We had a rest from June 27 to July 4. I really liked it. It's a very beautiful place. The food is delicious, various treatments, massage, SPA, the children liked the pool, children's playroom, used rental services (bicycles, electric scooters, trampoline, remote control machine), there is a shooting range, drank oxygen cocktails, went to the gym, saunas and much more. We booked tours without treatment, rest from 2 nights. The room was 2-room with a large bed and a pull-out sofa, in each room there was a TV, split systems. They clean well, bathrobes are for adults, children need to take their own, the size range is limited. Most of the residents came for mud, massages and baths. According to the reviews, we were satisfied, but they said that it was better to choose the procedures yourself, not the Detox complexes ...
On the issue of food, I will say that everything was fine with us. Many people said that they didn't like the food, it was a little weak. For breakfast there were omelets, fried fried eggs by cook Alexander, sausages, sausages, cheeses, cheesecakes, pancakes, cottage cheese.casserole, muesli, yoghurts, etc. For lunch, 2 soups and chicken broth, salads, pickles, fish, chicken, meat, side dish pasta with ketchup, which my youngest son likes only for dinner..😉
I liked the pool, it was clean, a lot of towels, they give balls, glasses, swimming equipment for free, cool saunas, we warmed up after the pool every time. The rental point is quite convenient if you want to ride a bike, scooter, electric scooter, electric car 10 rubles - 10 minutes) prices are acceptable, for example, a bicycle 6 rubles.belor. 1 hour. At the rental point, an appointment for boating on the lake is very cool, 10 rubles per person, 1 hour of walking on the water!!! The territory is fenced, the trail for walking through the forest is 1200 meters, you can fish on the piers, we fished, caught small fish and immediately let them go. If you go by car, I recommend that you get to Glubokoe, there is a self-service car wash and you can wash the car, washing away insects, at the car wash a guy who will give you a drink and wash the car himself for 10-15 rubles. There are shops in Glubokoe, for example, a Brownie, you can buy beer and other drinks, in the hotel the prices are for example 1 booth. beer = 8 rubles, 3 rubles in the store, decide for yourself....

I liked the sanatorium very much, I managed to visit it 2 times already, with a small child.Of course, it's worth a lot to improve your health, relax and reboot in the Belarusian forest outback by the lake! You can add any treatment to an all-inclusive vacation, either with individual procedures or with a wellness complex.The sanatorium is new, with a good number of rooms, excellent service, they listen and fulfill all requests. The territory is large, clean, well-groomed, near a huge lake where you can ride a catamaran, boat, fish, swim and sunbathe in season. The forest park is equipped with paths. There is even an apiary, honey from which can be purchased!He's great!The treatment is varied, according to the profile mud baths and balneotherapy. We definitely take these directions and acupuncture, which is performed by a wonderful kind doctor Oleg Iosifovich!We recommend you to visit yoga-a specialist and a master of his craft Maxim simply does not leave you indifferent to this matter!Nutrition-there are two types:a communal dining room with home cooking and a diet room. 1. There is no kettle in the room. Those with children will obviously not be happy. The children will want tea in the evening.
2. If you come to the dining room 20 minutes before the end of the reception, write, almost everything is empty. You definitely won't get the meat.
3. The bar. A separate topic. There is no food in the bar, only light snacks in the form of one chocolate bar. It's a mystery to me. What prevents you from making fries, nuggets, pizza. The receipt will increase many times. Otherwise, strong alcohol has nothing to eat.
4. The staff is all tired, seven days a week. They are, in their words, shortening. This is reflected in the overall impression.
5. Audibility in the toilet.... It 's scary to even go in there 😂😂😂
6. Dinner ends at 7.30 pm, and then whatever happens, no matter how hungry you are, no matter how the children ask, you will NOT find food in the sanatorium.

This is without a doubt one of the best sanatoriums in Belarus!! Everything is at a very high level: rooms, food and service. It has the most modern equipment for treatment and recovery, responsive, unobtrusive staff. I especially want to say about the territory: beautiful nature, pine forest, quiet lake, birds singing to all voices!! Comfortable paths, benches for recreation everywhere, sports grounds, everything is clean, the grass is trimmed, in everything, care is felt for the guests of the sanatorium. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for the atmosphere of a fairy tale that you fall in love with at first sight and where you want to return more than once!!!

We had a rest in July 2023. It's an amazing place. The buildings and landscapes are simply incredibly beautiful. The staff of the sanatorium are just fairies. It was surprising for us, the guests from Moscow, not to see a single foreign citizen, all Slovenes. So gratifying..... I wanted to lose weight, but what's there... the food is just a fairy tale.... hotels in Turkey are having a nervous rest. Thank you for this belly feast. You will have to lose weight later.
Special respect to all massage therapists - you are just a miracle. In general, there is only one conclusion: we will return here for sure!

I took off 1 star for cleaning and the rooms as a whole. The rooms are tired. Not 5 stars, poorly replenished shampoos, there was no conditioner at all. The cooler on the 3rd floor has only cold water, they asked to turn it on 3 times, but they did not turn it on.
Everything else is fine. Valentina Zhukova does a magical massage.
I wish you to reach the sanatorium to 5 stars.

A wonderful sanatorium. We had a rest at the end of August- beginning of September, even took a swim in the lake. Varied meals, good medical facilities and spa, swimming pool, sauna, Russian bath, hammam. Yoga classes, aqua aerobics with Maxim Smironov are beyond praise. We enjoyed everything very much, we are going to return. Many thanks to the management and staff of the hotel for a wonderful stay!

You can describe this sanatorium in one word - EXCELLENT!!! My daughter and I (42 and 67 years old) were in February 2024 from only the 3rd to the 10th, i.e. a full 7 days, taking into account early check-in and late check-out. All possible procedures were scheduled for both the first and last days, because the entire staff of the sanatorium works in full ALL days of the week, including Saturday and Sunday! We lived in the simplest double standard with a lake view. Everything is convenient, comfortable, clean and everything works! The maid cleans everything thoroughly despite the very large number of rooms. I am a musculoskeletal invalid, I move on crutches, so I needed a higher and softer bed. As soon as I asked to solve this problem, it was fulfilled immediately. Otherwise, the sanatorium has all the conditions for such people with disabilities. Elevators work flawlessly everywhere and you won't need to wait more than a minute for them. The only place to go down on foot is the bar. But in principle, you can get there from the street. It's great that if you live in the main building, then all medical procedures can be attended in the medical building without going outside, but getting there through a covered passage. All the staff, starting with Alexander Gennadievich Shchuko, the chief physician, to whom I am very grateful for the shockwave procedures provided to me, and ending with the junior staff, are simply impeccable! Real professionals in their field. Everyone is in their place. I would especially like to mention the magic pens of masseuse Valentina Zhukova! This is an incomparable combination of tenderness with the power of influence with an accurate understanding of your business! Next time, just to her! I really liked the pool and especially its opening hours until 22:00. The very comfortable water temperature was 29-30 degrees for 5 days out of 7. The last two days have been lowered to only 28-29 degrees (judging by the scoreboard), but this immediately led to discomfort. We couldn't stay in the water for more than 15 minutes, we ran upstairs to warm up, But it was uncomfortable and didn't help much. The kitchen, the restaurant (we ate in the Pomegranate Hall), the food were above all praise! For every taste! And the products for sale (lard, 2 types of cheese, honey - this is what I bought) did not disappoint! Besides me, all the friends to whom I brought this as a gift appreciated it. I had a birthday while staying at the sanatorium. As a compliment from the sanatorium, in addition to congratulations, I received a box of chocolates in a package with the image of "Pleats" and a gorgeous dish of fruits! I've never eaten such a sweet pineapple! And the design was on "5+"! The territory of the sanatorium, even in winter, was pleased with cleanliness, cleaned paths, the presence of a playground, outdoor exercise equipment and an abundance of trees and shrubs! And I really want to note the attitude of the staff towards the guests. There was not a single exception in benevolence, politeness, willingness to help in any matter! Thank you ALL very much. I will definitely recommend the sanatorium to all my friends. I would also like to thank you separately for the transfer. Andrey brought us/took us away. A wonderful driver and car.

We had a vacation with our grandson in July-August of the 23rd year. The room was nice, two-room, though without a balcony. Cleaned every day, the staff is very friendly. The medical base is at an altitude. There are many water and mud treatments. Special thanks to massage therapist Tatiana - she has golden hands. Beautiful nature, there is a place to walk, we rode a catamaran on the lake. Why 4 stars and not five? The power failed. During the third week of our stay, the range of dishes somehow sharply decreased. In general, it is very good, it can be recommended!

Not enough fruit. We were surprised by the constant queues for coffee. SOMETIMES the device does not work, then during breakfast it starts to be serviced. It is necessary to pay attention to the condition of the sunbeds on the beach, their treatment and washing. There is a lot of sand rushing from the beach onto the wooden flooring, you can equip a foot wash or sweep the flooring more often. The room is small, but it was cleaned every day. There are excellent products from your farm. Leaving the room, checking the bedside table, I accidentally smashed the lampshade with my head. Since he was originally hung incorrectly. It is hung over the bed and not over the bedside table. I invited the cleaner, informed the reception, counted for 30 minutes how much I should pay. As a result, 89 Belarusian rubles were withheld. Price was never shown. I think the price for a vacation with procedures is 14,000 rubles. per day - overestimated. In Yessentuki, at the Shakhter sanatorium, where they rested and were treated in the spring, they liked much more, there were more procedures, they were better, the food was 2 times more diverse, the room was 1.5 times larger, in the city center next to the resort park and the price in the superior room for two was 11,000 rubles. And so, on the whole, it's not bad.

The overall score according to all criteria is 5 points.
The food is a buffet, the choice of dishes is varied, the food is delicious.
They took the direction of cardiotherapy. The attending physician, M.N. Vashkel, is a highly qualified specialist who treats his work very responsibly. The medical building is equipped with modern equipment. The medical staff performs their duties efficiently.

We had a family vacation here for the first of May 2019. We arrived by car from Moscow. A wonderful place!!! We chose for a long time, we wanted to combine a trip with a sedentary vacation - you can't think of a better one: a very well-groomed and really large area for walking, cycling, roller skating. There is a lake 50 meters from the building: you can just admire it, you can ride a river bike, you can ride a boat. They probably swim in the summer. There are many gazebos on the territory. Live music every day, often outdoor performances (we listened to Macedonian pipers))) The rooms are great! The buildings are new and at a good level. Of course, the table is fed with food, but it is varied and delicious. We had treatment for an additional fee, since they simply do not have such programs for a short period of stay, but for three of us, 3 crammed full of spas, massages, baths, speleotherapy procedures cost us 15 tr.!) In Moscow and the Moscow Region, such a set was pulled by 50-70 tr.! 2 sources! Mud baths. Bicycle rental, sports equipment, etc. - everything is new and in good condition. Parking space. I wrote this review in 2019. In 2021, I came with my family for the second time, already for 8 days and already in a cottage, and not just in a room. I support and recommend all of the above. You can't think of a better way to relax with your family, BUT beware of the buffet - it's bad for the figure(. Next time we will come to the detox program)
Since the last review, we have already been 2 more times: in February for detox and for the new year 2024. We were convinced once again that Plissa is a wonderful place with the highest level of service, a place where they not only earn money from guests, but where they really think about the guests coming back and doing everything for this! The New Year's program is just great. The only thing I wanted to add it to the gym please: friends, add at least one multifunctional weight bench, weight plates and straps with weightlifting belts... I understand that the profile is not yours and maybe this is true for 5-7% of the guests - those for Your business is a penny, and people will be really pleased 🙏 👍
