The service is also not very good, the girl took the fork along with the dish, at least you can eat the second dish with your hands. There were 7 of us, 5 knives and forks were brought, one was taken away until they said that there were not enough appliances, she did not come up. The sign is only atmospheric, memorable, but otherwise nothing special.

The waitress said that it had opened a long time ago) we were very surprised, but stayed. Which they later regretted.
All evening I sat and thought: "to pour so much money into the interior and not think about the quality and taste of food in your restaurant?!" we visited almost all cities in Belarus, there was a great cuisine everywhere. Everywhere except Kaz's restaurant in Brest.
1. Borscht was brought cold.
2. Beef salad with zucchini is just some kind of set of products with a drop of sauce. IT DOESN'T TASTE GOOD!!!!
3. Bread sliced from old bread, the butter is tasteless, as if slightly rancid, with a spice of red sweet pepper) tasteless!
4. We ordered more wizards, I honestly didn't like them either. They ate mine, but without enthusiasm.
5. Homemade tinctures generally amused 😂 diluted store-bought drinks)) our men didn't even understand anything.
The most delicious was non-alcoholic lemonade))
We have one sorcerer left and my husband decided to finish it later. The last straw was the bill for a one-time lunch box and a package. We dropped out.
With prices much higher than average, the management still charges almost a ruble for craft and plastic😅

We came to visit Brest.
We decided to have a snack. We chose this institution.
It looks decent, Belarusian cuisine. Everything should be fine. But.
After sitting for 20 minutes, they did not wait for the waiters. Both the receptionist and the waiters pass by and do not notice.
Although, the hall was almost empty. The bartender and his girlfriend chatted sweetly, everyone was doing their own business, but NOT the GUESTS!!!

I would like to leave a negative review about this institution. We chose a place for lunch, guided by the rating. This cafe is located on the main street of the city and proudly bears the name "Belarusian cuisine". The place is nice and clean inside. We ordered 2 servings of chicken-mushroom pancakes, tender beef tongue and a portion of dumplings. Unfortunately, the pancakes turned out to be sour. In one serving of pancakes, 2 were normal , the third was sour.
In another portion of the pancakes, all 3 were sour. They did not eat them. The administrator took the dish to the kitchen and returned with the answer that they were really sour for someone, normal for someone. The situation could have been immediately resolved positively, but the negative began to intensify due to an incompetent managerial decision to make a discount on the dish, allegedly they could not remove the dish from the receipt. The tongue turned out to be not tender at all, but rubbery and dry. I would like to say, eat such a dish yourself, and train the staff to find ways out of such situations with customers. Even while on the red line, do not forget to work on the service. As a result, they insisted that one portion of the pancakes be excluded from the receipt. Let this review serve as a reason to improve the service.

Visited KAZA on 07/22/2024. Utter disappointment. We came here because of the reviews, but everything turned out to be terrible.
The 30p dish was brought cold inside and barely warm outside. The meat was yesterday's and dried up. The rest of the dishes were not impressed. Prices are unreasonably expensive for such quality products.
The attitude of the staff was very disappointing. We told the waiter that our dish was just warmed up, and not cooked today. The dish was taken to the kitchen and RETURNED to us, saying that it was today's. We have never encountered such an attitude in any restaurant, the kitchen has not even apologized. The dish was left on the bill, they did not offer to replace it with another one or cook it again.
Wifi catches only near the entrance.
Kaza is just a disappointment. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else if you want to have fun and enjoy the food.

They offered to wait at the bar, where all the seats were occupied. We joined a live queue at the table. after waiting for about 7 minutes, the table was vacated, we were invited to sit down. no one brought the menu. the waiter came to us and was surprised, "Oh, don't you have a menu?" she said. we ordered a salad with veal, chicken with a pear, pancakes with chanterelles and two portions of croutons with beer. The wait was very long. for 30 minutes they carried only croutons. and what was our surprise when some croutons came hot with melted cheese, and the second ones were cold and the cheese was just lying on the bottom. the waitress said that "the cheese didn't melt for some reason." apparently there is no microwave in the kitchen. after another half hour (a total of an hour of waiting), the draniki salad and chicken were brought. the chicken is dry, tasteless, not salty and at the same time the taste of cinnamon is knocked out, which does not go well with such a chicken at all. the pear is tasteless (the pear can be soaked in wine, caramelized!), the sauce was also tasteless. And BINGO! Everything is cold))) I don't understand how a restaurant of this level prepares such tasteless food. salad and pancakes, by the way, turned out to be just as bland, to taste 5/10, very mediocre.
as a result: it's better to look for an ordinary pub where you will be well and kindly treated, and the food will be simple but delicious.

The entrance group is stylish and attracts the attention of tourists. There are many interior details inside that are interesting to consider. This is where the advantages, for me personally, end.
There are no hostesses at the entrance, and the waiters do not pay attention to new guests: no smile, no greeting. We searched for the table ourselves, waited for the menu for 10 minutes and eventually had to ask the waiter for it. After 20 minutes of waiting, no one came up to us to take the order. Unfortunately, I cannot evaluate the kitchen.
It is very significant how a failure in one of the links in the chain, in this case the service, spoils the image of an unusual restaurant. Disappointment.

It was 18.08 . at 11 a.m. The figure of a goat at the entrance attracted attention, we decided to visit and have breakfast.The hall is almost empty (it is not unimportant further).Stylized figures and images of goats in the hall, cleanliness, neat staff are extremely pleasing to the eye.
The waiter came right up and took the order. Then everything became sadder:
1.)It turned out that the stove was broken, but we found out about it 40 minutes later, when we grabbed the waitress with difficulty and asked her how it was possible to fry cheesecakes for breakfast for so long and make poached eggs.??
2.) There were drinks in the order. 2 cappuccino, 250ml red and 250ml white wine (double portions, sold for 125ml). We came to the restaurant for a minute! The waiter did not ask when we wanted drinks, they brought everything at once, and since there were no necessary glasses in the establishment, the wine was brought in 4 glasses of 125ml(!)
3.)There were very few napkins on the table, the waiter did not follow, I had to ask. I brought it separately, putting a napkin holder (although in theory I should have taken the empty one and brought the full one, we're still in the restaurant, damn it)
4.) Dirty dishes were not cleaned on time, (if they messed up with the serving, without smoothing out the spoiled impression in any way, at least they would have done everything right for the rest of the time)
But despite the shoals of service, the food was beautifully decorated, everything was very tasty, the cook should be kissed on both cheeks for this.

We came to visit Belarus. Brest was the first in the program. I wanted to taste the national cuisine. They saw Kazoo. They were tempted. But in vain. I can't say anything about being upset. The impression is completely blurred.
1. Dirty. Dust on the windows. The plates were served to us in stains and stained with fingers!
2. Portions. The price tag is high. Salad for 800 rubles in Russian, there is a cheap salad mix, they brought 2 salads, the same, but even by eye you can see that one has more, the other less, they managed not to sprinkle crackers in one! Slicing, a set of some meat and vegetable products-1500, by weight it is written that 900 grams, but, apparently, it is with a wooden stand. Sadness and disappointment. Dumplings Serving 8 pcs. Kvass is poured half a glass.
3. Quality. That's where my patience ran out.
The tomato in the salad is rotten, the hair was found there. The receptionist looked at us and at least remembered to apologize. We asked to change at least one salad, it was redone for half an hour! And of course they charged us for both salads. Guys, teach the staff to communicate and solve problems! Administrator Nikita could have saved the situation!

The second time, we also arrived at 15:00, half of the dishes from the lunch menu were also over. Very long service, food is delivered within an hour.
