Нормальное обслуживание. Электронная очередь работает. Но всё равно приходится ооочень долго ждать... В обменнике беда бедой. Люди приходят покупать валюту внушительных размеров, из-за этого поменять 100 у. е. на сумы очень времязатратно. Обслуживает и покупку и продажу одно окошко. Это неправильно, я считаю. Люди на покупку должны обслуживаться отдельно, потому как их операции занимают около получаса, тогда как продажа отнимает от силы 2 минуты. Либо сделать больше окошек. Кстати, в другой кассе при оплате за побочные услуги банка тоже работает всего одно окошко из 2-х в ещё большей многозадачности. При мне не раз были ссоры из-за очереди. Но большой плюс этого банка в том, что почти все операции можно совершить в обеденное время. Например в офб банке больший порядок и выше уровень уровень обслуживания и скорость работников (перевыпуск пластиковой карты был оформлен за 2.5 минуты), но они не работают в обед.

Очень странный банк и отделение. Чтобы завести хумо или узкарт, надо сначала взять визу за 10 $. Заявку подаёшь онлайн, но все равно едешь подписывать все документы в офис. При этом карту тебе не выдают на месте, а привозят на следующий день ))
И только потом ты можешь подать заявление на хумо/узкарт, которые тебе сделают в следующий понедельник. Причем качество узкарты, в отличии от визы, пятнадцатилетней давности — нет пэй пасс и цифры не выбиты, а напечатаны — то есть спустя полгода эксплуатации уже потрутся. И в приложение ее сразу не добавить — надо идти до банкомата и привязывать там телефон. О чем тебе никто не говорит и надо допереть самому :)
До банкинга Казазстана или России еще развиваться и развиваться. Надеюсь, все впереди.

Это один из крупных банков Узбекистана.
Когда то у них были хорошие вклады как в иностранной так и в национальной валюте.
Потом стали жадными проценты спустили. Когда то их виртуальное приложение Апельсин было очень хорошим . Со временем цифровой банк Апельсин отделился от них и недавно стал Uzum bank. Собственное виртуальное приложение Капитал банка сырое требует доработки.
Конкретно в Мирзо Уугбекском филиале всегда очереди. Но персонал старается быстро разруливать и обслуживать клиентов.

Сотрудники ужас! Начиная с девушки на решепшене, продолжая парнем который выписывал накладную с которой я пошла к кассе и заканчивая женщинами на кассе. Хамство полнейшее. Пришлось простоять в очереди 30 минут, и потом ещё обойти 3 окна зачем то! Я ожидала что сразу попаду в кассу, как в других банках, ну или по крайней мере не буду обходить 3 пункта😂 из-за этого в первое окно парню дала денег, а он с таким нажменным видом: деньги дадите в кассу 😒 дикость, че стало с местными банками😒
Я ждала ПОЛ ЧАСА в очереди, а эта Севинч с решепшена или как её, начала возмущаться из-за того что Я съела 2 урючины!😠

Добрый день, это колхоз а не банк, мало того что по предварительной записи прождал 40 минут, отправил все копии заранее. Пришел с паспортом, сотрудник Бекза говорит для копии нужен оригиналы(просто листки с номером и qr кодом, без печатей и т.п. - на них важен просто номер по сути) ПИНФЛ и регистрация , говорю давайте отправлю на почту и вы распечатаете, мне отказывают - говорю это же даже не документы, а просто листки с qr кодлм по которому данные в базе смотрят - говорит нет. Лично знаю людей у которых в других филиалах это не вызвало проблем.

Один из самых неисправимых филиалов города. Банкомат по внесению валюты на Visa в год работает 2-3 дня максимум, по ощущениям. Каждый раз находится нелепая отмазка. Почему в филиале на Нукусской улице можно хоть ночью приехать - банкоматы работают. Здесь же, сам банкомат становится недоступным после закрытия банка (так как находится внутри), а его работоспособность вообще под вопросом.
Хуже всего то, что другие банки не лучше.

Все очень плохо. Нужна была карта в рабочей командировке, обратился в "Капитал", чтоб не ждать 15 дней по прилету.
Суммарно 4 раза приходил, из них 3 - в это отделение. НИКТО НИЧЕГО не знает. Нет никакой последовательности в действиях сотрудников. Пока не попал на адекватного человека, дела не двигались.
