I visited this ordinary chain shopping center, which has only 2 local shops, one is designer, and the second is expensive, where you don't want to buy a T-shirt as a souvenir from Kazakhstan, I don't remember the price, but it's expensive.Unfortunately, I didn't see anything local or remarkable.

There is an entertainment center for children on the 4th floor, but the attractions are dead, interactive from zero. It was possible to update, everything is old, not everything works. Even the shoe boxes in the padded area didn't work. There is a lot of parking space, but the exits to the main streets are poorly organized, narrow and traffic jams accumulate where it could have been avoided.

The best shopping center in Astana. There are many boutiques. On New Year's eve, good discounts, for a purchase of 30 thousand they give a coupon for a drawing of a Toyota Corolla car. The only disadvantage is that in the maze there are only a couple of places to get to the higher floor, you will not be able to go in for a quick snack on the 3rd floor. There is a water park on the 4th floor under the roof.

I was here in May 2023. The building in the form of a large tent - KHAN SHATYR is a large shopping and entertainment center in Astana (Kazakhstan). A very large 5-storey shopping center. There is a water park and attractions on the top floor. On other floors, as in all shopping centers, there are shops and cafes. The building has a very unusual shape, so it attracts the attention of visitors to the city and is one of the attractions. It is beautifully illuminated in the evening. There are many beautiful, modern and unusual buildings in the city. Khan Shatyr and the city of Astana (Nur Sultan) have improved a lot for me. I recommend to see these sights of Kazakhstan.

We always find parking, even if it is full.
Cons: for several years I have not understood the escalator system, I just walk in a circle until I see the right escalator up or down, sometimes I realize that I walk in a circle twice. Toilets are often closed, often crowded, their location is not very clear, it is not very convenient with children. Fortunately, the game area has its own separate one.

During your stay in Astana, I recommend visiting Khan Shatyr shopping center, there is something to see in numerous retail outlets, which is called walking and hanging out, especially when it's hot outside. However, if the weather is hot outside, then the location of this shopping center is, as it were, slightly away from the center and if you walk to it, it's hard to walk, especially considering the almost absence of large trees on the street along the way creating zones that facilitate hiking, so when you finally get to the entrance to Khan Shatyr, you enjoy at first the presence of what that's cool. We did not find in this shopping center a sufficient and decent choice of cafes or restaurants where you could relax and eat, there is practically no choice and this is presented in the form of a snack - such as hamburgers, pizza and the like. They could not buy there just to drink water, at retail outlets, but applied as much as 3 !!! tenge cash was not accepted for payment due to lack of change and payment by bank cards was offered 😇🤗 Of course, this does not do honor to such a large shopping and entertainment center of the capital and it was very disappointing, as a result, they bought water only on the street when they moved away from the shopping center.
