Please do the work on providing the CORRECT information to the client. On 11/26/24 at 17:30, I went to clarify the time of receiving the material for the analysis specifically indicated to the administrator and whether there are time limits.!!!!The answer was: there are no restrictions, we accept during working hours. As a result, at 18:20 on the same day, the biomaterial was not accepted! I was told that I need to look at the business card! The time of admission is indicated there, and the fact that I specifically went to clarify it - it probably doesn't mean anything!!! Honestly, any desire to contact such laboratories disappears. If you don't get proper advice on an elementary question!
