We stopped by for dinner. There were quite a lot of people. Of the advantages, I will note an interesting interior. We ordered khinkali, cauldron with pork and cherry compote. Khinkali is generally good, but there is little meat inside. A cauldron is some kind of sadness: fried onions, mushrooms, sweet peppers, apples and absolutely tender, old meat, literally a few pieces. Such disgusting meat has not been eaten in 2 weeks of traveling in the Caucasus. The service is poor. There is zero politeness and hospitality, dishes are thrown on the table. The total check turned out to be 12,650 AMD, taking into account the automatic 10% for the service, which did not exist. I do not recommend it.

My husband had a birthday two days ago, but they could only gather everyone on this day. They didn't give me a discount on my birthday. They say it's only day to day. The discount is given only when buying a cake. On this day, many people celebrated their birthday, all the tables were occupied, you can see a very popular place. I definitely recommend it. We enjoyed it. The show is great. Atmospheric, in the spirit of the film of the same name.

We recently visited the Caucasian Captive restaurant in Yerevan, and unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. We celebrated my wife's birthday and warned her in advance about the holiday when booking a table. However, on this important day for us, no one was interested in congratulating her, and it left an unpleasant feeling. The food also failed to meet expectations. We waited for the order for more than forty minutes, and when the dishes finally arrived, we were disappointed. The meat was not only cold, but also dry and tough. Such a quality of food is absolutely unacceptable for an establishment with such a reputation. In general, the atmosphere in the restaurant could not compensate for these shortcomings, and we left the "Caucasian Captive" with an unpleasant aftertaste. We no longer plan to return and cannot recommend this place to others.

I can't wait for the waiter. It's a long wait for food. It was not delicious, they ordered eggplant with filling, the eggplant turned out to be burnt, and the filling was raw. Homemade bread is delicious. The dolma is medium, you can say edible. It seems that there are a lot of visitors because of the peculiar interior, so they don't really care about reputation. In general, there were bad impressions and there is no desire to return there, although back in 2021 we sat quietly in the main hall and ate quite delicious food, and the service was better.
