We were last in July 2023, 5 years have passed since our last visit to this catering establishment. In short, it was significantly worse, but the quality of both food and service deteriorated. But taking into account, if you are a tourist from Russia, then, unfortunately, the price increase in Belarus over the past 5 years in comparison with Russia as a whole is ahead, the place is, in principle, not bad if you are hungry and love Caucasian cuisine, but not as entourage as before.
This time, we ordered khachapuri in Adjarian and khachapuri - the first for a C, the second for a minus 4.

A large selection to eat. One of the largest chains of Georgian cuisine restaurants in Minsk and beyond. The prices are very reasonable. There are always a lot of visitors. I really liked the khachapuri in Adjarian, apparently they were very hungry after long walks around Minsk. But there are no eggplant rolls and tinctures, but the choice of alcohol compensates for this. I recommend you to visit

I love this place for the delicious food and reasonable prices. Adjarian khachapuri, beef and greens khinkali are favorite and spicy, eggplant phali and spinach phali are also recommended to check out. Granola wine, drinks, kebab lovers....I write and my mouth is watering - everything is so delicious there... there is no photo, everything is eaten instantly)

We walked around Minsk and decided to go for a snack to the Khinkalnaya, and we did not regret it. The receptionist met us at the entrance to the cafe, led us to a table, brought the menu. The waitress took the order very quickly, we ordered salads, khinkali and dogwood compote. The waiting time is minimal. The cafe has a pleasant atmosphere, the interior is decorated with Caucasian motifs, and you can see how pastries are prepared right in the hall. The dishes are cooked with soul, everything is very tasty, beyond praise.

beetroot phali, for the first time I ate beetroot salad with hazelnuts and pepper, beetroot phali is prepared from beetroot foxes, not from root vegetables.
Khinkali is a thick uncooked dough and a teaspoon of filling, and chili pepper is added, it is not clear where chili pepper grows in Georgia.
Khachapuri in Adjarian style has a lot of dough and little cheese.
Kharcho is more or less, but there is a lot of pepper, I eat Georgian and Caucasian blacksmiths calmly, but here pepebor with pepper.
But they managed to get coffee from the coffee machine.

However, for the first and second time, a very interesting situation occurred, in my opinion. It feels like the mobile phone number that is listed on the site is just listed there to be, because no one answers or calls back (this applies specifically to International, 25). If it was possible to get through the first time, then the second time there was no way at all, I had to write on Instagram, so book a table. As a result of the correspondence, the table was booked, which was unsubscribed by the page administrator. We arrived at the cafe at the booked time, where we were told that there was no reservation and no one warned them about anything, the restaurant employee did not offer any way out of the situation, although she saw the correspondence. Such a super visit to the restaurant turned out to be a spoiled evening for the whole company.

As always, everything is delicious, cool, BUT... khinkali with beef was quite spicy, although it is not indicated anywhere and the waiter did not warn about it either. Therefore, those who do not like or who are not allowed (as in my case) spicy, be careful.
