The bus station is clean, in principle, like the whole of Belarus, but the prices there are higher than expected. And for coffee, and for buns, which are sold in a Bakery in the building of the bus station itself. The service is excellent, everything is clear and accessible. Almost everything you need can be purchased within walking distance.

According to Wikipedia, the building of the intercity bus station in Grodno was built in 1962 according to a standard class 3 project developed by the Leningrad branch of the Giproavtotrans Design Institute in 1959. The bus station is located quite conveniently for residents of the Leninsky district of Grodno. What can not be said about the convenience for residents of the Oktyabrsky district of the city. I cannot say that the bus station building corresponds to modern trends in terms of design and modernization.

Well, I have two opinions about the bus station. Some kind of unkempt, in the waiting room there are miracle windows, if you raise your head to the ceiling - two double-glazed windows and two old windows and still with handles out into the hall. For what? The doors are painted, but so sloppily, but the bus station of the regional center! Yes, they set up a terminal for the convenience of taking a ticket for any route. There are no more advantages to this. It is not cozy, it does not correspond to our beautiful Grodno. The MTR has been updated. The dispatcher speaks so softly that you can't hear if you move 2 meters away from the landing sites of platforms 1-5, what she says and what flight. I was recently in Shchuchin. The bus station is updated, often neat.

We can say that the bus station got lost in shops and stalls,had a snack and bought souvenirs,was very surprised that you can not feed pigeons, violate the sanitary conditions of the bus station,they said they would give a fine,funny,a better repairman,a fresher building would look,the toilet is interestingly invented,but the payment is also a shock on the sly,there is something to compare,Brest,,, Minsk,,,Gomel.

I don't know how you can work with such an attitude in principle, apparently they feel impunity and believe that you can take it out on your passengers. The Grodno-Skidel route, it's unrealistic to buy tickets at the box office, it's not the first time I come, and the cashier, as usual, "there are no tickets", I come to the minibus, and there everyone buys tickets from the driver, with a maximum of 2 people with tickets, and sometimes the minibus leaves half-empty, but "there are no tickets at the box office", this is terrible, with all this, sometimes a controller walks near the platform and he sees it all, but he does not go into the Skidel minibus, he went in and out once for the sake of appearance, if after this review the problem is not solved, I will write a complaint, since I often go to Skidel, but I cannot buy a ticket at the ticket office

It's better when a guy stands next to an electronic terminal, he's more useful than a help desk. This bus station is not suitable for foreigners or non-locals / nonresidents, the schedule on the website and on the spot do not converge, I navigate according to the schedule online, I arrive at an approximate time and find out on the spot that the other schedule departs in 4-5 hours. If you want to leave soon, you will find out that there is another bus without a number at all. The bus station is for locals who know the schedule themselves. The cashier's attitude, as if I should know myself which route to buy a ticket for, drives me to the help desk, as a result, you buy a ticket, and then the driver scolds that you should have called the stop when buying a ticket. Everything seems to be logical for the second time, but for beginners this is a quest. I almost ordered a Yandex taxi for 30 rubles, but local people/passengers helped.

Хороший небольшой автовокзал. В здании автовокзала есть камера хранения, киоск с прессой, мягкими игрушками и прочей мелочью. Рядом располагаются платный туалет, кафешки, небольшой продуктовый магазинчик, через дорогу - торговый центр.

Чисто.Приятный, культурный персонал. Минимум очередей. Большая стоянка. Рядом много кафе и магазинов. Находится в центре города рядом железнодорожный вокзал. Удобно.

It is there, of course, BUT - the first passage is so narrow that even one person cannot pass normally, the second is the slope of the stairs is terrible, to get up and break something at once, the third is the cubicles and the toilet of the Ala USSR, the fourth, the women's and men's department in "one" place - horror - in general, the toilet this is trash !!! Waiting room - there will always be a neighborhood with drunks, homeless people, etc., etc. In the only decent cafeteria - the prices are space!!! While I 'm at the train station , I 'm at dyareuni ... Not a train station of a city , and certainly not a European city !

Чисто в залах и на остановках, приветливые кассиры, бывают очереди в кассах но быстрая и качественная работа кассиров это быстро исправляет, работа диспечерской службы желает лучшего, не знает о задержке транспорта
