From the bad:
It takes a very long time to cook dishes, although there are not so many people.
The food is full of trash 1/10.
We ordered dessert baked apple with strawberries and ice cream and brought frozen strawberries (although it's the season).
We ordered lunch, only soup 3/10 was brought from it, and salad 3/10, to which they said that the other was over, after that they ordered pancakes. God, they were brought after the bill, which we just refused.
We also ordered a special dish that is 2/10. Sauerkraut is disgusting.

A cozy establishment in the beautiful city of Brest! Wonderful ethnic atmosphere, interesting thematic installations, smiling, friendly staff. I really liked the place, yes, the price tag is slightly too high for simple dishes, but everything is really very tasty and the portions are decent! The girls - the staff are very polite and friendly, the hall is very cozy. The location is just super - good, just 3 minutes from the lamplighter, which all tourists flock to see. Soviet at 5 pm)

At some point, I looked at the number of people in the hall, except for our table, only 4 were occupied. I may be wrong, but it seems slow to me. And in this case, it is not clear why, when the order was brought, it was difficult to call it hot. After ordering, it turned out that they could not cook a number of ordered dishes, or part of the dish (my wife ordered a Brest set and there was no fat in it, in Belarus there is no fat in a traditional cuisine restaurant ...) Well, comrades, this is not a solid approach for an institution of the declared level. We did not appreciate the cook's skills, as well as the serving. My wife and daughter didn't want to take pictures of the beautiful dishes, or finish some of them. We decided for ourselves that there is no desire to visit this institution again.

We are thrilled! The first thing that attracted us was the entrance group, I think it's important. Well, then, as it should be in such institutions. The service is excellent! It's very cozy. The main thing is delicious and fast.
Of course, the place is not cheap, but there is something to pay for!
There is only one disadvantage for us, since we are from Russia, our cards were not counted, and the payment was not made by phone with the Mir card either. We ran to look for an ATM. But this did not spoil the impression either.

We recommended this place in Brest as a national cuisine. To say that you are disappointed is not to say anything.
One of the advantages is an interesting setting (but it has nothing to do with the national flavor) . Very patriotic, kind songs were played for the Memorial Day. The only delicious dish turned out to be a refrigerator, from the lunch menu, the cheapest and most delicious of what was ordered. And of course beer, to the quality of which there are no complaints, Alas, the pluses end ..

1. they came very hungry, ordered borscht, hoping to feed the child, but alas, they brought not only cold borscht, but also a strange taste and color (apparently with beetroot or vinegar they were on this day cooks have problems), my husband couldn't even eat it, ...
2. Set, for 45 Belarusian rubles...the most edible were the mini dumplings, the fries left much to be desired..
3. The price tag is not cheap, even for simple dishes. If we compare it with the Cornflowers chain in Minsk, everything is delicious there, and more economical)!!!
4. The transition from the bar is very traumatic, at first I almost twisted my leg, then the child fell, broke his knee in blood, and as a result the waiters only asked if she was hurt!!!the receptionist brought the peroxide only after our request, and did not even apologize

Today we went with a friend to the Kaz restaurant for lunch. We didn't eat worse food anywhere, the mashed potatoes were oak and not tasty, the meatballs generally suck, but the worst of all was the salad with beans and chicken (although I didn't find chicken there at all). The salad was so full of vinegar that it couldn't be eaten. We thought a bagel would save the situation, but NO, it was also terrible. The compote was so sweet and tedious that we had to ask for a glass of water to dilute. Either fire the cook or teach her how to cook. Everyone told us it sucked, but we wanted to see for ourselves. Don't set foot there anymore.
Even the waitress didn't ask "is it delicious?" because she already knows the answer.

We visited KAZOO on 09/24/2024, ordered pancakes with mushrooms, snails and sorcerers. The sorcerers with the meat were undercooked, the minced meat inside tasteless. Both dishes were decorated with frozen cranberries, literally with ice. Sea buckthorn kvass is not bad, snails are about nothing. I can't recommend this restaurant.

We wanted to visit this institution, but, alas, it did not work out.
There are several points:
1. No one comes to the phone to book a table - then why specify - for booking, call ...?🤷
2. We decided to go for luck - there is no one at the entrance. We went up to the second floor, and no one met us either. We walked a little further than the bar and only then the bartender noticed us. I asked if the table was reserved or not? They said no. He asked how many of us there would be? They said there were 4 people. The BARTENDER's answer (literally) is there are no places. That's all. Although the place was half empty, it was possible to plant it with a time limit. But the young man did not bother to clarify the moment with the manager or the hostess, I do not know who controls the flow of guests there, whether there is an opportunity to accommodate even for a short time.
The worst thing about the service is when you leave the guest/customer/customer alone with their problem, without even trying to help solve it in any way. Then why go into this field?

We visited this institution with our family during the New Year holidays. We chose it based on reviews.
The interior of the cafe is impressive. Interesting, original. But that's it.
The food was disgusting. The pancakes were brought cold, they asked to change them, they just warmed up the plate. The cold salad was cooked for exactly 1 hour. There weren't many people. Children have nothing to eat except fries.
Prices are above average.
In general, we are terribly disappointed.
