We always tipped the staff, but today we faced an unpleasant situation when ordering: we paid extra for the sauce (double portions), but they didn't give it to us. having come back to the restaurant with this shawarma to clarify the question: did the cook forget, anything happens + rush hour. they replied that the sauce had been added and did not investigate. There was no sauce at 110%, the taste of big testi was hard to confuse, there was only ketchup + shawarma incorrectly rolled, which meant that I had to eat only pita bread on one side. honestly? the wrong side of customer orientation. pour 10 grams of sauce into the container — it would not have played a loss, but it left satisfied customers, and there was an unpleasant aftertaste that I don't really want to return after that.

I accidentally ran in there. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no queue. I ordered two random shawarma, and I was offered a special offer of two large ones for the price of two small ones. Sooooo nice! When I got home, I also enjoyed the taste. It's really very juicy and delicious!
