Shchurko, a gas-electric welder, who initiated the renovation work in my apartment. If you have some kind of non-standard situation, question the words of the employees, your problem may be "dragged" to the end of the repair cap, where it will suddenly be solved according to the papers. If you go to a meeting with them, they won't thank you, because that's how it should be. If you have problems with them, do not hesitate to contact higher authorities - it will take a long time, but it helps.
