If the promotion is announced, the staff must inform the guests and apply it correctly. Also, the order was brought, but there are no appliances. Overall, the service was indifferent, with no attempt to resolve the situation or apologize. As a result, the bill was brought, taking into account the promotion, it's a pity that they didn't say so right away. Please pay attention to the quality of service and staff training. The khinkali was delicious, but this situation ruined the impression!
