I stayed at the Long Beach Hotel in Pattaya for a few days and was generally satisfied, but there are nuances. The hotel is not new, it is clear that time has worn it out a little, but everything is clean and tidy. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner works without noise, which is already a plus. We cleaned every day, towels were changed, water was supplied. The pool is cool, with a view of the sea, especially in the evening it's nice to sit with a beer by the side. It's a couple of minutes walk to the beach, but you don't really want to swim there — the water is murky. It's better to just take a walk or go to the island. Breakfast is the usual: scrambled eggs, rice, sausages, fruit. It's not fashionable, but you won't stay hungry. The staff is friendly, they speak English with an accent, but you can understand it. There are a lot of cafes and massage parlors nearby, 10 minutes by bike to the center. If you are not waiting for a luxury level, but just looking for a place to relax quietly and without too much pathos, Long Beach is quite ok.

A review about the Long beach Pavilion hotel, for some reason Yandex does not show it separately. We mostly visited Long Beach several times, we were always satisfied, this year (June 2025) we were offered Pavilion, we agreed and did not regret it. The hotel consists of several small houses located around the pool area. The territory is well maintained and green, the trees are harmoniously integrated into the territory. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is large, cozy, everything you need is there, the four of us (2 adults and 2 children) were quite comfortable. A spacious balcony overlooking the pool. The repair was done a long time ago, of course, and it can already be updated. But in general, there are no complaints. Breakfast is certainly not as varied as in the main building, but it is enough not to get bored in a couple of weeks (some of the hot dishes change periodically). The pools are clean, the water does not smell of chlorine, there are zones of different depths, there were always enough sun beds, towels are given out immediately. You need to walk to the beach to the main building, 5-7 minutes, and you can use all the pools there. It didn't bother us. They checked us in a couple of hours earlier than the stated time, they did not charge any fee for this, which we were very happy about. When checking in, they take a deposit (I think 3000 baht, I don't remember exactly). Among the disadvantages, I note a bad Wi-fi, which works through authorization on the website (I don't know what it's called, like at the airport), it constantly disappears, more or less only works near the pool. As a result, I gave up on it and used the mobile Internet. There was also a slight discomfort caused by the lack of trash cans on the territory, in order to throw something away when relaxing by the pool, you had to go to the toilet. In general, the hotel is good, a solid four. Very convenient location, the nearest shops and cafes are just a stone's throw away. We also need to take into account that you can go there with animals, during our stay there were several Chinese families with small dogs, they did not bother us, we only saw them at breakfast.

We arrived at this hotel for the first time. The check-in was quick and without any problems. The only inconvenience is that you need to pay a deposit of 2000 baht. And if you arrived at night, you can change the money either in advance at the airport or at the hotel. The course will be disgusting. But there are no options. They won't check in until you pay. Do not listen to the guides who will tell you that you can postpone the payment until the morning. In front of me, the woman tried to say this about the morning, then she stood at the reception desk for a long time. And so, in general, the hotel is decent. Rooms with sea view. The beach is private. The pool is large. There are enough sun beds for everyone out of season. There are many shops and cafes around the hotel. There are tour companies, so I advise my readers and subscribers not to rush to book excursions from hotel guides. On the street, these same excursions will cost you 20 percent less. On the eve of the trip, I issued a Union Pay Rosselkhoznadzor card. She works in shops and cafes. The exchange rate is very attractive. It's even better than changing cash dollars and paying with cash. In general, the hotel is decent. You will have a rest without any problems. I recommend it 100%. Your Igor Tomsky.

A huge advantage of the hotel is its location👍 Everything is nearby! This includes a market and shops on 7/11, exchangers, pharmacies, guided tours and tuk tuks nearby. The hotel has its own piece of beach and a fenced area for swimming, you can swim. Of course, sometimes something floats, but in general it's fine. There were always sun beds available on the beach at any time. The rooms are old, of course, cockroaches came to visit, the breakfasts are normal, there is something to choose. I lived on the 9th floor with a sea view, the view is generally very good, I can recommend it if you spend more time away from the hotel. I was more on excursions and went to the islands. I had a rest at the end of September.

Wonderful hotel, super staff! The hotel has a lot of entertainment, comfortable rooms, shops and massages on site. The whole hotel is in good condition. There is a Seven Eleven, an Exchange office, and a cafe near the hotel. The pool is super! The sea is 5 minutes away. The only thing I didn't like was that on certain days they cooked Indian dishes and there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor on the way to the sea.

The hotel is excellent, great location, clean sea for Pattaya, good breakfasts, clean large territory. This year we stayed at the hotel in March in a seven-storey building in a Luxury. The size of the room was amazing, the view from the balcony is gorgeous. In October, we went to this hotel again, but took a room in the pavilion. The location where the pavilions and villas are located is simply a paradise, cleanliness, beauty, fountains, pools. To be honest, the rooms at the hotel are very tired. But as a big fan of Ty, I've already formed my own understanding of why I'm going there. The rooms are cleaned, towels and bed linen are clean, the rooms are good, everything is working properly. What else is needed in Tai? The location is slightly away from the central part. But the cost of a Taxi or Tuk-tuk is absolutely for pennies.

From the beginning, when I arrived, there were complaints about the room, there were no hooks in the bathroom - no towel to hang, there were no shelves in the closet - no clothes to put out, but then I thought that this was normal for economy class, the hotel itself was gorgeous, the pool was cool, the sea was clean, its beach was sandy, sun beds, breakfasts were plentiful. There is a small market behind the hotel, a 2-minute walk away, with fruits and inexpensive cafes for the evening. I think if it works out, I'll go there again. I recommend.

We lived in the Long Beach Pavilion. It's cozy and quiet. The rooms are large and spacious. There are older ones with furniture, and there are renovated ones that have been updated. It is 400 m away from the sea from this building, but this is not critical. Rooms are cleaned every day, water and supplies are replenished. Very good breakfasts! Diverse. We took lunch boxes on the tour and they were also much better than those of other hotels. The sea is good and warm, and if you swim a little farther, it's clean and transparent. Garbage sometimes washes ashore after wind or rain. There were no jellyfish at that time. There are many things near the hotel: Thai massage 200 baht. In the Lotus online store, you can buy a local SIM card for 199 baht, 30 GB. TT- the most profitable exchanger (yellow booth) Taxi Bolt app in Russian, fare Base. 50% discount on the first two trips. The temple of truth made of wood is nearby. By taxi 5min. It's better when the guide is Russian-speaking (see on the temple's website), we didn't like the audio guide. The cheapest fast food in The large shopping center Terminal is 25 minutes on foot or by tuktuk. There is a night market in front of it from 17 to 00 h I enjoyed my vacation! We've been on various excursions! We were in Thailand for the first time! We will definitely come back! We recommend the hotel

It is located in the north of Pattaya, has its own beach, good infrastructure, everything is within walking distance, rooms with balconies, good breakfasts. There is an outdoor swimming pool on site. One of the disadvantages: the beach is very small, there are not enough sun loungers, but you can sit on your couch nearby, and no one will interfere.

We stayed at this hotel from June 17 to June 27, 2025. In general, the hotel is good, but it is not suitable for 5 *. Pros: courteous staff, varied breakfast, and of course the proximity to the sea, the hotel is on the first line, a large and nice beach, a two-tier pool with a waterfall. Perhaps that's all of the advantages. Now, the cons of the room were not very carefully cleaned, sometimes they even forgot to wipe the floors, the bath was never washed (I mean the bath itself, not the bathroom), and there was also one hotel jamb, I would not say that this is a direct minus, but it left an unpleasant feeling. A lot of very many (2-3 buses) young people from India came to their hotel, and they were settled on different floors, which made it difficult to sleep at night, as they were very noisy and were going to have fun on our floor (I even had to leave the room a couple of times and ask to be quiet) at the reception they did not react to this in any way Moreover, there were complaints not only from us, but also from other vacationers on other floors. In general, the hotel is very good, we liked everything, we will consider this hotel again for our next vacation.

The hotel is located on the first coastline. The beach strip is narrow. The sea is clear. There is a pool with different depths. The hotel is mostly Russian. The hotel is nice but already tired, although the staff supports it. Room cleaning every day. The linen is old but clean. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff is friendly.

Nice hotel, convenient location on the first line. Breakfast is a solid five, delicious, satisfying, lots of different meats and vegetables, spices for spicy and types are all separate, you can add them to taste, there is a separate large table for vegans, but if you want something special, go to a special table with a stove and there they will make the first and second to order (yes-yes, right at breakfast) The rooms are not new, but everything works. We cleaned the room every day (after less than a week they began to annoy me)))) The hotel is not a "hangout", it is quite quiet at night, although the door to the room is not tight. (If anyone has ever stayed in central hotels of average price with Chinese or Indians who generally do not sleep but bruise and carouse, you should understand me, they are normal. if you're on the same blue wave with them.))) The location is relatively good, a hundred meters in different directions: two TT (yellow) exchangers (the most normal rate), two pharmacies and all three types of chain stores (7/11, lotos, Tops) near the Tops fruit market and street cafes. Cons: it's too far from the shopping center and the center, there are no stable tuk-tuk routes nearby. The nearest tuk-tuk street is about 1-1.5km away on foot. The issue is solved by the Bolt application (such as Yandex taxi, there is also a bonus with discounts for 12 trips)) from the hotel to the Terminal 21 shopping center (there are large Uni Qlo and a food court))) about 60 baht, 45 to the fish market, 130 to the center. In general, it was perfect for the purpose of relaxing.

The hotel is good, but there are disadvantages. Positive: +the sea is close and there is no need to pay for sun beds. +a wide variety of dishes for breakfast. + I really liked the living area. Cons: -the balcony is shabby and the railing on the balcony is too low. - the bathroom doesn't have the best view, the bathroom is shabby, as if there is a fungus and the shower is not the most pleasant kind. - the bed linen is stained. Overall, it's cozy. I advise you to hang a curtain in the bathroom and make a lock in the bathroom. We had a good time, thanks for the hospitality!

For its price, the place is great! 1. The hotel has its own beach, sun beds, and there have always been enough places for everyone. The sea is dirty, but the hotel is not to blame for this. 2. All rooms are large, with sea views. The cabinet, in my opinion, is too small, there are no shelves for storage. They clean it every day, it's clean enough. 3. Breakfast is also good. As in many Thai hotels, they make omelets, noodle soup for breakfast, and some kind of rice with meat (I haven't tried it), there are the most basic fruits, juices like yuppie 4. We didn't connect to Wi-Fi, we bought SIM cards at the airport right away. 5. There is no transfer to Terminal 21 6. During the day, there is a wellness drink near the reception, but everyone can drink it - no one will swear at you. 7. Key cards don't work well. They changed it several times, but only one worked fine anyway. 8. The rooms have umbrellas from the hotel. 9. Balconies are quite dangerous, there are no dryers. It is better to take something with you, things in the bathroom will not dry out 100% 10. In the evening, you can sit by the sea with your drinks, no one will turn you away either. 11. You can order smoothies and beer at the pool bar, but there is no food. Prices are quite high, smoothies are about 100 baht (sort of), beer is 120-130 baht. 12. The location of the hotel is good, there are many shops nearby, a night market, a pharmacy, massage services 13. The hotel also has a shop at the exit to the beach, I bought a flower-shaped hair crab there) 14. A lot of Indian representatives checked into the hotel for a few days, and they behaved quite provocatively. We bathed in underwear that was not intended for swimming, and we changed it right there, wrapped in a towel. There is a special food area for them at breakfast. They were noisy, but in fact, they didn't bother anyone. They usually appeared after lunch at the pool. after sleeping it off, after visiting the shady places. 15. I liked the pool itself too, in some places you can restore the tiles, but there are a lot of cool areas with pebbles right in the water. The pool is split-level with a waterfall. I would have returned to the hotel again, but if the renovation had been done, it would have been just wonderful!

Very nice hotel! We were here in December 2024. The hotel is located on the shore, first line. The rooms are large, with all amenities, and there is a safe. They give you two keys. Cleaning every day. In the morning, breakfast is a buffet. The restaurant is large, the food is varied, the food is delicious. Everyone can eat according to their taste here, no one will stay hungry. The hotel has its own beach with sun loungers, a gym with exercise equipment, a SPA complex, and a sauna. There is a restaurant on the beach. The sea is clear. There are shops, cafes, pharmacies, and currency exchange offices within walking distance of the hotel. There is also a motorbike rental service. Nearby there is a market with fruits, souvenirs, and a restaurant where you can eat delicious and inexpensive food. We enjoyed the trip very much. It was memorably cool!

Nice hotel in the north. The water in the sea is much cleaner than in the center or south of Pattaya. Its own pool with different depths for children and very deep. There are rescuers. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel staff, who help to check into the room, persistently demand tips. And quite decent amounts. They are not satisfied with 100-200 baht. But you have to be firm about this question :)) It's not a very convenient location in terms of getting to the center or at least the streets with tuk-tuks. It's about a kilometer away under the sun. The rooms themselves require cosmetic repairs, but generally not bad. The food is varied for breakfast, sun beds on the beach and there are also 2 cafes. One of them is from the hotel. Next to the hotel, just 25 meters away, there is a troika (!) 7 Eleven, as well as Top,s (former Family March) and a Mini Tesco Lotus Express. There is a fruit market and a night market with food 50 meters away.

An exchange office, seven eleven, a market, restaurants and cafes, a nice clean bathing beach, all within walking distance! This is the 2nd time in this hotel, the first time I would have given 5 stars, this time four, since the air conditioner was not working (very cold air was blowing all the time), the reception said what they would do, nodded their heads and that was it!

The ideal location of the hotel, everything is nearby: the sea is clean, go 400 meters to the right and you will be alone in a beautiful place with a private beach, you will pass by a cafe where you will grab yourself a beautiful cocktail, photos will be.Nearby there is a fruit market, a cafe where they cook with you, souvenirs, pharmacies, shops 7-11 every 20 meters, currency exchange, rubles are taken with pleasure. The hotel is beautiful and large. The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are comfortable. The only thing is that there is not enough storage space, a narrow closet and 2 shallow drawers for small things. We put our things on an empty bed. The breakfasts are hearty, the menu has not changed in 14 days, it did not upset us, there is something to choose from.Cleaning, towels, water - daily. The pool is clean and large. I recommend. 🤝

We had a family vacation (2 adults +2 children) in December 2024. Our Junior Suite Plus room was located in a neighboring building on the second floor with a sea view. The furniture is old, the bed has seen a lot. The spacious room is divided into two zones: a bedroom and a living room, so that the adults slept separately from the children. Each child had their own bed. The room has two toilets, bathroom, shower, cooking area, two independent air conditioners. Personal hygiene products are added once per rest, shampoo and gel are topped up if indicated. The pastel linen is changed every day. Cleaning leaves much to be desired: the floor is swept only in the visible area, washing the bathroom is also not ice, but we are not Lena Volatile - so it's normal. The breakfasts are excellent, no one will stay hungry. Fruits: pineapples, watermelon, mango, papaya, pitahaya. Vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, carrots. A mix of salads is made from greens. The buns are very similar to our high-calorie ones. Pasta, rice (white and filled), potatoes, and two or three types of local dishes, as well as something like Pho Bo. Drinks, even children's breakfasts. There are the least people at the opening of the restaurant, and so you need to try to find a place, almost all the tables are occupied. The pool and the beach are a very small area for so many people, as a result of which there are very few sun loungers and they are occupied not at 6 in the morning, but sometimes in the evening. We used paid deck chairs - 1 deck chair = 100 Baht (300 rubles) for the whole day. Therefore, the hotel is a normal FOURSOME.

It would be all right - there are a lot of Russians. With our mentality, it's just a pipe. There's a lot of fuss at breakfast. It is better to come to breakfast at 6-7 in the morning! Be prepared for the sun beds to be occupied around the clock! They've been occupying them since the evening!!! Everything is occupied - there's no one in the pool! And, unfortunately, the hotel administration does nothing about it. For this - 4 stars. Overall, the hotel is good. Daily cleaning, a complement to guests in the form of water, tea, coffee, soap, cotton swabs and discs. There are no toothbrushes. The staff is friendly. There is nothing to dry clothes on in the room - take a rope to pull on the fence. Beds on wheels) The beach is very close, the territory is small- everything is on top of each other. We went to other beaches. There is a good cafe on the territory of the pool, clean toilets, spa, gym. The pool itself is equipped with depth gradation, there is a place for children to swim! A 2-minute walk away there are restaurants with Russian and Thai cuisine, a food market, pharmacies, currency exchange (more profitable than in the center of Pattaya). It takes 10 minutes to get to the Terminal by taxi, and a little longer to get to the Festival. Very close to the tuk-tuks and bikes stop. I recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel from 6 -16.12 I am writing an honest review, as it can be very important when choosing a hotel. First of all, there were problems when checking in.A room was booked in the main building with a balcony. We were taken to the villa first. It smells strongly of bleach, and the room itself has no windows.Although the room is modern and clean.I came to the reception, the issue was resolved, I had to be a little nervous. That day, everyone was accommodated anywhere, not just booked. They take a deposit of 1,000 baht The rooms in the main building are tired, but for me they are quite decent. We cleaned the room every day.The floors were swept, washed-I paid attention to this, since my child managed to come all the time in the sand😅 Towels, bed linen, and a bathrobe were changed every day There are bags of coffee and tea in the room, if they run out, they were added. There is a kettle. Water was supplied for 2 minutes daily. Please note that the tub contained shower gel, shampoo, body milk, soap, and cotton swabs. They also updated it constantly. There is a hair dryer, weak, but there is) I've seen 1 cockroach in the toilet in the last two days....And so it was for many. The breakfasts are very varied! There is no porridge) Coffee with milk (or cream) is quite decent. There were always fruits, if they ran out, you had to wait a little.Everything was delicious to me. The views, of course, are gorgeous at breakfast) The pool is cool) My son bathed, even drank a couple of times, didn't grab anything, everything is OK. There is a cafe by the pool, but it is very expensive! For example, a 90bat smoothie, right in front of the 40bat smoothie hotel...There are overpriced cafes by the sea too.A small pinocade 290bat. In the market where the cafe is 90bat and more in volume) Pinocolada and Maytai are divine))) The coastline, of course, is not very high.... the tide is in the morning and it's straight up to the rocks....After 14, the tide is out and the place is getting bigger. I advise you to go to the islands, beauty)))and with the kids to the zoo. There is a shop with Russian cuisine on the market, which is convenient for children, I advise you to come around 17.30-18, they sort everything out quickly. Do not change money at the hotel, it is not very profitable. There is an exchange across the street. It is better to go to Tai with dollars, it is not profitable to exchange rubles there at all. Overall, the hotel is not bad. But a little further towards the center there is a cooler one) This one is simple) There were many nationalities in this hotel. Tip: download the bolt app. All establishments have Wi-Fi, you can connect and call a taxi.At the mall, you can also connect to Wi-Fi without any problems. You can take a tuk-tuk near the hotel once for the entourage, they charge high prices, you have to bargain. Do not buy ointments at the pharmacy. You can walk to the left, to the T-shaped intersection, turn right, and there's a 100-store store. You can buy the same ointments in bulk. I forgot, there are 10 dogs running around the beach. But they seem kind, they don't bite. Go to the beach at 12 o'clock in the evening, the sea goes very far away, amazing Overall, I'm happy and I don't regret it)

There are a lot of things nearby. 7/11 across the street, there is an exchange, excursions, cafes with Russian and European cuisine, as well as a fruit market, a couple of souvenir shops and cafes, three more shops and a massage nearby. Also nearby is a shop like fix price for one hundred baht, it is convenient to buy souvenirs

The hotel is good, the rest took place in December 2024.It consists of 3 buildings:13th floor (main building), 7th floor and a bungalow across the street from these two buildings. The breakfasts are excellent.👍👏The hotel is on the first line. The sea is clean and warm.🌊nice pool. The rooms are good, there are views overlooking the sea, although they are old, but it is quite possible to live.I lived in the 7th floor building, it's much quieter there than in the main building. The infrastructure near the hotel is good, there is everything).Well, without a fly in the ointment! As such, the hotel has no territory! Why is the name garden(🌺translated from English Garden). There's definitely no garden there! There is a fish pond at the entrance to the main building, there is a waterfall on the side of the hotel, and there is also a waterfall in the pool). The beach is wildly small for so many tourists, there are not enough deck chairs at all.To the right, the shore is occupied by some kind of unnecessary restaurant 🤦♀️To the left of the hotel beach, sun beds were rented for 100 Baht, but it was already on the last days of rest that they started renting out sun beds, the first days there was no one there and the coastline was better than the hotel and there were many curbs along the shore to the right of the hotel, there were no curbs at all on the shore to the left.I was just sunbathing on a towel, there were just no free deck chairs.🤦♀️😳I went along the seashore to the temple of truth, if you go to the left of the hotel along the sea, you can reach the central beach of Pattaya). The rest was a success).Lots of emotions and impressions! But I won't go to this hotel a second time)!I wish everyone only positive emotions and impressions)!

I liked the hotel. The room is old in appearance, but spacious and comfortable, the balcony overlooked the neighboring building, but the sea is also visible) The breakfasts are delicious, lots of vegetables and fruits. A swimming pool with waterfalls, a beach with a bar and a restaurant. Sunbeds are occupied from 5 am))) Overslept - I was left without a sunbed. They were not allowed to go to the gym in sports sandals - you can only wear sneakers!)) But this is nonsense. Why exercise equipment when you can swim and sunbathe. Spacious lobby with drinks and ice cream, pleasant music. A good massage parlor. In general, all possible amenities and entertainment

Nice hotel with a small area. It is located in a lively place in the north of Pattaya. There are many diverse eateries around, and there are fruit markets, lots of eateries, and souks within a 3-minute walk. There are many Russian and Chinese tourists. Decent service, the food is close to European cuisine, minus: there is no warm milk and warm water ... The beach is quite clean. The pool is nice, multi-level, with a waterfall, but not very clean... there is a small children's room. I recommend it!!!

Excellent budget hotel, 95% Russians vacationers. The furniture in the rooms is a little tired, but quite normal. Room cleaning every day (mostly just the floor and making the beds). The breakfasts are excellent, there is a large selection of dishes, and we haven't had enough in 12 days. The territory is small. There are many catering establishments, shops, pharmacies near the hotel. The only huge disadvantage is small midges (the administrator said termites), they poison on request and the unavailability of free sun beds by the pools and the beach, at 8.00 they are already all occupied, but there are no cradles on them.

I will not return to this hotel again and I do not recommend visiting it. There are two big disadvantages: very poor cleaning, not matching the number of sun beds and guests, the hotel staff does not even think about how to adjust these disadvantages. Of the advantages, the excellent location, Wangomat beach is the best in Pattaya (relatively clean sea, quiet, a small number of tourists, a lot of cafes with Russian cuisine, which is a big plus if you travel with children, tourists in this area are 80 percent Russian-speaking, which is a plus). I think it's time for the hotel to close and not completely renovate, but for the owners of the hotel to reduce their appetites and accommodate the number of guests they can serve without causing negative emotions among people. Well, as an addition, there are cockroaches in the room).

Great hotel 👍 A very varied breakfast, lots of food. The lunch boxes are delicious, we didn't stay hungry, we didn't even finish. The rooms are great, the furniture looks good, and the view from the window is amazing. They charge a deposit of 2000 baht, but if everything is OK, they return it at check-out. They tried to give us a banknote with Frame 9, but we noticed and asked to replace it with the current one.

Great hotel. Sea view. 16th floor. Cleaning every day. Bathrobes. Slippers. Shower accessories. The room has a bathtub and a shower. Umbrellas. Private beach with sun beds. Delicious breakfasts. There is a restaurant on the beach. A pool with beautiful views. The massage parlor at the hotel is just a fairy tale. Everything is within walking distance.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time in December 2024.We have been coming to Pattaya for 25 years in a row.Our room was on the 16th floor. There are 4 main elevators and 1 tricky , small elevator around the corner (you won't find it right away , for the staff ).A small elevator goes all the way to the lowest floor.Big ones up to the lobby .The rooms are ancient and very tired .There is a safe in the room, 2 beds, 1 seat (although there were two of us), 1 banquette and a kind of flower garden on legs, or a tray with a recess inside, also on legs. There was a small balcony without chairs and a table .The floor was never washed there .The view from the balcony is beautiful - to the sea. Therefore, the only chair was carried back and forth, then to the balcony, then into the room. There was no clothes dryer .We took a rope and clothespins with us to pull and dry the laundry on the balcony .There is not enough storage space in the room.Things were put on an empty bed next to mine .The bathroom is large. There is a separate bathtub with a watering can and a free-standing shower, but it did not work .Towels are white, clean, 2 pieces per person (large and small). One for the feet on the floor .There was a hair dryer .There were no toothbrushes even once .Shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap were in large bottles with dispensers.Refrigerator, TV.There were 2 Russian channels broadcast in the evening hours , but not always .There was a teapot , 2 teacups with saucers , and 2 teaspoons on the table .Coffee, tea, sugar, in bags , 2 small bottles of drinking water were renewed daily .The air conditioner worked fine , but it was very dirty .The cleaning was disgusting .The maid will wave a dirty broom in the middle of the room a couple of times, and run a dirty, damp cloth through the same middle a couple of times (the corners are all covered in dust and debris). She took a broom and a dustpan and swept out the dust and debris in the corners .There 's dust under the beds. There were no cockroaches , ants , or bedbugs .The deposit was 1000 Baht upon check-in.We were given 2 keys for two in the form of cards .The bed was made daily, and towels were changed as they became dirty .On the second day, 1 towel was not reported, I took a picture and went to look for the maid in the hallway .I showed her the photo, and she gave me the missing towel .The dining room is large , there is a lot of food , very diverse , 3 distributions .No one goes hungry. The table is hard to find .I had to wait until the others had finished their meal , and stand over my soul , guarding the places .It was easier to find a place on the outdoor terrace, but it was full of pigeons who had time to have breakfast from your plates faster while you brought coffee and dessert .There is nothing for citizens with limited mobility to do in the hotel, because there are a lot of stairs, descents, and the main descents in addition - for some reason without railings.2 instagram pools with sun loungers .You get beautiful photos .Deck chairs at the pools should be occupied at 5 a.m. Then you won 't find a place .There is a table next to the pool, where towels are provided for the day under the painting .The beach is next to the hotel.Going down the stairs again without a handrail .There is a foot shower to wash off the sand after the beach. The shore is sandy, the beach is small .Everything is packed with people .If you walk 500 meters to the right, you can find an empty spot on the sand and a beautiful photophone with rocks, palm trees and flowering shrubs. It 's a long way from the hotel itself to the main street , where there is a toot-tuk , about a kilometer and a half away .The only way to get to the center of the hotel is by taxi. There are no tuk-tuks to the center near the hotel. There are cafes, a mini vegetable market and an evening market in the hotel area where you can have a delicious meal and buy room service. There are also plenty of pasta dishes with freshly cooked meat and fish dishes on the grill .There are plenty of currency exchanges and mini markets near the hotel.Attention! Now about the most important thing! The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the lack of Wi-Fi.That is , it was there in places , but very weak , not all applications opened .And we really needed the Internet not for games, but for work, because it was the end of the year, and we needed access to the applications of many banks in Russia. It was quite a hassle. We found a way out after much suffering .We went to a Russian cafe in front of the hotel 70 meters away , ate there and connected the Wi-Fi .They didn 't eat there anymore .But!When the Internet was urgently needed , they left the hotel under the fence of this cafe , day or night , took out their phone and worked on the Internet .The Wi-Fi was great there! Will we check into this hotel again?Probably not , rather than yes .Pros: near the sea, beautiful views from the balconies of high floors, varied, delicious breakfasts. There are supermarkets and currency exchanges nearby .Cons: lack of an armchair, chairs, coffee table, clothes dryer, toothbrushes. disgusting room cleaning , a lot of stairs in the hotel and descents and all without railings, almost constant lack of Wi-Fi, disgusting Internet, and the range of tuk -tuks, lack of free sun loungers, a very small beach for so many hotel guests .

I want to leave my opinion about this hotel, we went to New Year's Eve on 23.12-04.01 and returned to our homeland just yesterday. I read a lot of reviews before booking, and they are generally objective and true to reality. Except for some of my subjective requirements and perceptions. Food. There seems to be a lot of things that are valid. But the children ate cereal, croissants, fruits, sausages, eggs, vegetables. I have the same thing and sometimes pasta, rice or potatoes in a rustic way. The rest is all very specific, a hodgepodge of meat, vegetables and spices in gravy, I didn't dare say a word, although we ate a lot of local things in the cafe. For 12 days, I got a little tired of the same thing every day. The canteen's opening hours are very good, even if you arrive at 10 a.m. there will still be food, and it will be replenished before the end of breakfast. The rooms. There was a strange incident here. We booked two deluxe suites, we were given two deluxe suites, but one had to accommodate two adults and two children on the same double bed, the children were not infantes. The other one has two adults and a child of 10 years old, no extra beds are provided. At the same time, they pointed out that we definitely need separate beds in at least the second room, I think anex or the hotel should not have booked us into these rooms at all. The room itself is beautiful, you can say it's a two-room room with a gorgeous bathroom, there are no views only from there, but it is suitable for a maximum of two adults and a child who will sleep with his parents on the bed. Plumbing wasn't working in one of the rooms, the water just wasn't flowing. I didn't have time to take a photo in the rush. Of course, the reception settled everything, not willingly, but for free, they gave rooms in the main building, but this running around with suitcases to one building on the 7th floor, then to another, with three children after 20 hours of travel. The rooms in the main building are tired, especially the plumbing, everything used to be, as they say in the reviews, but we didn't pay attention to it, cleaning every day, beautiful view, good beds and linens, tea and coffee, a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom (the first time we saw this), a safe, bathrobes (really with holes) slates, etc. Some points that I would like to draw your attention to: it's a noisy air conditioner, I couldn't sleep with it, it's old, there's no remote control, temperature and power control, primitive from the wall, but even at 1 speed it makes noise like a tractor and cools down decently, getting up to turn it off/on in the middle of the night and not getting enough sleep sorry, but I'll pass, first of all I got up at night exhausted, I couldn't figure out why, I was thinking from the road, but on the second night I was exhausted, I couldn't sleep, I turned it off and opened the balcony. It was good that it was windy and we didn't turn it on anymore. The next moment, the cleaners arrive early, at 6-7 o'clock and start making terrible noise, maybe we were unlucky to have rooms opposite their room, but several times they woke us up with their noisy conversations, they can also clean rooms at different ends of the corridor and chat loudly among themselves, laugh, slam doors all the time, drop mops. They knocked on our room twice at 8 a.m. for the purpose of cleaning, I'm not in the habit of getting up so early on vacation. They also left us three sets of towels for four people and nothing else, I went to the reception, tipped, Alyonka chocolates, it was of no use, the children were not infantes, they did not explain it in any way, nodded their heads and that was it, we made do with three. Wifi is there, but it's not there. I caught it better in the hallway, more or less in the lobby, it's bad in the room, it's very bad on the beach and pool. My point is that if you need it for work, it's better to buy a SIM card in Lotus for 199 with unlimited money and not suffer. We had enough for social media, WhatsApp, and taxi calls. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, souvenirs and ointments are really cheaper in the shops opposite the building from our villa hotel, in the center, at the terminal, at other large shopping centers, everything is more expensive, compared. A night market, fruits, an exchanger (the only thing that TT is the most profitable exchanger with a yellow design is open from 9 to 21, but even at 20-55 they already refuse, just keep this in mind), several 7/11 shops, lotus, top daily, a massage parlor (we went to Savanna). Cafes: teremok, red ant, Eurasia, beloved Siam, I did not like them, I do not recommend them; I liked the market, we ate a lot, it was crowded in the evenings. Blue Siam's favorite cafe is if you go north towards the Temple of Truth, we could see it from the window. We also went to the Dumpling Shop a few times, but it's further towards the center, delicious but expensive. We ate once in the terminal at a laudatory cafe, where you put money on the card and then buy food with this card, I don't recommend it, but it seems cheaper, but the portions are meager, you leave hungry, there are a lot of people, we got sour soup, they didn't return the money, they said it was technically impossible, there was no pleasure in visiting this institution We got it. We took a Bolt taxi to the center, and a couple of times we took a tuk tuk with other hotel guests (prices were several times higher than in the app), since we couldn't call Bolt because of the new year on 31-1-2, it was very difficult with free cars and prices were raised mercilessly. The first time we walked from walking Street, it was hard, we didn't dare anymore. There's no problem walking back to the terminal, for a change. I also liked the Central marina store, where there are Nike puma adidas outlets and other stores, it is located a little further from the terminal on second street, in front of it there is a bazaar with souvenirs with reasonable prices and McDonald's. The prices in the terminal and the central festival seemed very high for us, and we bought a little at the outlets. We also walked from the hotel to the Temple of truth for an excursion at 11:30, using the navigator, we got there without problems for 20-25 minutes with a stroller and children. Beach. It's clean and narrow, but there are a lot of people, and the battle for sun beds is every day, I tried to get up on the alarm clock at 6 a.m. on vacation - to hell with it. Once at 7:30 I came to the beach (I couldn't sleep, the cleaners woke me up screaming) to swim, all the sun beds were already occupied. By the way, the hotel has nowhere to lie on its own bedding, only if the tide is out, and the beach is wider to the left and right, there are paid sun beds and a free place. Sometimes we were lucky, we came and had a place to stay, and then people weren't all like that (they'd throw in the towel and not show up all day), someone would leave and pick up their things, and a couple of times they'd sunbathe on their bedding. It's cool that there are a lot of trees nearby and there is shade. Squirrels are jumping in the trees, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Yes, the sun beds are wooden, some of them are not very good anymore, it didn't bother us. In the evening, you can buy fruits and juices at the market and go to the beach for a snack, there are tables and lounge chairs, the light bulbs are pleasantly lit, the sound of the sea, the chains are all glowing. The pool is completely full, people throw off each other's towels, swear, we could add more sun beds to the pool, there are places for 10-20 deck chairs for sure. We were also unlucky because of the new year at the upper pool. Preparations for the new year began on the day of our arrival on 24.12, on the beach on 29.12, at the main pool on 30.12, the sun beds were gradually removed completely, decorations were erected, tables were set up on the gallows, and so on. Dinner, by the way, cost 5,000 baht (multiply 3.35, that is, 16750₽) for an adult and 2,500 for a child ticket, the celebration was from 19 to 1-00, the fireworks were gorgeous, but it was available naturally to all guests. We didn't take dinner from the tour operator, we thought it was cheaper on the spot, but no, it turned out to be even more expensive on the spot. But at 1.01 in the morning, everything was cleaned, the sun beds were returned, you could even find a sunbed by the upper pool during the day, it became more comfortable. The sea is clear, a little muddy, I liked it more than on Jomtien, we didn't go to the islands this time, we didn't see the point. The pool is a little dirty, cleaned once during our vacation, sand on the bottom, leaves and branches from trees. The water is cold. The cascading pool with stones is very beautiful, the waterfall on the upper pool was turned on once. You can also visit the Finnish sauna for free, where there is a spa sign. I'm not an amateur, but people went to warm up and relax. In general, a normal hotel, we would have returned, that says it all.

We just returned, what I want to say is that this is a gorgeous place, but we did not live in the hotel itself, but in the villa.Guys, this is heaven! The room is huge, clean, cleaned every day, a large balcony, your private pool, everything is green, birds are singing, what else do you need))the staff is polite, everyone is smiling, you can buy absolutely anything at 7/11, The only thing that upset some of our tourists a little is that there are sun beds and umbrellas in the middle, so there were individuals, they shifted them and drank all night and behaved as if they were alone..but, these are small things.otherwise, we already dream of returning to our villa) the breakfasts are amazing, the hotel is very conveniently located, everything is nearby. In short, we are already at home, but my soul is still there. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Too many people The hotel is too big to relax in. Overcrowded elevators, an overcrowded dining room (recalled from the scoop "factory kitchen"), a shortage of sun beds near the pool (you need to occupy early in the morning), interruptions in beach towels. In general, the struggle for benefits continues. The overwhelming number of tourists are from Russia, there are Hindus and locals. You can always recognize our compatriots by their tense faces and their willingness to enter into conflict at any moment. The hotel is a bit tired, but it was well done in its time. The room was surprised by the absence of bedside tables, chairs, cupboards and hooks. But there are bathrobes and umbrellas. The air conditioning is normal. There is a fence on the balcony with a height of less than a meter – those who are afraid of heights are not recommended to go out. There is no beach as a cultural site, there is a strip of dirty sand with a maximum width of 15 meters (at low tide) between the sea and private property of various stripes. Dogs are relaxing on the beach. I would have given the beach a solid two, but during our presence all the beaches were equipped with fences on the water and floating decking for jumping. If you want to take the free sun beds between the pool and the sea, get up around 6 a.m. (i.e., according to our rules, at 2 a.m.). I took a place once (I had insomnia) and regretted it - there is a very damp place under the trees, baited for flies and midges. By the way, there are about 6 bunks where Thai women do massage. The food is quite normal- there are familiar dishes, there are unusual ones for us - for example, many prefer local soups for breakfast - broth with fillers to choose from. Towels are provided on the way to the beach via a cascade of stairs. next to the pool. There are 3 seven-eleven shops within a radius of 300 meters around the hotel, exchangers with the letter T (you need to change them - the exchange rate is the best), a couple of edalens with Russian names. The best place is the market on the left around the corner - there you will always find something for lunch and dinner. The Internet in the rooms is weak, there is no Internet on the beach. You need a 199 baht SIM card to travel, but it's in short supply. We didn't get one, but we got out - there is free Wi-Fi in all shopping malls. To travel, download the BOLT app. It works in all languages. We didn't wait for the car for more than 5 minutes. We didn't take many excursions. I recommend a flower garden - an elephant ride is included in the price - no need to even think about it, and an elephant show is SOMETHING. We managed to really relax on a trip to Samet Island for 2 days with an overnight stay - excellent transfer, excellent beach, modernly equipped, wonderful Tropical hotel with good rooms, wonderful food 4 times, live music. No one checked to see if we had stolen towels, how many water bottles we had, etc. By the way, I want to thank Igor, the escort from ANEX Tour, for his good work. Where to go: Terminal 21 store with food court, fish market. Where exactly you don't need to go is the so-called Duty free and the Royal Pharmacy - you'll just waste valuable time. Just go to the pharmacy across the street from the hotel. Another annoying thing is that you will not be checked into the hotel until you pay a deposit of 2000 baht - you have to run to the exchanger. Upon eviction, you will be given these 2000 rubles, but depending on the time of departure, you risk bringing them to Russia. Anyway, I've already taken up too much of your time. In my opinion, I would not return to this hotel.

I can not give 5 stars, due to the lack of some comfort, for which the owners of the hotel charge a fee. There is no normal refrigerator in the room (there is not enough space for a bottle of milk), there is a kettle, but there is no outlet at the table level (it is 10-15 cm from the floor), there is one chair in the 2-bed room (((((((, the balcony curb is not very high, it will be stressful with children (you will have to constantly monitor the process of being on the balcony), the view from the balcony is one-sided (you can see, but not the whole panorama, such a hotel structure), there is also a drawback-stairs!!!!! older and obese people will have to be more attentive than usual (the mother of a friend fell and broke her arm), there is never a place on the beach and couches, it feels like people put towels on at night and everything is occupied in the morning))))And the good thing is that there is vegetation around, which I missed on Jomtien))) The staff is excellent, friendly, the breakfasts are excellent, the service of the Pegas company (sorry, maybe I misspelled it) was pleasant, everything was on time and with comfort!!!!

Hello everyone. We stayed at the hotel in the second half of May. Great location, great breakfasts, traveled to different areas of Pattaya and realized that there was no better place to find. The furniture is a little tired, and cockroaches are found. But what can you do, this is Asia.

Hello everyone Yes, exactly 3 stars and no more. I stayed at this hotel in May 2025. And this is my third visit to this hotel. The first time was in 2011. Very nice hotel, only pleasant memories. The second time in 2019, basically like the first time, everything is fine. Having decided to spend a family vacation in Thailand for the third time, we chose this hotel without hesitation. And we were disappointed ! The hotel requires renovation and good repair. I'm not going to this hotel anymore.

It was from November 18 to 29, 2024.The hotel is not bad with its own beach, gym, massage parlor. The breakfast buffet is quite varied, there are always fresh vegetables and fruits, I think everyone will find something to eat. The furniture is a little old already, but the mattress is comfortable and the pillows are too, towels are changed every day, bed linen every other day. I had a room with a beautiful view of the sea, quite spacious. There is a two-level swimming pool with waterfalls, the only disadvantage is that there are not enough sunbeds on the beach. There is a well-developed infrastructure around the hotel, there is a market with fruits and coffee shops, a pharmacy, and exchangers. Russian russians are a lot in the hotel, although no one speaks Russian at the reception, but if they do not understand, they take out a phone with a translator, problems are solved quickly. Generally not bad for 4

We visited this hotel for the first time, from 22.01.2025-09.02.2025 . The deluxe room was tired with dirty windows and not fresh tulle, the plumbing was running, but it didn't really upset me, it was important that the hotel had very few sun beds, which had already been covered with rags since 6 a.m., marked with some kind of shoe, like it was already occupied. The recreation area itself is not cleaned as it should be, security, there is a person sitting on the phone, he is not at all interested in who came, from which side people came to the sun beds, Breakfasts, various, this is the business card of the hotel, that's all. It's noisy, fussy , If the price is a question , as many flew for 13 nights for 105 tons from Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Krasnoyarsk . It's probably possible to go back, it's not worth considering more.

Two weeks before the New year. We lived in the second building, we chose consciously. Fewer floors, rooms, and people With almost full occupancy in the morning, the restaurant is packed, although we must pay tribute to the variety and quality of the food. It's a bit annoying to have a bunch of steps on the way to the sea, but the pools and the sea are clean enough and it's nice to swim.

Excellent hotel, first line, 2 swimming pools.excellent location, near an exchange office with one of the best exchange rates in Pattaya.(at the exit from the hotel on the right, T-yellow) the only negative moment is that our compatriots have been occupying sun beds since the evening- everything is constantly occupied.... I definitely recommend the hotel, the breakfasts are luxurious)

Nice hotel in a peaceful area of Pattaya. I liked the service, everyone is polite and ready to help. The hotel is very clean, nice, and cool. Very tasty breakfasts! The territory is comfortable and beautiful. The beach is certainly not big, but its own and the first line. The sea is right at the steps of the beach. In the evening, the beautiful beach area, we sat there in the evenings, listening to the sea. I recommend it!

Excellent hotel, convenient location, decent breakfasts, no shortage. I noted the presence of a gym and a sauna, which is a good addition for extra time. The beach is good, but there was practically no rest with the family, there seemed to be little space, the tide was high, the coastline was short. The location is convenient, go right, go left, that's the advantage.

The location of the hotel is, the breakfasts are delicious and varied! The view from the window is beautiful) Now about the cons ... every day, 2 times a day - the card was demagnetized, you can't get into the room!! And even after the card is "made"... you go up to the 4th floor and it doesn'T WORK anymore, The second pool and waterfall from the second tier did not work for at least a few days, respectively .. The safe is "logged out", I've been using it all week, 3 days before departure, I enter the code .., errror ... I called the administrator., I enter the code in front of them, errror.., they opened it in 10 seconds., reprogrammed .., it worked !) And yet, the tiles in the pool are cracked MORE CAREFULLY in places, my son cut his leg in 5 places, the coach from the Thai fitness club quickly came to the rescue , thank him for that !!!! 🙏🏼🫶
