Today I ordered 2 shawarma through the app. The girl at the checkout responded rudely and boorishly. I threw a bag of shawarma on the counter like pigs. The mood was ruined. But that's not all. The shawarma cracked in half after a couple of bites, and it was VERY difficult to eat it. Everything was falling out and flowing out. How can you cook this?! That's how to make it go from start to finish?! So in addition to all this, 2 (TWO) napkins were placed on two shawarma. The price is clearly above average. I can't understand, is it really worth the money and impressions that you left today? It's horrible. It shouldn't be like this!!!!

In early April, I placed an online order for 7 items. I made a payment through the website and it remains only to pick up the finished product. Another person went to pick up the order, who did not know that everything had already been paid for. But when the order was picked up, they made a repeat payment. A couple of days later, I contacted the manager through the number listed on the website (although it says for operational communication, they did not answer 4 calls during the day and only called back in the evening). The manager found out the details of the order and said that the money would be refunded to the card within 3 weeks. It's been a little over 3 weeks, there's still no money, and now they don't answer the phone, they don't even call back (I've been trying to get through at different times for 3 days in a row)!!! I also wrote to the mail for the fitback, but there was no response from there either. It's just a terrible attitude towards customers, I won't buy anything else and I don't advise you.
