We returned to the reception, where they made a remark to me, she did not say that the analysis was for a child, but I clearly stipulated during registration that the analysis was for a child of three years old.The employee sighed with displeasure, and demanded a passport and a birth certificate for her daughter. I was surprised, for the first time I heard that you also need to provide a certificate, the day before the call center said accompanied by a parent with a passport. In general, the service was refused to us. The child does not eat or drink for more than an hour. We had to go to another laboratory, where there was no certificate, no waiting list (from reb to 5 years)The analysis was done via email, politely, quickly, and with payment upon delivery of the service. There 's a difference in everything ! from attitude to service. Helix lacks both. Even in the clinic, the staff is more friendly and ready to go to a meeting, but here it seemed as if the administrator was happy with this outcome of events. I concluded that I was no longer a client of Helix and would not recommend contacting anyone I knew.

It's a good place to take tests, the results come quickly. However, when there are a lot of people in the morning, there is nowhere to stand inside. A very small room is rented. As it is, the specialists are good and the location was chosen well. It is especially successful for people in the nearest houses. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the point.
