Additionally, I ordered soy sauce and wasabi. They didn't bring this either, but it was included in the bill. After calling the number, they told me that everything was fine. That's exactly what I ordered. I have a screenshot from my personal account, and I also have a photo of the receipt, which contains the name of what I was punched in. They said they would call back the next day to resolve the situation. No one called back. Terrible service.

The first time they paid in cash, they didn't give enough change, the second time they already paid with a card and debited 15p more than necessary from the account. Yes, the issue was resolved, the money was returned, but now you need to call every time and solve the problem? Or control the courier, what and how he punches there? The waiting time for these rolls is simply huge for a small town, even on weekdays, that you just want to pick up the order as soon as possible and start eating. It's very frustrating when you realize later that the courier left with your money. The girl from the "department" who solved the problem could have been more polite, considering that they were cheating the client for the second time. I hope that it was really carelessness, and not the hope of the client's carelessness. And I really hope that apart from the underdone sauce or ginger, there won't be any more problems. So the rolls are ± normal.
