On 11/26/24 at 17:30, I went to clarify the time of receiving the material for the analysis specifically indicated to the administrator and whether there are time limits.!!!!The answer was: there are no restrictions, we accept during working hours. As a result, at 18:20 on the same day, the biomaterial was not accepted! I was told that I need to look at the business card!
