Very gorgeous views of Batumi. The temple is very beautiful. I was impressed by the mosaic. At the entrance, you can take a skirt and a headscarf if you are not dressed for the temple. Double standards are not clear: you can take pictures on the temple grounds, but you can't use a selfie stick))))

The Church of the Holy Trinity on Sameba hill (height 400 m/n/m). It's a very pleasant place, without too much noise and fuss. The temple was completely renovated from 2002 to 2010 with the money of the patron. There is a very beautiful decoration inside, all the scenes of the Bible are made of mosaics. I just want to look at everything. You can get there by taxi or minibus. The views of the city are amazing in any weather.

It's a beautiful place. My favorite place in Batumi. Quietly. Peaceful. Heat. Nicely. From the parking lot it is pleasant to walk along the shady alley. There is a small church shop (candles are cheap and large). The view is amazing. There is a small cafe in the parking lot. We arrived by taxi. But they say there are minibuses (one was seen personally). The church is small. One employee. He's a bell ringer. On our arrival, he went out for lunch and closed everything. We waited for him to eat (about 40 minutes). At that time, we were walking around the territory. Keep in mind if you arrive at lunchtime. The temple itself is open until 17:00. You can't take pictures inside. I did not know. I was reprimanded.

A significant place! We went there on our own by minibus! But then 2.6 km uphill, They were very heavy. Upon reaching the place, we were greeted by indescribable views of Batumi and the suburbs. The monastery is met by servants who dress up in robes that hide the unnecessary appearance of the parishioner. The monastery itself is very beautiful both inside and out. The interior is completely made of mosaics, well, very beautiful. After walking in and around the monastery, we could go back to the bus stop, but it's more fun since it's on the descent!

Yandex took us by the shortest route, apparently, along a soooo serpentine between houses.... The adrenaline junkie was snapped up. And it's better to have the sun from the back in the morning. The monastery is located on a mountain and it is one of the best observation platforms with excellent views of Batumi. Entrance to the monastery is prohibited in shorts, with bare shoulders, and women with uncovered heads, but before entering they are given free of charge everything necessary to put themselves in proper shape. The territory is clean, well-maintained, beautiful flower beds are laid out. The temple itself is small, and very similar to other temples in Georgia. Climbing the mountain is not easy, but the impressions you get are worth it!
