Dear Support Staff, I contacted your salon as a new customer to get acquainted with the tariffs and purchase a SIM card. During the visit, she expressed interest in eSIM, as she had never encountered this technology before and had only a general idea of this area. I asked the consultant if it would be possible to replace a regular SIM card with an eSIM in the future, and received a positive response. However, the consultant did not explain to me an important point: when registering an eSIM immediately, the service is provided for free, and when switching to an eSIM later, it is already a paid service. If this information had been announced initially, I would have immediately asked for an eSIM at no additional cost. After returning home, I contacted the contact center to clarify the details. I was informed that this information was not provided to me because "you did not ask." I believe that the staff of your salon is obliged to provide full information about all the conditions and nuances of service for new customers, especially if it comes to additional financial costs. The lack of such information has led to misunderstandings and potential additional costs that could have been avoided. Please take my complaint into account and take measures to improve the quality of consultations so that similar situations do not occur in the future. It is important to provide new clients with detailed, reliable information to build trust and transparent terms of cooperation. Thank you for your attention to my message. I hope for your understanding and prompt response.

Be prepared for the fact that services may not be provided at the right time. Technical breaks are not included in the work schedule, so they are not indicated on the maps and directly on the sign with the schedule. However, if necessary, an announcement is posted, and the break lasts at least 1.5 hours. They came, kissed the door and had no choice but to start considering the offers of other telecom operators.
