It's a disgusting place! It's amazing that such a stylish hotel has been brought to such a state: everything there is either broken, dirty, or badly battered. The staff and service are appropriate.. I booked a Deluxe Suite in advance, arrived early in the morning, made the payment, left my suitcase at the reception and left on business. Returning at about 18:00, I received a key and went to check into my "deluxe")) which no one has bothered to remove all this time!!! as a result, they settled into a standard room, because there were no cleaners anymore. a sagging mattress, dirty towels, corks, etc. small debris were attached, and around 3 a.m. the air conditioner was turned off (the windows in the room do not open). I can't say anything about breakfast, because I left for another hotel at dawn)) but it turned out that this was not the end yet) The closing documents were not issued upon departure, referring to the fact that they were being made by an accountant, and they would be sent to me by e-mail. BUT after a MONTH, I still couldn't get them!!!!! A screenshot of the "communication" with the hotel staff is attached.

There was no receptionist, she just kept silent to our requests. The bed was stained. The towel is the same. The windows don't open. It's stuffy, the air conditioner is blowing hard. There is no kettle, we could not find boiling water anywhere at night (we were from the train). We settled in at 13:00, we had to leave the next day. In a word, I liked it. A very stylish private hotel with traces of former luxury and wear. We are not pretentious people, but I did not get hot water until the morning. In the morning - a modest, but having a place to be breakfast. If anyone is interested, then you can also find a place to smoke. The staff is relaxed but sympathetic. Thanks to the hosts for the overnight stay.

The audibility with neighboring rooms is strong.You can hear what people are doing. Then a spring was sticking out of the mattress, and the TV remote control with chewed batteries was not working. The sewage system in the shower didn't go well. Well, the last straw was that the hotel employee opened the door to our room at 2 a.m., allegedly he did not know when we checked in. He woke us up and we couldn't sleep anymore. I will never book here again.

Judging by the photos and reviews, the hotel is good-looking, comfortable, and the service is polite. Let me remind you that this is a four-star hotel!! In fact, we got dirty towels, dirty sheets and a lack of bath accessories.(toothbrush, bathrobes, toilet paper, tea, coffee) Immediately contacted the reception to resolve this issue peacefully, to which the cleaning of the hotel with foam at the mouth proved to us that everything was clean, everything was changed, we show them dirt and stains on towels, in addition they did not have time to dry and wet!! It's not enough for them, everything is clean, it's just that these stains don't wash off. Excuse me, but how can I know that these stains are not washed? To this question, I was rudely told "the conversation is over." Rudeness is all. Our "fun" days at the hotel did not end there... By coincidence, breakfast at the hotel was canceled, but they forgot to say about it, when they came to breakfast in the morning, they turned us around with the words "didn't they warn you?" the money was not returned, the rooms were not cleaned during the stay, there was no bottled water. The windows do not open, the room is not ventilated. The landline phone does not work! The hotel needs renovation, everything is dirty.

We lived in a suite! in which it was terribly cold, the handle falls off at the bathroom door, the TV does not work, the refrigerator does not freeze, but warms - all our products deteriorated overnight. There is a huge Jacuzzi in the bathroom, there is no shower stall. Do not take the bath itself and do not enjoy it, because there is no plug for the bath. And the bathroom itself is as cold as a crypt. It's not like taking a bath, it's just very cold to brush your teeth. The rim of the toilet is not fixed, it is inconvenient to use the toilet. As a result, No. 9 of the luxury category needs to be urgently closed for repairs. All this horror was brightened up only by the administrator, a young man (none of them have badges), he moved us to a slightly better room. But there are also a lot of problems, like a non-closing toilet door. Among the advantages, I can only mention a comfortable mattress and pillows, the presence of hot water. The breakfasts are late, it's good for us. We got enough sleep. But even here there are problems - there are constantly not enough clean dishes, they are washed right there, but you have to wait. The breakfasts are the same every day. And they are also often not enough - you need to wait. The current cleaning was done once in 5 days. They just cleaned up the trash and changed our disposable slippers. I do not recommend the hotel!
