We were at this restaurant on Sunday evening, and they ran out of mashed potatoes, from which they make pancakes and dumplings, but cold borscht and dessert "Bucket of potatoes" smoothed out this pain🙂

We managed to visit the Litvina restaurant, the owners of the establishment are restoring dishes of ancient cuisine. The interior is stylish. But the most important thing here is of course the food! Very tasty, unusual combinations of products. Rye ice cream with salt and buckwheat popcorn is worth a lot. Polite staff who will tell you the choice. It is advisable to book a table when we were there, there was a full boarding.

But the prices are like in Moscow 🙈 Although we thought that it should be cheaper in Belarus Yes, the place is always full, it's better to make an appointment in advance, but we were lucky and the two of us were able to eat, but we were warned that we only have an hour. The restaurant is overrated. Disappointed. According to the reviews, I expected more. The cuisine is very mediocre. The owners, apparently, invested only in design and marketing. I ordered the mushrooms in sour cream, but in fact I received cheaper pickled shiitakes, which can be bought at any online store. The potato dumplings aren't bad, but they're not "wow" either; rye ice cream tastes interesting, but the cook obviously overdid it with salt. The tinctures are light, not bad

The ankle flasks went off with a bang, the snacks are magical, the moonshine and tinctures are top, but according to local tradition they are too strong. Good day! The atmosphere is cozy, we ordered a lunch menu of mushroom puree soup, pink salmon and chicken liver fritters. The soup is slightly overdone - spring, probably the cook is in love)) sometimes, fish is normal, pancakes with bitterness, for dessert, a branded honey cake with tea, very worthy. Hand-made blueberry juice, in my opinion, increased the blueberry jam.

08.10.25 we arrived at 6 p.m., we were turned around with the words "there won't be any more seats today." I can still see the whole room eating the remaining 5 hours before closing, clutching their table with their hands, so that the other guests would not be seated:) 08/11/25 they called to book a table for 10 p.m. We didn't do this, but we were assured that if we arrived at 10 and there were places, we would be fed without any problems. as a result, they refused to accept the order, arguing "it's already 10:05, the kitchen is closed" literally. we left with disgusted impressions and disappointment, although in the last visit to beautiful Minsk and the "Litvins" were delighted with the cuisine and atmosphere. but the attitude of the staff discourages any desire to enjoy this wonderful place.

I would like to note the consistently high quality of food and service, but there is one THING! Steak with mint sauce disappeared from the lunch menu about six months ago! It was my husband's and my favorite dish! We have been waiting patiently all this time, but we no longer have the strength to remain silent! Please return the steak! I want to come to my favorite place in the middle of the working day and get a taste of life! We are already on the verge of pitching a tent at the entrance and sitting there with the transport!

Today (07/14/2025), when there were free tables on the terrace, we were refused a choice of a table and offered a table in the corner, referring to the fact that the rest were booked in the absence of a reservation/reserved sign. Management should think about their staff. Be attentive and competent to the guests of your restaurant!!! Now it's worth thinking about..Will we come back again?.

A long wait. All the tables are practically on reservation – you just can't get hungry from the street. Half of the dishes on the menu were missing – there was no borscht or beef steak on the day off. The prices are not budget-friendly. I don't want to go back. 3 stars for the restaurant's atmosphere and style.
