The impression is ambiguous.
Interior. It is clear that a lot has been invested in it, but it has not been fully thought out. One wall is stylized, but most of the room is just a cafe, no references to the Belarusian style.
Food. Overall, it's delicious. Expensive. For some reason, all the dishes are sprinkled with sesame seeds and microgreens of peas. There are no Belarusian spices (fenugreek, cumin, dill, etc.), nor Belarusian greens (dill, onion, parsley). This is strange. There are no Belarusian sauces either, although horseradish or mustard could be served with meat.

And yes, music: foreign rock is good, but not in a restaurant of Belarusian cuisine, you could pick up something Belarusian.

The tinctures are weak and watery, the taste is poorly conveyed, as if they forgot that it should be a gastronomic accompaniment, and not just a liquid in a glass.
The portions are frankly small, and the stated weight on the menu does not correspond to reality. It feels like they're saving on literally everything.
