The hotel was included in my personal list of top places. New Athos itself is not a big city, there are literally two main streets, so there is nothing much to write about the location - the hotel is just in the city center. 5 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the caves. But what is worth dwelling on is the friendliness and warmth with which they were welcomed, settled, and fed. A large terrace with a cafe provides a special comfort and warmth. While you're having breakfast, you can enjoy the views and coffee, meet new interesting people, and meet the staff. The appearance of the hotel and its territory deserve my highest appreciation.

We were in the middle of September. The hotel is cozy, centrally located, next to the sea. Very good breakfasts. Thanks to Eric and Tengiz.Delicious coffee in Turkey(100 rubles) They can fry the meat after 17 hours. Eliza, always smiling at the reception, will answer any questions and requests. The hotel is 4 years old, there are not big problems with the water pressure in the morning, I heard. We didn't come across it ourselves, we lived on the first floor, where there is a terrace. I didn't have enough bedside lamps and the water in the sink was draining a little slowly. A building is being built next to it, but the finishing work is already inside, so there was no dust or noise. View of the Anakopian fortress, cows walking, palm trees, green, cozy.Not a big clean heated pool.It is a very worthy option for Abkhazia. The beaches in Mount Athos are worse (in my opinion) than in Gagra, the pebbles are larger, less cozy, the pier is scary, and the garbage is lying somewhere. But you can take an umbrella with palm leaves and ice caps (for 1000 rubles for two), or a sunbed for 300 rubles.

I found a hotel on the Island, but I didn't book it. We were lucky and we were settled. We were allowed to choose the room we liked ourselves. The hotel is located almost in the center, everything is within walking distance. I really liked the hotel, everything is clean, friendly staff. The room is large and spacious. The shower didn't work in the room, but the reason was fixed immediately and everything was replaced. Thanks for the promptness!Cleaning the trash in the room every day, there is breakfast at the hotel (you will not stay hungry). Snow-white towels and bathrobes. There is no smell in the room. We lived for 5 days from February 19th to 23rd. By the way, the soundproofing in the hotel is excellent. The bed is large, the pillows and mattress are very comfortable. The pool is clean and warm. Very well maintained area near the hotel, you can sit on a bench and enjoy the beauty and birdsong. But the most important thing is that you can't smoke on the balcony! (Some advantages.)In general, I liked everything! ,Thank you for a wonderful stay
