In January, I paid 50 rubles, in February 70 rubles, and in March I received a bill of 90 rubles. The salon explains that the traffic minutes that are included in the tariff are not charged upon renewal. Although the application says in black and white "Get traffic from the tariff now, pay later" This is a real scam. I will complain to all Minsk authorities.
