I contacted the laboratory of this network many times, but for the first time I was disappointed. I took tests 3 days before visiting the doctor, knowing that they usually take a day or two to prepare, general and biochemistry. When accepting an order, the deadlines for the production of analyzes were always indicated in all laboratories. But now no one has said that because of one indicator, the result instead of 2 days will be ready only in 10 days. Well, of course, I had to cancel my appointment with a doctor and now I will be able to make an appointment only after 1.5 months, because this specialist is in demand. If I had even been told that such a long time was needed for the results of the analysis, I might have gone to another laboratory or would not have passed this indicator. I will no longer contact Helix, since there are other laboratories.
