Stylish and unusual interior, good service. I didn't like the food at all. Draniki are very greasy and tasteless, they just ooze with oil and they have the taste of butter.. Although maybe I'm not an amateur. Pumpkin salad is delicious. I don't recommend pike perch with bulgur either.

People are kind, friendly and most importantly patient... We were allowed to take the dog, so we are very glad that the dog is friendly. To the question ‘how much bread is in the bread basket?’ The answer is: ‘as they cut it. It's always different.’ Regular black tea is not on the menu. Glasses for lemonade were brought with streaks, they do not rub. We ordered 3 servings of soup - there are only two spoons in the appliances. From such trifles, the impression is formed. Borscht is delicious, the hodgepodge tastes delicious, but there is not enough ‘filling’ in the plate (mostly chopped olives). Dumplings - a small portion, nothing special to taste, the usual ones from the pack.

We went in based on the reviews. Service: polite, unobtrusive, told the menu. They warned that waiting for the main dishes for up to 40 minutes, they were off the road, they were not very happy. As a result, the wait lasted up to 45 minutes, we drank all the drinks, sat and waited. They brought it to my husband earlier, he ate - we watched. The draniki were carried for 40 minutes! The daughter was brought cold, with frozen sauce. As for me, there are no pancakes, raw inside, picked, set aside - no pleasure. Main dishes - well, you can eat hungry. The liver in the salad was bitter. I'm not quibbling, the pleasure of eating did not work out. They took a hodgepodge (for a man, the portion is very modest), a tongue with potatoes (it was supposed to be tender mashed potatoes, in fact mashed potatoes )
Interior: dark, gloomy, stuffy, refers to the 90s. Everything is very tired, well, the decor on the walls.
I definitely would not have returned. The price for such quality, service and atmosphere is too high. But I understand that the center is sort of positioned as a national cuisine. They did not spoil their mood with criticism, they just drew conclusions.

I had to order a bottle, which I waited 20 minutes for!!! The poor waiter, we order, and he: "there is no such thing" full of indignation, took the rap for the whole office, although he is not to blame

The food is full of trash 1/10.
We ordered dessert baked apple with strawberries and ice cream and brought frozen strawberries (although it's the season).
We ordered lunch, only soup 3/10 was brought from it, and salad 3/10, to which they said that the other was over, after that they ordered pancakes. God, they were brought after the bill, which we just refused.
We also ordered a special dish that is 2/10. Sauerkraut is disgusting.

We visited this institution after reading positive reviews. We came on a weekday, the floor of the hall was empty, but we found a table, the waiters could not agree among themselves which table we could take. In short, I did not like the service, the girl went back and forth without removing the dirty dishes, the bartender poured drinks. We were sitting near the entrance to the kitchen, everyone went there in street clothes (apparently their own), French fries and croutons were not edible. Half of the dishes are not on the menu! The toilet is dirty, which is scary to go in! And this place positions itself as a RESTAURANT!!!! The first and last time we were there!!!

The order was waited for about an hour instead of the promised 30 minutes. Dumplings like from a store with instant potatoes inside, practically raw onion on top and 3 pieces of champignon. Such a portion costs more than 20 rubles. The pancakes are not classic, the potatoes are grated with straws, besides they were half-baked. Everyone was left hungry for a considerable amount of the check. I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews.

And in this case, it is not clear why, when the order was brought, it was difficult to call it hot. After ordering, it turned out that they could not cook a number of ordered dishes, or part of the dish (my wife ordered a Brest set and there was no fat in it, in Belarus there is no fat in a traditional cuisine restaurant ...) Well, comrades, this is not a solid approach for an institution of the declared level. We did not appreciate the cook's skills, as well as the serving. My wife and daughter didn't want to take pictures of the beautiful dishes, or finish some of them. We decided for ourselves that there is no desire to visit this institution again.

The apogee was that when we tried to pay with a card (in Belarus, we paid with it even in a public toilet) None of our cards have passed here. And we tried 3 of them. At the same time, the waiter girl, who was absolutely not to blame for this situation, was clearly agitated and tried in every possible way to help us. She ran up to the administrator every time, and he clearly didn't give a shit about her, about the problem that had arisen, and he didn't want to solve it. He was busy, he was chatting with the bartender. He talked about how they sell the emotion service, etc. When the waiter tried to solve our problem for 15 minutes, he just waved it off and said that they should pay in cash) we didn't have any. Let's go find an ATM to withdraw money from.
Of the two stars that we set, one was earned by the waitress, she did well, she solved the problem to the end. The second star was earned by a cutlet and water.
When we went outside, we immediately paid with a card at a nearby institution. So, I would advise you to warn guests before that you have problems with the terminal.
