I took tests today and was very satisfied with the service. The staff was polite, courteous and behaved as professionally as possible. I arrived without an appointment in the morning, and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was accepted without unnecessary red tape. All the actions were explained in detail and easily, which created a sense of confidence and care. We were especially pleased with the pleasant little things: we were treated to fragrant coffee with delicious treats and presented with a certificate for insurance in Belgosstrakh.
