The place, as I understand it, is unique. Polotsk began with it, but it is so modest that it is difficult to see the source of this great place in this modesty. But Belarus is all like that, modest, without too much pomp, but very sincere

The bridge is like a bridge. New building. Nothing interesting. But this place is important and iconic. You definitely need to know about the events that took place there in 1812.
