While visiting Minsk, we decided to visit this institution with a very high rating, but we were disappointed:
- The huge hall and the street are served by only a few waiters and they ignore due to congestion, so the "administrator" worked for everyone;
- The ordered khachapuri in Megrelian turned out to be a pizza with a light touch of cheese;
- The Uzvar turned sour;
- The kebab was cooked in the oven and we were served it warmed up.
Khinkalnaya is just an imitation of a Georgian cuisine restaurant.

This is not Georgian cuisine! Anyone who has eaten khinkali in Georgia or Armenia, or at least in a good Georgian restaurant, will never understand this restaurant. The Tbilisi salad is simply drowned in fat and black pepper, despite the fact that the beef, which is diced in it, seems to be taken out of another dish.. I drained the fat from the plate three times.. I'm sorry, but no-it's not edible! Also, khachapuri in Adjarian-it was raw inside. It's just a thin, unsealed dough. Be careful, order homemade matsoni-these are nothing but kefir curdled milk. Warm, not salty, thick and without any hint of greenery.
