A chain restaurant, we were only able to visit one of the locations in the shopping center every day. Everything is on 4 out of 5. In terms of food: there is a lot of fresh mixed in salads and not everything goes together. They took the knuckle: it was overexposed in the oven, in the dust, and over-salted. The lighting is too dark for me. The staff is students.. But most importantly, they were polite and tried their best.

We went in with a friend on the eve of the holiday, there weren't a lot of people, but there were a lot of tables booked, the hostess girl or the receptionist immediately warned us that we could use the table for no more than an hour and a half — for that, a like! The waiters were both friendly and very polite)

We have been going to lunch in Lithuania for almost 5 years, we celebrate birthdays and other holidays there, and we often take takeaways. I would like to note the consistently high quality of food and service, but there is one THING! Steak with mint sauce disappeared from the lunch menu about six months ago! It was my husband's and my favorite dish! We have been waiting patiently all this time, but we no longer have the strength to remain silent! Please return the steak! I want to come to my favorite place in the middle of the working day and get a taste of life! We are already on the verge of pitching a tent at the entrance and sitting there with the transport!

After an interesting but rather tedious trip to the castles, our friendly company, on the recommendation of the guide, directed our steps to the Litvina restaurant on Pobediteley Avenue. A fairly large, but slightly gloomy hall, with somewhat loud club music. The six of us stayed quite comfortably.
Our choice and impressions:
1. Cold appetizers: baked potatoes with herring, homemade lard, mushroom paté. What to say is nothing. Everything is simple, fresh and delicious.
2. Warm salad with glazed carrots, cheese and something else. It's delicious, unusual, but very tasty.
3. I've been wanting to try flasks for a long time. He was here. Thick, rich, awesome soup with the tripe I adore!!! I wish it was winter. In winter, yes, it is under the tiller – what else is needed for snowdrifting.
4. Fried tongue. GOOD fried tongue.
5. Shank with crispy crust and bigos. Bigos was good. The knuckle was presented by a local chef, a master knuckle maker. I cut everything up, showed it beautifully and told it. But... the knuckle is tasteless. From the word at all.
6. Well, how can you be in Belarus and not try draniki in all its guises? We had all kinds on the table – stuffed with meat, mushroom sauce, poached egg, etc., etc. Just delicious pancakes. Maybe they were waiting for something unusual in the homeland of this specialty, but it's just delicious and that's it.
7. It was all washed down with different types of alcohol: ascending from beer to sparkling for ladies and vodka for gentlemen. Everything is not even bad, especially to taste the taste of the already forgotten sanctioned beer. The only thing they didn't understand was the taste of mead – to be honest, it's rare, not mead for sure.
8. Maintenance. As our guide said: "Don't expect people to jump around you. There is no need to hurry." Everything is slow, but thorough.
Summing up the results. It turned out to be the best place for us in Minsk. I can't say that we explored the culinary world of Belarus, but in two days it was the best.

I modestly celebrated my birthday here - the guys congratulated me with music and dessert, which has now become one of my favorites. The first restaurant in Minsk that was chosen to visit and immediately a fiasco. The restaurant does not have a very large hall and there is a small veranda. The interior is standard for such an institution. After entering the restaurant, we stopped and waited for someone to meet us, as the landing was quite complete and whether we could have dinner was questionable. After standing for a few minutes, we didn't wait for anyone. Then a waiter appeared, moving in our direction, but he did not seem to notice us and hurried outside. I asked him if the hostess would meet us, and in response we received a dry no and without paying any attention to us went to the summer veranda. We did not expect such a meeting in the restaurant. I had to go outside and talk to this magus, and call the manager. After a while, a girl came out and listened to our claim that guests were not greeted this way. We were offered a free table. We ate, drank, and the waiter served us politely, but the sediment remained. In general, I must say that in the future, visiting restaurants in Minsk, we often observed a picture when guests were not greeted at the entrance.

Surprisingly tasteless Litvins. IMHO!
Having found myself in Minsk at the call of my heart during the New Year holidays, my soul demanded something national, and I must say local!
They say it turned around first, and then collapsed)!!! In short, a holiday!!!!
According to Yandex's advice, being in a very picturesque place (despite the rain) on Pobediteley Avenue, the average rating of 5 stars, dozens of reviews, and the designation "OURS" invited us to visit this unknown "local flavor" as it seemed to us).
Once at the hostess counter at four, the first question that came to us was how many people we were) we looked at each other and, as if smiling, confirmed that there were four of us))! Next, we were invited to take off our outerwear. Following into the screaming hall with music, we were seated at a table, which, in my opinion, turned out to be the quietest) emphasizing immediately- if you imagine any music from the category of "national", then alas, unlike the national positioning of the cuisine, the music is bludgeoning from some kind of trance, Celtic, and some other kind of mud!
The "cozy" lighting above the tables reminded them of the old days of their tavern, as it was difficult to read the menu in it) Although I admit that people with perfect eyesight will be comfortable)!
Continuing our exercise, we were given a menu and traditional paper napkins with a reflected history, which this institution and its cuisine seem to look back on) and we immersed ourselves in reading!))) In my opinion, the order was taken a long time, about 10 minutes we sat stuck…
The choice naturally fell on unfamiliar names)! In general, we ordered 2 servings of Cabbage (fish and duck), draniki with sour cream, 2 borscht with cranberries or currants, mashed potatoes with chicken cutlet, baby dumplings, and chicken broth)!
While we were sitting in the dark wringing our eyes for trance motifs, people were literally falling down and falling down)! Thus, the influx of hope covered up the fact of inappropriate and loud music, but with the arrival of the first courses, the clouds were gathering.😂🙈
Borscht!
In my understanding, any cooked borscht is a harmony of taste between sour and sweet, with notes of additives such as smoked cherries, cranberries, or anything else!
However, in our case it turned out to be an acidic liquid, in which vegetables floated, as if grated, without any difference in slicing. Looking ahead, it was this borscht that "sent greetings" from Litvinov to heartburn at the end of acquaintance with the cuisine of small nations.
The borscht was accompanied by amazing pies, the essence of which was that they could injure the cooks from the outside, but inside the dough was just bakery and soulful!!!
Lust.
A very interesting name, the choice was from tartare, herring, duck, and something else..
We chose herring and duck.
When they pinned these hats, I honestly remembered my childhood, when bread was the main dish for everything! Lusta means a slice of bread. In my case, the bread was gray, mixed, +- 3.5 cm thick (tear your mouth is called), the bread was stale, cold, without crunch, and generally after the first touch without the desire to consume it, however, the filler in the form of dried beetroot in company with herring seemed interesting) an extremely strange mixture of chopped onion noodles beetroot, eggs and sliced herring from the packaging (mathias at best) finally killed any interest in food in this place... chopped fried onions simply interrupted any attempts to chew it! As a result, I dumped the filling from this "miracle sandwich" and tried to poke the beetroot and herring into a bite with the edge of this poor bread. The second meal was on the same unlearned bread, buttered, topped with sweet jam and the arrangement of boiled torn lean duck on it! In the first case or in the second, the bread is disgusting and there is some kind of mockery of it (although I have great respect for bread, and a bow to bakers! But not in this case!!!!!!
The draniki became a point in this feeding.
They were thin, dry, fried in oil, which was previously called "fried", and had a rubbery consistency. To be honest, by the end of this meal, other than putting on this menu instead of a headdress, the cook had no emotions at all!
However, children, as always, are the deciding factor, and they had a milkshake. The bartender is 5 out of 5 possible! Happiness! The carriage
What can't be said about the portion of mashed potatoes and chicken cutlet😂 mashed potatoes were so important a dish that they were spread on a plate to increase it , if there were 100 grams of this misfortune , then it's good😂 potatoes are not a crop to be seen in the organization!!!!! You could squeeze the fat out of the baby cutlet and probably fry three more pieces....
The remaining dumplings, with the taste of rice flour, as if for Chinese dumplings, similarly did not make any impression, and if I had come there not hungry but full, the day would have been ruined at this institution. However, the New Year)!
When calculating, our waiter was surprised by the amount of uneaten food, and even asked the question "wasn't it delicious?" after receiving the answer, it's not delicious, I didn't really care 😂 …
In general, the number of this institution!
And one ball to the bartender who made a delicious cocktail! However, I would like to ask him to add not only cold milk, as it is more convenient to whip it!!!? Children can get sick in winter with a cold cocktail!!!

I noted yesterday that there is excellent cuisine, friendly staff, thanks to the whole Senvis team and chefs! The invited guests were late, but everyone was served hot and fresh! It's not a bad place, but there are better restaurants in Minsk, especially if we talk about restaurants in this price category.
We've been here twice. First at lunch and then the service was good. Then they came to dinner and the service was very lame, they rarely came up to us, they waited a long time… The cuisine is generally delicious, but many dishes are VERY salty, difficult to eat. And the choice, to be honest, is small. The pitch is beautiful)
To summarize, it seems to me that it is better to come here for lunch, because the lunch menu is more diverse and the service is better.

The restaurant is one of the top restaurants in the reviews. Being in Minsk for the first time, we went here on the recommendation of the locals.
The main disappointment is the draniki. Bland, with the taste of stale butter(((
Borscht is a specific smoked flavor, with cranberries and caviar. They don't talk about it when ordering, and it's not listed in the menu either. But a delicious potato pie is a compliment.
The duck salad is delicious, light, and I really liked it.
The meat board is great.
Tinctures have been brewed and tasted better. The peppercorns are strange, with the taste of cough syrup.

We didn't get into the shopping center, it's not clear where one place is where the other is, two places in one room. we wanted to sit directly in the "Litviny", but they put us downstairs, at the same time they first gave us to get acquainted with the menu of the Litviny restaurant and put us in another one (I don't remember the name, I remember that something Asian). When trying to move to this restaurant, the Receptionist shouted at the whole hall (which put us in a not very pleasant position) that there are no places there. And when we asked how we could get there, she said that we needed to go up there and book. Here is such a paradox))) such good specialists are "Administrators".
Therefore , 3/5 . Since Belarusian cuisine is very tasty and homemade. I think it's delicious there!

We were walking by and decided to stop by for a snack. There were a lot of customers in the restaurant, but they immediately found us a very comfortable table.
