It's like they're in different states. In the south, they are trying to find something to get to to withdraw money. On the north (Zhaysan), anyone is expensive, everyone is polite, please be kind. At the end of 5 trips, some boss passed them 4 times, asked everyone - "How did you pass Kazakhstan? Has anyone offended you?" And all that. Many complained about the Southerners. He said we'll take action. But this is probably the feeder of many people. In general, I am disappointed.
