bottom line: we are glad to get acquainted with the sanatorium)
Previously, we went to Alfa-Radon every year. We decided to get acquainted with the Plissa, because by location to Moscow, this sanatorium is 200 km closer and the price is less.
If we compare with Alpha-Radon, then the rooms, food, service are more modest in the Pleated, but the price was also lower.
We want to return to Plissa for a longer time and try treatment)
Now there is another favorite place in Belarus on our list)))

We rested with my husband in a sanatorium in the month of August 2023. 8 days. First about +:
-Beautiful landscaping of the territory.
-Great view of the lake from the window.
-Free access to the swimming pool complex with baths. Herbal tea without restrictions.
-Coolers with drinking water in abundance on each floor. Thick paper cups for drinking.
-It's nice that there is free parking on the territory of the sanatorium.
- Good medical base. I would especially like to mention Doropei Tatiana Valentinovna, who, in addition to her professionalism, has a subtle sense of humor, which undoubtedly contributes to a full recovery. And a "living bone" in respiratory gymnastics, physical therapy, aqua aerobics, yoga - it's just not interesting without it at all.
-there is a chapel where sometimes you really just want to go and read prayers in silence and talk to God.
Now about -:
-There is no balcony on the floors where you could hang things to dry. Provided that the daily pool is 2 times a day, swimming on the lake - swimsuits did not dry at all. At least a folding dryer on the floor!
- The pool is not big.
-There is no water carafe in the room and no dishes and appliances at all, except for 2 glass glasses.
- Very boring, especially in the evening.
- The buffet food is very varied and delicious, but I want to say one thing. I have problems with the gastrointestinal tract. I can't eat large portions and lots of them. Fruits don't interest me. In the morning, only tea with a sandwich, and after 1.5 hours I can eat yogurt. And one of these days, having been in the dining room, I took yogurt with me so that I could eat it later. At the exit, a dark person forbade me to take it out. I explained the situation, why I took it. She said, "NO.You can'T."You'll excuse me, I understand everything that food can't be taken out., but I wasn't carrying whole plates of food. And just one yogurt.
We arrived on the recommendation of friends from St. Petersburg. In general, it's not bad, but we won't go there anymore. There is no warmth!!!!!!!........

We rested at the sanatorium on the weekend of December 15-17. The sanatorium is magnificent!!! Respect to the chef. Food cannot be called food - it is so delicious that they rarely even feed in restaurants. Just for the sake of it, you can already go!!! Separately, I would like to pay attention to the music that is constantly playing. I have never seen such a selection anywhere - it seems that a psychologist has worked. Relaxation begins from the first minutes. The staff is very friendly, courteous and friendly, starting from the doctor's appointment to the procedures. In 3 days, I rested as if I had been there for a whole month.
But there are disadvantages. And the most important thing, for which I removed 1 star, is how to get to the sanatorium. There is no way to get there except by taxi. If you had your own transport, you could already somehow meet your guests both in Glubokoe and in Polotsk. Moreover, the sanatorium is expensive at the price. And the bathrobes in the rooms are already so washed that it is unpleasant to put them on.
In general, the sanatorium is wonderful, the territory is large, the lake is beautiful - I advise everyone!!!!

We definitely did not expect this! Read our review to the end to know! The sanatorium positions itself as a 5*. But is it true? Now we can say that definitely not! It's just terrible! Apart from the beautiful territory and the exterior picture, there is nothing level 5* there! The greatest surprise is the level of room cleaning! The basis of the basics.
They moved into a room with yellow spots on the carpet, saying that this is how they clean the floor, inexperienced maids pour funds and the carpet fades😃 They refused to replace the number.
When we stayed, we found that the water in the sink was not coming off. But it was evening. And they wanted to tell me the next day. But there's a knock on the door in the morning. Hello, I'm a plumber, I came to clean😂 Maybe you will come to paint the walls, do repairs?!?? Could this have been done before the guests arrived? Did the maid see the problem when she was preparing the room?
The sanatorium has different categories of rooms and, accordingly, at different prices. A room with a balcony, but which one? Dirty!!! Yes, there are swallows there, but could it have been prepared before the race?!? They washed it only when we said so. And it was cleaner before we left, with flying swallows, than when we arrived. The question is, how often is it washed?
The dust was not wiped off the word at all, the bathroom floor was not washed!!! See the photo taken immediately after the alleged "cleaning". We came up three times with comments, only then did we re-clean! THREE TIMES!!! And immediately after the first time, you can't clean up as it should be? Should we approach and ask to clean efficiently for such money??!!??
Communication with clients. When we asked the maid to clean up while we were gone, she, talking to me, did not even look up from her mobile phone, standing with her back, said: "Why can't you leave earlier?" And this is the main maid on the floor with 8 years of experience, as the administration later said! C — service! Excuse me? Do we have to adjust to the maid????? And arriving in 5 hours!!! The room was never cleaned! With wet and dirty towels on the floor!
Food too. The food seems to be good. But monotonous. And if you arrive 30-40 minutes before the end, half of the assortment is no longer there or there are just empty compartments and they bring fresh for a long time. We went for meals at the beginning and at the end, specifically to compare. That is, if you like to sleep, then be content with the leftovers. I remind you, our reader, the sanatorium is FIVE STARS!!! From five stars you can see only the price here🙄
As a result, on the last day we turned to the administration and told them everything. It turns out that we should have sounded the alarm earlier! Then they would have followed the maids! I wonder if it is the responsibility of the administration to stand with a baton over the staff? It seems to me that it is necessary to initially set up the whole process, and not for customers to run to the administration about cleaning!
Yes, they apologized to us and offered us a free lunch, well, of course, thank you, but we refused. Such an apology to myself. Thanks! We won't set foot here again!

I do not recommend this place, the service is very poor. We checked in an hour later. The room is patched, the shower hygiene did not work, mold everywhere in the shower, stains. The doors jam, so that the doors in the house open, you had to put a lot of reading into it. It was cold, the air conditioner did not work for heating.
It was poorly cleaned. The curtains and bedspreads are stained, dusty, I can't imagine how many years they haven't been washed)
The food is monotonous, the rooms need renovation.
The price does not match the quality

We came with our family for a weekend tour in mid-September. Beautiful well-groomed territory on the lake shore, nice rooms, attentive and friendly staff. Excellent food, pleased with the variety of food for breakfast.

My review is for everyone who is looking for an extraordinary place to relax, restore health, harmony with themselves and the world around them!
I'll start, of course, with the location.
The sanatorium is located in a wonderful place on the shore of a lake surrounded by a forest. Well-groomed territory, blooming: lavender, hydrangeas, chrysanthemums, violas, lotuses and water lilies - everything creates a unique atmosphere of beauty and harmony.
The staff is a team that works as a single mechanism - clearly and professionally.
I would especially like to thank you:
- the maids of the 3rd floor for the cleanliness of the room and the prompt solution of any questions that arise;
- massage therapist Vasily and the medical staff of the underwater traction room for the return to life of my back;
- Maxim's instructor for returning to yoga classes ;
- cosmetologists of the spa center Oksana and Marina for their excellent work for the beauty and health of my face and body;
- the chefs of the restaurant for delicious, healthy and varied food, especially for pancakes, cheesecakes with cottage cheese, meatballs, and cottage cheese pudding with jelly pieces.
Rest. In the sanatorium, everyone can find a cozy place to relax in their free time: whether it's a comfortable sofa, a pouf chair on the grass or a chaise longue on the lake shore. Regular concerts by violinists, saxophonists and musical groups also create a unique atmosphere.
The sanatorium is a truly magical place! Fresh air, a lake, a forest, an excellent medical and cometological base and, of course, the people working here make it unique!

We had a rest in this wonderful sanatorium in July 2023. A wonderful place! A very large and beautifully maintained area. The rental offers equipment for every taste. Every evening there is a cultural and entertainment program for those who wish in the amphitheater located on the shore of the lake. A wonderful buffet, which, fortunately, does not look like Turkish at all. The staff is friendly, not a single request or wish was ignored. The main advantage is nature! Towels are changed every day. Purity. The spa area is not bad - a very good hammam, a Russian sauna and a sauna are also on the level. Here the pool is not very much- bleach, as in a solution for bleaching laundry and snot float, bubbles and jets turn on extremely rarely. You can only swim with glasses - otherwise it eats your eyes. Polite staff. Delicious food. A large beautiful area. A wide range of medical services. Of the cons: there is no animation at all. It's very boring, especially in the evening. We rested here in February for 6 days. Of these, there were some musical evenings in the bar for two days (the program was about an hour) and nothing worked at all. There is a separate house for children, where a tutor sits with them. They put crafts out of paper all day and that's it…
The pool is small for such a large number of rooms. 3 saunas, 2 of them were turned on only in the evening.
There was mold in our room, not very pleasant.
We went from St. Petersburg on the recommendation of friends. In general, it's not bad. But we won't go any more.

A wonderful sanatorium, located on the shore of the large lake Plissa. Well-groomed territory, there is a 1.5 km path in the middle of the forest, it is pleasant to walk or run. Accommodation, treatment and entertainment are located in different buildings connected by warm passages. Wonderful treatments, baths, massages. Acupuncture is beyond praise. A phytobar with freshly squeezed juices, herbal tea, and an oxygen cocktail is open every day. The staff is very polite and friendly. A very flexible approach to the appointment of the procedure time, it was always possible to postpone it to a more convenient time. There is a different entertainment program every evening. We were in winter, we really liked it. In summer, it's probably just luxurious here, because there are pine trees and coniferous forest around. If you get tired of relaxing, you can drive to Polotsk and Glubokoe. There's a lot to see. The food is a buffet, simple, but everything you need is there: vegetables, fruits, pastries. There is no variety of nuts and different jams, as, for example, in Alfa-Rodon, but we did not gain extra pounds. A wonderful place, I definitely recommend you to visit!

I rested for 21 days from December 26, 2023 to January 15, 2024. I liked the sanatorium-clean, good cuisine, all procedures are performed in full and on time, room cleaning is daily.. The staff is friendly and professional. There are uncomfortable couches in the treatment room, they are not suitable for long-term ivs. In such a wonderful sanatorium, there should clearly be special chairs for long-term intravenous procedures-and it is convenient for the staff and patients. There is not enough pharmacy where you can buy drugs. On New Year's Eve, many people came with sick children (and adults did not lag behind them), but there was nowhere to buy drugs... As it is, everything is wonderful..

The sanatorium is located in a beautiful place on the shore of the lake.A high level of service and a well-equipped medical base. The staff maintains the premises and the territory in very good condition. The aquazone is perfectly clean. We rested for 3 years in a row.We are very satisfied.

We were in the sanatorium for a week with the children ☺️
The food is very decent , clean and cozy🤗
But there is nothing about free treatments), and there are no paid ones (there are good massage therapists, they did not like the spa treatments.
If we consider it as a vacation to change the situation, take a walk and get some fresh air, of course yes, but the procedures are at zero(
The area is very beautiful , the pool is good 🤗
But, it is necessary to work on the quality of procedures🙈

We had a rest in April. Beautiful well-maintained territory
Among the disadvantages are 3-course meals, a very basic set of products and ingredients, repetitive dishes from day to day, a lot of food, little tasty, you don't get pleasure, but just stuff yourself with food. Russians mostly rest. They gain a lot, and they don't finish eating a lot. There is a feeling of a scoop inside. But clean and very boring.

We rested with my mother from 23.04 to 31.04 (with early check-in and late check-out). It was the best vacation I've had in 32 years, I swear. An amazing sanatorium! Excellent treatments, cool gym, swimming pool, steam rooms/saunas. The menu is very tasty and varied. A cool photo bar with a smiling and sociable Daria! Overall, excellent staff and doctors!!! The territory of the sanatorium is beyond praise. Very organized and varied leisure activities. We went to Glubokoe, we strongly recommend visiting this cute town and the Museum of local lore. We walked to the village of Plisa, bought some goodies. In short, there are a lot of impressions! I hope to visit again❤

My husband and I found it very simple to eat at the high cost of the sanatorium. Previously, the menu was more refined and varied. Unfortunately, now, due to the high demand and the influx of tourists, I had to eat buckwheat, rice, potatoes, hake and beef, thrown back and forth from dinner to lunch and back in different sauces. Otherwise, there are no questions, it is beautiful, clean, forest, nature, treatment. The massage is scheduled for 3 days in advance.
