It's very frustrating when you realize later that the courier left with your money. The girl from the "department" who solved the problem could have been more polite, considering that they were cheating the client for the second time. I hope that it was really carelessness, and not the hope of the client's carelessness. And I really hope that apart from the underdone sauce or ginger, there won't be any more problems.
