Four, that's a stretch, maybe we were just unlucky. We went to have dinner with our family. There were a lot of tables available, but the wait for the dishes was about an hour. At some point, I looked at the number of people in the hall, except for our table, only 4 were occupied. I may be wrong, but it seems slow to me. And in this case, it is not clear why, when the order was brought, it was difficult to call it hot. After ordering, it turned out that they could not cook a number of ordered dishes, or part of the dish (my wife ordered a Brest set and there was no fat in it, in Belarus there is no fat in a traditional cuisine restaurant ...) Well, comrades, this is not a solid approach for an institution of the declared level. We did not appreciate the cook's skills, as well as the serving. My wife and daughter didn't want to take pictures of the beautiful dishes, or finish some of them. We decided for ourselves that there is no desire to visit this institution again.

I would like to leave a negative review about this institution. We chose a place for lunch, guided by the rating. This cafe is located on the main street of the city and proudly bears the name "Belarusian cuisine". The place is nice and clean inside. We ordered 2 servings of chicken-mushroom pancakes, tender beef tongue and a portion of dumplings. Unfortunately, the pancakes turned out to be sour. In one serving of pancakes, 2 were normal , the third was sour.
In another portion of the pancakes, all 3 were sour. They did not eat them. The administrator took the dish to the kitchen and returned with the answer that they were really sour for someone, normal for someone. The situation could have been immediately resolved positively, but the negative began to intensify due to an incompetent managerial decision to make a discount on the dish, allegedly they could not remove the dish from the receipt. The tongue turned out to be not tender at all, but rubbery and dry. I would like to say, eat such a dish yourself, and train the staff to find ways out of such situations with customers. Even while on the red line, do not forget to work on the service. As a result, they insisted that one portion of the pancakes be excluded from the receipt. Let this review serve as a reason to improve the service.

Today we went with a friend to the Kaz restaurant for lunch. We didn't eat worse food anywhere, the mashed potatoes were oak and not tasty, the meatballs generally suck, but the worst of all was the salad with beans and chicken (although I didn't find chicken there at all). The salad was so full of vinegar that it couldn't be eaten. We thought a bagel would save the situation, but NO, it was also terrible. They said there were 4 people. The BARTENDER's answer (literally) is there are no places. That's all. Although the place was half empty, it was possible to plant it with a time limit. But the young man did not bother to clarify the moment with the manager or the hostess, I do not know who controls the flow of guests there, whether there is an opportunity to accommodate even for a short time.
The worst thing about the service is when you leave the guest/customer/customer alone with their problem, without even trying to help solve it in any way. Then why go into this field?

The 30p dish was brought cold inside and barely warm outside. The meat was yesterday's and dried up. The rest of the dishes were not impressed. Prices are unreasonably expensive for such quality products.
The attitude of the staff was very disappointing. We told the waiter that our dish was just warmed up, and not cooked today. The dish was taken to the kitchen and RETURNED to us, saying that it was today's. We have never encountered such an attitude in any restaurant, the kitchen has not even apologized. The dish was left on the bill, they did not offer to replace it with another one or cook it again.

Kaza is just a disappointment. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else if you want to have fun and enjoy the food.
