The girl from the "department" who solved the problem could have been more polite, considering that they were cheating the client for the second time. I hope that it was really carelessness, and not the hope of the client's carelessness. And I really hope that apart from the underdone sauce or ginger, there won't be any more problems. So the rolls are ± normal.
