Disgusting service and queue manipulation on McDrive I don't usually write negative things, but the situation at McDonald's (Pushkinskaya, Minsk) today, April 26, 2026, is beyond normal service. What happened: Money is fast, food is slow. I paid for the order at 10:02. I waited for 14 minutes — complete silence, no one even looked out the window. The order includes the standard morning menu: Mac breakfast, cheeseburger, potatoes and pies. An attempt to "hide" the problem. When a queue of cars gathered behind me, the employee asked me to move aside so that I "would not interfere with their work." When asked how long to wait, they promised "1.5 minutes." I basically stayed put, because I didn't want to give them the opportunity to hide the timing violation. As a result, the total waiting time was 24 minutes. The indifference of the leadership. I went inside to ask a question: why can't I warn you about the delay BEFORE the payment? So that I could decide if it made sense for me to wait, since I was with my daughter and we were late. Roman, the shift manager, stood with a malicious smile and simply could not (or did not want to) clearly respond to the claim. The room was full of staff, and no one bothered to warn the customer that the order would be delayed. Bottom line: The worst McDrive. The staff, led by Manager Roman, cares more about their stats than their customers. Money is accepted instantly, but there is no service. I strongly do not recommend this place.

За трапезу внутри не напишу , но мак дарайв тут очень здоровский ! Практически нет очереднй , возможно только по вечерам , но и то не факт. Быстрое обслуживание диспетчером и работниками кухни. Всё устраивает , постоянно заезжаю именно на эту точку. Единственное , что удручает - бумажная трубочка , коль заказываешь милкшейк.. проще пройти все круги ада, чем выпить спокойно :) Верните пластмассу !!!!😄 Рекомендую !

Удобный Мак прямо возле станции метро "Пушкинская". Быстрое обслуживание, есть терминалы для заказа и оплаты. На улице стоят столики, в хорошую погоду можно поесть там. Бургеры вкусные и качественные, не разваливаются. Морожка отменная :)
