It's a very beautiful place. Naturally, as on any vacation, in fact, we were here just to sleep, but the comfort itself is extraordinary. Fish with a fountain, there is a suspicious cheerful pomeranian on the territory, even a kitty came to visit us through the window (it didn't work out to lure us for all four nights, we need a cat more in touch). The hostess advised that there is much more interesting in Sukhum, new towels were brought on time, they will offer to wash clothes, they will tell you where it is tastier to eat. The room is cozy, everything you need for living) it takes ten to fifteen minutes to walk to the sea, maybe longer if you pick figs along the way🤤

Beautiful loft-style apartments. Very clean! There is everything you need. Good wi-fi. Parking in the yard behind the fence. And the territory is simply fabulous: Cicadas near every door, a feijoa tree, olive,... in the center there is a small pond with colored carp and an amphora at the bottom. Micro greens look like they fit a ruler. Very, very beautiful! We often stay in different hotels - this is the most beautiful courtyard! A very good-natured hostess! A pleasant companion!

A great place for a quiet holiday. The beautiful Mimosa hostess. It's clean and cozy. Room cleaning and linen change. A small kitchen with the necessary set of dishes. The courtyard really has a postcard view of a Mediterranean settlement. There are no problems with power outage, our own diesel generator is installed. The TV broadcasts more than 500 Russian channels. 10min to the beach, 15min to the market, 30 min along the embankment to the seaport
