Although I went last week of the year and it was more than usual crowded the plenty of working staff made the service goid and fast.
Most of the staff spoke English as much as necessary.
Nice and helpful information desk.
The Queue ticket machine is only uzbek-russian but information desk will help.

Excellent service office, very comfortable, pleasant interior, plenty of space to wait. The staff is very attentive, the girls at the reception help to choose the right service and get a ticket, waiting in line was no more than 5 minutes. The operators were polite, quickly helped to solve my question and explained everything.
What should be improved: there are several universal cash registers and they do not have an electronic queue, which creates some confusion. It would be better to give them coupons as well.

It's not the first time I've been to this department and every time I think, why? Because it's central, probably. If the department is central, it should be exemplary a priori. Unfortunately, it is not. Long queues, lack of staff, and sometimes incompetent staff.
It took me exactly an hour and a half to get a bank statement and a certificate with the balance today, of which it took almost an hour to wait. Why? For the most part, there is no distribution among employees who does what - everyone does everything, including managers, to whom they run for a solution. If everyone is doing everything, why do we need different coupons with letters? Make a single numbering! Simply because the request is rare, it is placed at the end of the list and moves unevenly in the queue with other requests. I recommend that customers watch which letters move the fastest, check with the operator what kind of request it is and take the appropriate coupon! That's how, if the system is poor, customers have to get out of it!!
A separate question to the heads of the bank: why is the certificate of the balance worth 100 thousand soums? For what?))) This is the most standard automated banking system.an operation that does not involve any complex mechanisms and solutions. If you have not automated it yet, then this is a sign, and I am giving it to you now!
Further.
Hang another monitor with a queue above the reception, it will be more convenient.
In the waiting room/main open space, use the climate control system, which will automatically adjust the temperature! It's stuffy when there are a lot of people.
Do not write the numbering of operators on the dividing walls between employees, but make separate signs facing the visitors! Look at how it is done in the Russian Sberbank, do not reinvent the wheel. It's more convenient for customers this way.

Today 09.11.2023 at 12:10 I was somewhere and wanted to open a uzcard for salary.
The operator who served me was a bit rude to begin with, it felt like she was doing a favor to the MNE (client). To the question "What is the difference between the application Kapitalbank and Uzumbank (formerly Orange)", she replied:"and why do you need this" I honestly was interested because Uzum Bank application also integrates with Capital Bank cards. Since she looked tired or there was a feeling that she was ill, I politely asked, "Alas, everything is fine, maybe you feel bad?". In response, I received a boorish answer that it was none of my business and I shouldn't care. Terrible customer service, employees do not try to help CRM at all. It's like everyone's doing us a favor.

I approach the exchange office and explain the situation, to which they begin to be rude to me and say that these dollars are normal and ask for a check that I changed this money at their ATM, I said to look at the cameras (because all ATMs have a camera), to which they answer "I have nothing to do with this becausefor such a small thing." Then I go to the reception desk, again I explain the situation, to which they answer me in general that their ATMs generally do not change bags for dollars, I am shocked that such incompetent people work in a bank. I had to change it back to the bags in their branch and buy dollars from another bank.

Большое отделение и насколько мне известно центральное. Обслуживание клиентов быстрое. Для резидентов скорость выше, для не резидентов дольше (с документами чаще всего много возятся ну и на объяснение получателям карт особенно времени уходит много) расположение удобное, если брать в целом весь этот участок. Операторы приветливые, терпеливые и знающие свою работу. Сама услугами не пользовалась, но сопровождала друга.

Какое счастье, что они есть. И можно оформить Визу, которая работает для граждан РФ за рубежом. И даже с зарубежными онлайн сервисами. Если бы ещё Амазон доставлял в Узбекистан... Инструкции есть в интернете. Целиком процедура занимает три дня для граждан России. Персонал очень корректный. Народу много, но атмосфера в очереди из релокантов и визовых туристов доброжелательная. Месторасположение - удобное.
