I give one star purely for customer orientation. If you need delicious sushi, but you don't know when, order it. If it is important to you that you are informed about the courier's delay and information is given to you when you call the dispatcher, then go to another place.
I ordered sushi yesterday. It was supposed to be delivered at 20.06. There is no courier, I'm calling the number on the website. I express my indignation that I was not notified of the delay, I request the status of the order, when to expect the courier. They tell me that they will clarify now, and about the indignation, the request will be sent to the customer service department (it seems like it was heard indistinctly). As a result, I was no longer contacted. They didn't call back to clarify how long the courier would be in, or at least apologize for being late. There is simply no service. The courier arrived a little late, there are no complaints about him.
